Getsuyoubi No Tawawa Chapter 61: Release Date, Recap & Where To Read

Getsuyoubi No Tawawa Chapter 61 will be back with another summer vacation chapter amidst the season when it’s getting close to winter. All the girls in Tawawa are getting a chance to show their beachside and are not holding back in that regard. However, the story focuses on Jitome chan these past few chapters. The center of attention has completely shifted to the main girls as they are going out on the beach and showing what they are capable of in their summer look. In the last few chapters, Jitomi has been hell-bent on going to the beach. But her sensei would not consent to go no matter what. She did her absolute best to tease him and get him to prepare for the beach time to come. She reminisced over there together on their former dates and how he was not afraid of being seen together back then. He refused to go no matter what she brought up. When everything else failed, she switched tactics and started suggesting his fears of clothes becoming loose in public and possibly leading to embarrassment. She made it clear that it won’t be the case, and after remembering they had made a promise back in the day, the sensei consented to go to the beach. Getsuyoubi No Tawawa Chapter 60 Recap Getsuyoubi No Tawawa Chapter 60 followed a different route to the story as Kouhai set herself on a spa trip with her senior, who was there when the cockroach invaded. fun things in the omori japanese translation that i noticed

this is all from just the first hour of the game so this is all in Headspace! I've divided this post into three sections since it got so long

Honorifics

Aubrey calls Omori "Omori-kun", Basil "Basil-kun", and Mari "Mari-chan"

Aubrey calls Kel "Kel-kun" as well, but she just calls him "Kel" when she's annoyed at him

Kel doesn't use honorifics for Omori, Hero, Aubrey, or Basil (he probably doesn't use them for Mari either but he hasn't said her name yet lol)

Hero doesn't use honorifics for anyone either, he just calls them by their names (maybe it's a family thing?)

Mari uses "-chan" for Aubrey and "-kun" for Hero, Kel, and Omori

Basil uses "-kun" for Hero, Kel, and Omori and "-chan" for Aubrey and Mari

None of the playground kids use honorifics

Basil calls Boss "Boss-san" while everyone else just calls him Boss!!

Sunny's mom calls Kel "Kel-kun"

Name Changes

Mewo is named "Nyāgo" (since nya=meow in japanese)

Bun is named "Odango" (which translates to bun, as in the hairstyle)

Nose is named "Ohana" (hana translates to nose)

Bangs is named "Maegami" (which translates to bangs)

Brows is named "Mayu" (which translates to... well, i think you can guess what it translates to at this point)

Pronouns

Aubrey uses the "watashi" pronoun for herself

Kel uses the "ore" pronoun for himself

Basil uses the "boku" pronoun for himself (and it's written in Hiragana too!)

Hero also uses the "ore" pronoun like Kel!

Berley uses the "atashi" pronoun for herself, which is usually used as a feminine pronoun

Van uses the "ore" pronoun

Mikal uses the "boku" pronoun

And everything else

the fonts used are completely different than the one used in the english version, like entirely

Omori's knife is called "pikapika no naifu" and pikapika is the onomatopoeia for sparkling/shining and i thought that was cute!

Happy still recites the alphabet backwards when they're found in hide and seek (as in they still use a, b, c, etc. instead of Japanese)

The Happy emotion is called "Nikoniko" which is the onomatopoeia for smiling!! i thought that was cute

Happy = Nikoniko (smiling onomatopoeia)

Angry = Iraira (angry onomatopoeia)

Sad = Shonbori

Sunny's mom calls herself "Mama" while the text box for her name calls her "Okā-san" (which is mother/mom)

Seconda stagione per Tawawa on Monday, il primo episodio è già online

La serie di corti ispirata alle tavole di Kiseki Himura torna con alle spalle un nuovo staff.

Annunciata una seconda stagione di “Getsuyoubi no Tawawa” (Tawawa on Monday), con il lancio a sorpresa del primo nuovo episodio della serie di corti, già disponibile online da questa mattina, sulla piattaforma di streaming giapponese AbemaTV. 

Lo staff al lavoro sull’anime, presso lo studio YOKOHAMA ANIMATION LAB (Lapis Re:LiGHTs, Miru Tights, Magatsu Wahrheit: Zuerst), è completamente diverso da quella della stagione precedente. Questa volta la regia è affidata a Yuuki Ogawa (Miru Tights, Interspecies Reviewers), della sceneggiatura si occupa Hajime Kamoshida (Just Because!) e il character design è adattato da Tenshou Satou (Gamers!).

Il box Blu-ray con tutti i 12 episodi uscirà in Giappone il 13 dicembre e includerà un 13° episodio inedito.

Sou-chan eats the sweets Mitsuki makes but he doesn’t particularly like sweet things while Tama loves sugar?? And the both of them reconciling their differences in taste while learning to get along asdkhjask

Inserted “despite such” because I thought it might flow better?

“That single word” = “lonely”. Because in the beginning each member of MEZZO” was really lonely? Even though they were a duo, they didn’t get along and were only together by circumstance so there was always a weird tension between the two ahhhash

No idea what “信吾町” is though individually each kanji means “faith”, “our/own”, “town/village”, and “すきま風” is literally “the cold air between two people”

“反比例” is probably inverse or something I think. But yeah, Sou-chan and Tama’s backstories are reverses of each other. Sou-chan with his big, rich family that always kept an eye on him and all their expectations, resulting in his emotional suppression and the way he always burdened himself VS Tama’s fractured family situation and his honesty and the way he relies on others because it’s easier than expecting them to stay by his side long enough (i’m prob not explaining this right?? otl)

Despite that they sing well together and turn their incompatibility into something else??
