If you never mention this to Luca- WHY DIDN’T YOU TELL HIM SOONER???

He may invest a lot of his time in his desk, working on his inventions. However, he started to think a lot about space after he first glanced at an astronomy poster from outside a store.

Luca began to get curious about the inventions that were used for space travel: from the communicating transmissions that can reach miles away from earth to space, to complex space ship structures that help astronauts speed up the travel-

He was a college student who majors in machinery and engineering- so he would obviously get curious with many kinds of objects that were involved in his field.

The point is- there were a lot of inventions that Luca would love to study about-

So he commenced to take a look at museums where they show old artifacts and space travel inventions that were used long time ago. They made he think how complex the design was and how long it took to perfection it-

He’ll get buried deeply into the stories you tell as he sits in an armchair across from yours, his eye (his other eye is covered with an eyepatch-) glistens once in a while with fascination.

Luca// Space is really a real thing… I honestly haven’t taken a lot of astronomy classes in high school- so yeah… 😅

Luca// It takes, indeed, great geniuses to send the mankind to the moon-

Luca// It sounds funny that we may look like some kind of tiny ants living in the Earth! The galaxy must be very big, then…

Luca// I wonder if I can drag one of the coolest stars to Earth and give it to you as a gift-

Y/N // But Luca, stars are usually big like other planets-

Luca// Wait- THEY ARE HUGE???

Luca// SO I CAN- Oh wait…

Luca// my mug is already empty-

Luca// It seems I enjoyed the story a little bit too much… Hehehe! X’D

Luca// Want me to refill your cup? I’m going to get more coffee for my mug anyway-

In the modern AU, Luca often forgets things like always. So he would often have a small notepad in his pocket to take notes-

He sometimes asked you a lot of interesting questions as he took quick notes, so he won’t forget about the things he learned from you.

When you both have time to spend together, you two would bring Luca’s telescope to watch the stars and some slightly visible planets at night while talking about them.

{Joseph}

In the modern AU, Joseph was (obviously-) a well-known photographer.

He’s more interested in merely taking the sight of nature and the ocean, at first.

He even questioned why are the deepest areas of the Earth’s ocean not discovered yet by the man? After all, the ocean is closer than space- Space is huge while the ocean is just deep, but not infinitely deep-

Plus, there are strange creatures living in the deepest parts of the ocean, too-

There was a time when he was walking with you to your shared house in the night, he got mesmerized by the stars from the sky.

Joseph// Mh…

Joseph// I wonder what it feels like to touch the stars…

Y/N // I’m.. I’m not sure if it’s safe to touch just all of them.

Joseph// …Why?

Y/N // Stars actually have different colors, which are indicators of temperature. The hottest stars tend to appear blue or blue-white, whereas the coolest stars are red.

Joseph // Really? Fascinating… So that means I can touch some of them?

Y/N // Surprisingly, yes. Small, old stars can be at room temperature, so you could touch the surface without getting burned.

Joseph// You seem to know some things about the stars and the space.

Y/N // I just love to talk about them! ^^

Once knowing that you know various things about the space, he always would wait happily for you to tell fun facts about the planets and how mankind was able to make space travel possible.

After some time taking a liking in learning about space, Joseph started taking pictures of night skies and improved his cameras’ lenses so they can take a picture of some planets visibly-

He would gladly give you some pictures of them once he finishes editing them- owo
