Can the Pines Twins (Dipper and Mable, not the Stans) from Gravity Falls Kill Macbeth?
Well, Mabel definitely could, on account of the Gender Clause, though not so much Dipper. He's actually a prime example of why we don't take "boy" to be automatically different from "man" on this blog; there's a whole episode where he goes off on his own to try and "prove his manliness." While the lesson of the episode is ultimately about denouncing toxic masculinity, it is not phrased in a "you don't need to be a man" way, but instead "you can be your own kind of man," so while Dipper is 12 over the course of the show, he is adamant that he identifies as a man, so he is subsequently disqualified from the Gender Clause.
I couldn't find anything indicating that the twins had an unconventional birth, and their mother and father are both mentioned several times throughout the show, so neither of them apply for either of our birth Clauses.
So, yes for Mabel, no for Dipper.
Thank you for your submission!
