i wish someone had told me when i was younger that mental health doesn’t stop. it keeps going. i’m going to keep waking up, and some days i’m going to want to crawl back into bed and ignore my job, and some days i’m going to feel fine. my mind just doesn’t stop and i’m going to need to keep working on this “getting better”.

Liptember is a cause very close to my heart, it’s an organisation raising money and bringing awareness to and researching into women’s mental health.
