MAKE ME FEEL  //  accepting .

the loud bang that erupted from the small firearm was enough to shake the whole block over . unfortunately, the mafia boss just so happened to be at the end of it’s wrath, knees almost instantly collapsing onto the concrete pavement below . sneaking up behind someone . . . a dirty cheap trick !! hand instantly went to cover the seeping pool of red on his abdomen as blue hues caught glimpse of the attacker fleeing back into the alley’s shadows of which he emerged . already, vision was fading . . . but the mafisto caught glimpse of a familiar figure not too far away .  ❝ a - abbacchio ?? . . . ❞

How do we know Thomas isn’t going to France
Oh, you're gonna drag this outta me.
Alright, here we go ...
Here is your Junk Drawer "New Rockstars", "Wandavision"-esque speculation/Theory post.
So what we know is that the family is going to the South of France, The Dowager is going to inherent a villa - Okay.
We know that of the staff, Carson, Mrs. Hughes, Bates, Anna, and Baxter are going with them (Brendon Coyle confirmed in interview). Leaving Thomas, Andy, Mrs. Patmore, and Daisy as the skeleton crew under George's 'management'.
We know of Thomas's only shot in the trailer is that there is a English Movie Production company setting up shop at Downton Abbey. Which means that Laura Haddock is probably a movie actress - okay.
There is also rumors that Dominic West is playing the villain of the movie and that he is after something that the Dowager Countess has in her keeping for a long time, something of value that was once housed in the Villa.
So here's my theory for the plot of the movie.
Tom and Lucy get married in the first fifteen minutes of the movie.
When they return Dominic West's father dies and has left their family villa to the Dowager Countess. Dominic West invites the family to the South of France for "Fun family good times" So they pack up (Taking Sybbie with them if I've heard right) and go jetting off to paradise. When they get there Mary meets Hugh Dancy who is an Interpol Policeman who is investigating Dominic West. Meanwhile George and the lower ranking staff are left behind at Downton were suddenly a Movie Company shows up to shoot location of Downton Abbey for their movie.
The main plot is that Dominic West (Who is Mafisto) is looking for something of his father's that he is convinced that the Dowager has hidden in plain sight at Downton Abbey. We learn that the movie company is a scam and that Laura Haddock is actually a thief in Dominic West's employment and George, Thomas, and the staff have to match wits with the "Actress" and her "movie crew".
In the end, Dominic West's plot is revealed in France and Mary and Hugh Darcy comes rushing back to the rescue before whatever nefarious plot is hatched by Haddock against George, Thomas, and the skeleton crew at Downton Abbey.
(Mary and Dancy to the Rescue)

My theory for the end of the movie is that the Dowager dies, leaving the item of worth to Mary for when the family needs it most ... (The Great Depression) and they all cry, but are heartened that the family continues on to a new era.
My magin of error is that Mary perhaps doesn't go to France at all and stays behind with George and Thomas to look after the Estate. And or is depressed because of her pending divorce with Henry.

Loki show thoughts: I liked it. I came into it liking Loki and also with the mind frame of accepting that it was a stepping stone to future Marvel stuff. And I felt this show had the most to do with it being a stepping stone than the others and therefore why the last ep could have Kang, as it kept being hinted here and there for those looking that deeply for clues. Which was such a feeling of validation to keen viewers, as opposed to the disappointment a lot of people felt from WV when, for a bunch of reasons(the pandemic, not wanting to take away from Wanda's journey, and being more gentle with forging the path BECAUSE it was the first DP series) couldn't give us Mafisto or an actual Multiverse plucked version of Pietro pulled from the FOX X-Men. Plus, we got Classic Loki that was top tier performance, Kid Loki is such a Mood, and Gator Loki was a treasure! <3
I'm critical of it, but I did enjoy it. I had a good time watching it. and it definitely had me engaged through the episodes trying to predict things. I felt a lot of theories were better than the final result tho, sadly.
I think the Mephisto theory for WV was reaching. The Pietro shit makes me fume.
Interesting tho that you mention the other Loki's. that's one of my criticisms of the show. In that I LOVED those main variants we saw. Honestly Classic!Loki stole the show. Classic!Loki was LOKI. and I'm sitting here the entire season of this show waiting for MCU!Loki, the Loki we're supposed to be invested in here to actually do something really worth while. He basically became a side character, almost the straight man, in his own show. And it was almost really about Sylvie's journey. which is fine. the show just framed things very strangely... told the story very strangely.
I knew it was going to be a stepping stone into the Multiverse stuff. and really bring it to the forefront. I think they could have made some more interesting choices to get us there... and they could have done it without dumbing MCU!Loki down so much.
the show is worth watching. like... a solid 6/10 or something

There’s actually a bad guy called Mafisto who is Satan or something and they just haven’t thought about BULLYING HIM AWAY??
Also does he live up to his name? Asking for a friend.

There's something iconic about Harold Gloom sitting in a Fatburger, staring in mild annoyance at a milkshake...
Not nearly as iconic as this guy that asked if I was... Mefisto? Mafisto?? Whichever is the right spelling ASDFGHJKL

Soooo they really didn't stick that landing with Wanda Vision, which sucks I loved the series, making Wanda the bad guy is a mistake, she's now the purple man for an entire town. And they could have just had Mafisto in there to fix that they did the ground work for it. Agathas set up of the children no longer works. Her just wanting powers, seemed hollow in a series where they seemed to pay attention to every single detail. Hardly any of the questions where answered. And maybe shore that up.
This new "hey look women can be terrible too!" Way of writing women super hero's is very disappointing, they did this with WW84 and Jessica Jones.
It was an amazing exploration of grief. But that would be the other problem painting someone going threw grief as a villain, is so fucking yikes.

