How to be confident ?

Hey lovlyzz💕 Hope y’all are pretty well! Today I wanna talk about some of the tips that can help you to reach ‘confidence is the key’ mindset. Enjoy!

(Before I start I want y’all to know that what I’m gonna say is what I experienced in the past, so I wanted to share this tips with you all and try to help everyone who’s trying to be a better version).

.Find your style

Nowadays I see a lot of people copying influencers, celebrities styles, even tho it makes them uncomfortable they keep copying them which is wrong! If you wanna be confident and attractive at the same time wear what makes you comfortable..these influencers are wearing what please them so why you’re copying them? Unless if their style match yours or you take it as an inspo, because by imitating them you’re to be them, but they’re already someone.

If you find it hard to find your style go to Pinterest look for the style that you like the most and buy some pieces that match the style you want, you don’t have to go to store you can go thrifting instead if you don’t have enough money just wear what makes you super comfortable, by that you’ll gain more confidence.

Also for makeup try to find the makeup that suits you the best! For me I used to wear heavy makeup but it wasn’t fitting my features but after I watched some videos on YouTube I realized that soft makeup match me so well.

.Compliment yourself

Believe me or not since I start complimenting myself I felt like someone new!

Whenever you wake up tell yourself how pretty you are how gourous you are, look at the mirror and keep complimenting your look.

By doing that your subconscious mind will believe this idea so you’re gonna start to feel more confident certainly.

.Fake it

When I used to be very insecure and unsure of my self, I was always faking my confidence..for example if someone tries to bring about my insecurities I act like I don’t have any of these insecurities they’re talking about like (my curly hair, my bunny teeth..ect) until I made them believe that I really don’t care what they’re saying and it made me believe it too! Until I became confident.

.Heal your trauma

I know this might be weird to hear but you should heal your trauma (your inner child) so you’re gonna be able to trust yourself which means ‘confident’.

you can’t be confident and weak at the same time you have to heal every part of you, start meditation, go see a therapist, try to change your bad habits, work on your personality until you’re satisfied with who you are. You’re gonna feel assertive and stronger immediately!

Hope this tips will help all of you! I didn’t want to add too much details since these tips are the main ones who helped me to reach this mindset..I’ll share more next time thank you sm for reading my blog may god bless y’all 🩷
