More sneak peeks and fun facts!! :3

If you’re reading my fic immi, I mentioned a set of axes made for Charlie by Étoiles. I learned about airplane crash axes in my research and they just felt so… right.

First image are generic versions and the second image is what inspired the idea of “slime axes”. Been working on my idea of them off and on and I have finally finished some charms for one of them and wanted to share!!!

Above are the axes One Fish and Two Fish! They are very rough <3

(Called them that to help differentiate them in the text until I could pick a better name but it just stuck… yes the other set are called exactly what you think)

I Know Why Artists Go Mad

The art is their god.

With every shot I take on my camera and everything I write I'm trying to get you to see something. Something that I'm not entirely sure you see. The way that light moves and color bends. Do you see it? I need you to understand what I see, but I can't describe it in words.

What is a god if not something impossible to explain but you know to be real?

How am I supposed to make you see and share my god's love? I make art, I write, I stay up late at night picking words and colors to make something new. I put time and energy into my offerings, I give sweat, I give time, I give passion.

So when it fails, when I fail to make you see what I see, when I'm not able to make something good enough, that is maddening. I am a follower of a god I have failed, a vision I destroyed. All the time, all the soul, for nothing.

Maybe god is just art.

hey fellow art lovers, especially abstract art lovers!!

i’m currently selling an abstract art piece of myself.

it’s a 20x20cm and 3,8cm depth canvas, varnished and painted with acrylics

it’s also tightened, but unfortunately not fully cause one piece of the tiny wood was missing, so i’m selling it for a lil lower price since it’s only like 80% tightened/stretched

please share this, it would mean a lot to me! and it would help me out a lot (duo my health i currently have no job)
