Basically just posting this here after I found it again, for easy reference later. One annoying thing about my old blog getting deleted was that it was handy just to refer back to some recipes posted there. Once something goes into browser bookmarks, I will probably never see it again.

Anyway, this is actually a really good basic reference recipe for extra-easy saucy style macaroni and cheese, which is also great for when you don't have much milk on hand. Because it doesn't use nearly as much as most. Sour cream or Greek yogurt also stands in well for the cream cheese, depending on what you've got on hand. Planning to turn out some tonight with whatever jalapeño-flavored spreadable stuff is left in the tub.