Deskgirl: Which of your muses do you ship with multiple/different people depending on the story?
Eli THE SLUT! J/K...ish You may remember him as Crims but Yeah Eli kinda gets around depending on the story I have him in. In some verses he’s with John exclusively but there are others were where he’s in a more open relationships
Knight!verse- Ends up marrying his Prince but had a fling with  the current King’s champion Sid that bordered on something more cause they were both in love with people they thought they couldn’t have.
Priest!verse- Non-sexual but thoroughly committed to his King to the point they share a bed and refer to the king’s daughter as ‘their daughter’ in private
Vamp!Verse- commited Ghoul/Master relationship with his Vampire Theron
Slag!Verse- Has a boyfriend John, a platonic third/boyfriend Shinta, and still goes out to clubs to get laid. This one embodies “trust is more important than monogamy” because this is all with lots of communication and consent of all parties
Space!verse- goes by the name Krimson, has 2 ‘secret husbands’, his bodyguard John and his companion Shinta(whore/escort), Outward appearances say he’s a Mafisto that needs protecting and indulges in a high class hooker, privately he lavishes attention on his pretty smaller lover and loves being manhandled by his stronger cyborg lover.
Pirate!verse- Had a serious thing going with The Spaniard Maroon
So yeah he usually ends up with one person because i only RP him with one other writer but he does have the most verses where he’s with someone else.in addition to or instead of John

Underdark in Farroway (Part 2)
Since my recaps always end up being freakishly absurdly long, I decided I’m gonna do a better job of summarizing the details. A lot of the details are left out so it’s less of a chore to read, and I’m gonna try to do this for every recap from now on.
It’s been about a month since Warren returned to Farroway and the rest of the party departed. Still suspicious about the cambian the party encountered outside of Farroway, Warren revisits his old university and decides to go poking around in the underground library for answers. Because this part of the school houses so many important texts, many of which have forbidden information in them, it’s against policy for any student or alumni to enter without clearance from the head mage in addition to an escort. However, Warren has a very bad feeling about what may be going on and can’t afford to wait for the head mage’s permission, so he sneaks in.
While browsing many of the texts, he finds a book on the occult and deadly cults, and he finds one that eerily matches what he’s seen. However, as he’s reading he gets confronted by a demonic shadow creature. Using a telekinetic spell, he manages to distract the creature by hurling various books at it, then takes off down a corridor where he ends up barging into a room full of guardsmen. He explains to them what he saw, and they’re skeptical at first, but the guard captain recognizes Warren as a hero who saved Farroway from war, so he decides to give him the benefit of the doubt. He leads them back to the shadow creature and casts a radiant light spell that completely destroys it.
With the monster destroyed, he searches the several scattered books for the one he was reading earlier, though a thought suddenly occurs to him. Although the underground library is largely off limits, there’s no way anyone would have an actual demonic entity guarding it, so Warren surmises that someone -- likely one of the cultists -- has infiltrated the school and is trying to keep people from finding out what’s going on. He tells the guard and the guard captain that it’s possible one of them is a traitor to Farroway, and then casts “detect good and evil” on the group to see if any of them have evil intentions and are therefore one of the cultists. The spell allows him to figure out that one of them is indeed a traitor, but he can’t tell who it is.
He returns to searching, though instead of finding the book he had earlier, he finds a scroll for a resurrection spell and gets an idea: Revive the shadow demon that he just killed and use it to find the identity of the traitor. Since he’ll have revived it, it will be under his command. He resurrects it and, under his command, it’s able to find out who the spy is: None other than the guard captain himself. Warren orders the demon to restrain him, and everyone leaves the library to inform the head mage of their findings. As they go through the school, Warren notices that it’s completely barren: No students, no instructors, no house elves, no noise or even any smells whatsoever.
When they arrive at the head mage’s office, they enter after solving the riddle at the door and find the office looks like a battle had just taken place. Warren searches the room for clues about what happened and he finds three very troubling books. The first one is “The Damned Manuscript of Mafisto,” which very intimately details the specific cult that Warren suspects is brewing in Farroway: their beliefs, the god they worship, their ultimate goal, etc. The second is a book titled “Libram of Midecto” that allows its reader the ability to see into the future when read. The last book is “The Enchiridion of Ados”, which Warren is unable to read as only a cleric on holy ground (Most likely a monastery of some kind) is able to unseal it.
Warren turns his attention to the guard captain to interrogate him, and he confesses that he’s merely a low-level demon that overtook the captain’s body. Warren has the shadow demon force it out of the captain’s body, but it opens a portal to Hell and escapes. Warren orders the shadow demon to follow it and bring it back since it’s their only lead and they can’t afford to lose it. The demon follows after it, but it’s now unavailable for him to use until it returns.
Warren tells the remaining guards that there is a very, very strong chance that the head mage is in on the cult considering what he found, and he fears that the cult’s influence has already spread so far that Farroway’s leadership has been corrupted.
Their next goal is to go to a holy place to have a cleric unseal “The Enchiridion of Ados”
