my friend gave me the nutella and honestly? since i had done so well restricting during the day it was so hard to say no. i used a spoon that i know is a tablespoon though and literally counted out my goldfish (thank u silly ed brain) but i still feel super guilty about eating that lol. 

unrelated to food i have to stop smoking for a bit-- drug test upcoming. it’s so unpleasant and i can already tell people are getting annoyed by my non-high personality. there’s many reasons i smoke as much as i do! lol.

my roommate left our scale at home, everybody in the apartment was like “we don’t need a new scale lol” so i obviously went along with it, haven’t weighed myself in over a week though and it’s causing me so much stress. i was going to drive to target but i saw an article with the most accurate scales and i couldn’t resist getting the best one, so i have to wait 2 days for the amazon order oops.
