Could I request a drabble with the soft prompt dialogue #1:

Where y/n is a pianist, who's busy/stressed and thinks they're not good enough (me rn but the thing is I'm actually not good enough).

So y/n and Seungmin are both busy with schedules (idol!Seungmin) and they're in two different countries. But Seungmin saves the day by video calling with y/n.

note: i changed the prompt just a little bit since it sounds a bit off in this scenario but i hope it’s still good!

the week was just starting but it was already so tiring. you had so many rehearsals lined up and filming to do. all to prepare you for an upcoming competition.

you had thought that by joining, you could easily distract yourself from having to spend another long few weeks away from your boyfriend seungmin who was now at the beginning of his upcoming tour.

but instead of a good distraction, you were met with headaches and not to mention the massive load of coursework and the additional homework your professors decided to drop the past two weeks.

it was all becoming too much.

just as you were going over some sheet music, attempting to get something done after spending the past 30 minutes wanting to cry your eyes out, your phone lights up with your boyfriend's contact.

he was on break from practice so he thought it'd be the perfect time to call. not knowing you were seconds away from a breakdown.

him having the perfect timing.

you immediately answer. after fixing yourself up a bit, of course.

when his face pops up on the screen you can't help but smile.

seungmin: hey! i missed you.

you: i missed you too, seung. this month is taking forever to pass.

seungmin: i knoww. but don't worry, i'll have a long break after i come back.

you: good. i hate being apart for this long.

seungmin: me too. anyways, what've you been up to lately?

you: i actually joined a piano competition...

seungmin: you don't seem too happy, why's that?

you: it's been really stressful. like i feel like i'm not doing well and like there was no point in joining. and on top of that, I have a shit ton of homework to finish by the end of the week.

seungmin: well, baby why don't you just drop out? or is there something you're not telling me?

before you could answer him, you felt tears start to pool in your eyes. seungmin noticed immediately, making him softly question you.

seungmin: take your time, baby. you’re okay, i’m here.

after taking a shaky deep breath and fiddling with the sleeves of your hoodie, you’re finally able to speak again.

you: .. okay to lay things out, i joined the competition to distract myself for a while since you’d be gone by then i realized i wanted to do well so you could be proud of me…

you couldn’t even look him in the eyes as you confessed. feeling embarrassed if your reasoning, putting your hands up to cover your face since it was becoming red.

seungmin admired the fact that you were doing this for him. yet he’d be proud of you whether you won or not.

he was smiling at you so wide. so entranced with you. so in love.

seungmin: well thank you, but i’ll be proud even if you don’t do well. you’re already doing a great job, love. and i know that it can sometimes be a bit difficult but i promise your dedication and efforts will pay off.”

you: seungmin…

seungmin: what? you know i’m right. whatever you do, anything you do will make me happy. so don’t worry your pretty little head about that.

you: ugh, i hate you

seungmin: i love you too. hopefully you feel better, right?

you: i do, thank you. and i love you too, seung

seungmin: i’m glad. it is getting late hear and we have sound check early tomorrow, but sleep well. i miss you.

you: okay, i miss you too. goodnight.

after hanging up, you felt a lot better. a lot more confident in your work too. being reassured that he’s still gonna be proud of you no matter what.

🌙 MOON - what is your oc's greatest wish? how far are they willing to go for it?

So I know it’s a lot of you don’t wanna answer all of them that’s fine ! 😆🙈

🌙: Rinkah hasn't been in a position in her life to really allow herself to have some great wish. She's spent most of the past decade trying to scrape out a living, then digging her claws in and selfishly guarding everything she managed to acquire. She would do anything to get ahead. Her time with the Scions has given her both status and the resources necessary to decompress and really take a look at her life and herself. At this point, she's like 27-28 and finally able to consider a world where she doesn't have to die young. I think her first wish would be to help kids in the situation she was in, and give them the options that she has finally had for herself. Equal citizenship for the Keepers in the Shroud is a pipe dream, but one that she would never really be able to give up on.

🌈: I don't know that she would really offer advice, so much as just facts of what will happen. She would definitely warn her younger self about the voidsent feeding off of her, and about how she is going to lose her best friend if she continues leaning into violent work (she isn't dead, she just didn't want to have anything to do with the person Rinkah was becoming). But I don't think she'd offer advice for other options, because she wouldn't have made any other choices. The experiences she had so fully shaped who she is presently that she can't conceive of who she would even be without them.

💌: For Kaia. Once she learns to read (Thancred teaches her post-ARR), she LOVES writing and receiving love letters. She wrote to Aymeric constantly all throughout Stormblood and Endwalker, and keeps his letters close always. Her letters to him are mostly updates on the more mundane things she encounters rather than battle missives. Stories of friends she's made, interesting foods she's tried, nice sights seen. Promises of things they can enjoy together in a future where neither of them are forced to be Very Important People. Mostly wishful thinking, but it's what kept her sane while she carried the immense weight of responsibility.

💖: Rinkah doesn't do open displays of affection, but she loves leaving marks. Usually very visible ones that will get stares and possibly questions as to the source. Whether her partners tell is up to them, but she likes seeing the evidence.

Kaia is as showy as her partners are willing to be. She will keep completely silent and deny everything if asked, but she does love being physically affectionate and showing off her lovers. Everyone knows how she feels about Aymeric, only a few people suspect she's more than friends with Estinien, literally no one knows she had a short fling with Lyna on the First (she's taking that one to her grave rather than having to look G'raha in the eye afterwards).

🌌: There wasn't a lot of inspiration behind Kaia. I was designing an appearance that I loved, and my feelings on the MSQ really shaped how she developed as a person.

For Rinkah, I specifically wanted something different from the sort of characters I always play. My most amoral characters tend to end up still being basically Robin Hood at worst, and I really wanted to explore someone actually unpleasant. Aesthetically, I had the idea of a tiny avatar of rage that got really stuck in my head, then I started fleshing her out to try to figure out how she ended up like that. Of course, then I had to figure out even more about her to understand why anyone would consider her a friend or want to spend time with her, and she's gotten more gray the more I think about her. That's a good thing, though? It's been really interesting and I'm loving her more every day.

🎵 MUSIC NOTE - what is their playlist like? their favourite artists? do you associate a particular song with them?

G’raha doesn’t listen to music unless it’s during festival season. He enjoys listening to the hymns sung during the Starlight Festival. Although, if I had to give him a playlist, it would definitely be classical works, mainly piano, to illustrate his gentle, hopeful nature. So any of those light academia study playlists. However, Claude Debussy would be his go-to musician if he knew him.

💖 SPARKLING HEART - are they a subtle or a showy lover?

Depends on the location. Before G’raha Tia professes his love, he thinks it is subtle. He values the other person’s feelings more than his own. G’raha would rather keep a friendship than mess up a good partnership to express his love. However, once he does express his love-- he still remains subtle. He is quite a gentlemen. Without the prying eyes, G’raha definitely shows more. He is a very attentive lover, slow and sensual in his giving. He respects love and all things with it to perform anything distasteful.

💌 LOVE LETTER - do they like love letters? what kind of messages do they leave for their partner?

G’raha enjoys letters in general. He writes to Lyna every day to document his experience. He would write to the one he loves every day as well. He would continue to write love notes if he never left his partner’s side. For example, he would brew hot coffee or tea, and leave a note on the counter: “a morning brew, for the lovely you -- drink to your heart’s content! pray find me when you are done♡” He’d also leave random notes everywhere, professing how much he loves his partner, what he is thinking about, and little reminders to help his scattered brain.
