whenever you post smth on tumblr you can tag it !! so !! my gif tag is "m.gif", my gfx tag is "m.gfx", etc etc !!! so by tagging stuff you create a new tag/category/index on your blog that will list those things under that tag !!

and the way to get to those tags is [your_url].tumblr.com/tagged/[whatever_your_tag_is] !!! so for me if i'm trying to get to my gif tag i would just type in "chrisbangs.tumblr.com/tagged/m.gif" !!!
