The assistants seem to be struggling a bit without Jon. I thought it a bit strange that every person making a statement was good at storytelling, but this episode really shows how good Jon is at making people talk, and he's not even in the episode.

Also, Martin giving money to that random woman was hilarious. I'm doubtful of her story even being real

Actually I feel like my idea that Celia from tma and tmagp universes swapped places is sounding more and more likely. Bc Celia in tma didn't remember anything, not even her name. So I'm guessing that the Celia we THOUGHT was Lynne Hammond was actually Celia Ripley, and that's why she didn't remember anything. This Celia Ripley is actually our Lynne Hammond, who took Celia's identity when she figured out what was going on.

I think what lends even more credence to this idea is the fact that Lynne's original statement, the last time we saw her before she was "Celia", was about Agnes Montague, who as we all know was deeply connected to hilltop road.

Think about it-- Lynne gives her statement about Agnes trying to reach out to her as a ghost. The VERY next time we see her she has no idea who anyone else is, including herself. Whereas "Celia" knows about the entities, recognizes Jon's voice, and seemingly wants to search for specific statements?

also, while im magnus archives posting, i find it funny that the way to beat most fear entities is just to have adhd. the representation we need. spiral cant distort my sense of time and direction if i didnt have any to begin with. endless confusing corridors? you mean any building without a map? the stranger invites me to its creepy skin factory to work out the pipes? okie dokie! i will fail completely to notice anything. your horrors cannot affect me. my brain is too smooth, they simply slide off.

mag 100 is so silly its just everyone trying to take statements from the subjects and fucking failing asking a million questions and just giving up eventually . one of them was doing it for money, one of them thought theyd stumbled on a government conspiracy, one guy kept straight up left the spiral because he was gonna be late for dinner with mum and one guy starting having a panic attack because of the spiders was left alone and then peter lukas turned up???
