very violent in your face reminder that you should NOT grab someones wheelchair and start wheeling them out of the way or to another area without their permission i went on a fieldtrip yesterday to a university and while my friend who was wheeling me around the entire time stepped off to the side to do something, my teacher unexpectedly came up behind me and started to wheel me over to another area when i was in the middle of doing something. she did not warn me or even bother to tell me that she was going to start moving me. this is only because i am in a wheelchair. it scared me and it was not okay at all. its the same thing as taking someone forcefully by the shoulders and moving them somewhere else when their friend who was walking with them stepped off to the side for a moment and they were waiting for them. you dont do that because its rude, weird, and disrespectful towards them- so why would you do that to me, or any other wheelchair user?

If I had known that getting an Adderall prescription would mean I would need to call the pharmacy every 2 days for the rest of my life, I might have rethought that choice.

Last time I filled my prescription, I could only get a partial fill because they didn't have the full 30 day supply. So I've just been calling every few days to be like "hey, can I fill the rest of this now?" and TODAY they are like "oh well…its too soon for you to refill this." What are you talking about? I'm trying to get the rest of the pills you were supposed to have given me 2 weeks ago. How can it be TOO SOON to get the pills you were supposed to give me 2 weeks ago? But you have it in stock TODAY. You might not have it in 6 days, when I run out, and again, these are pills included in the original prescription that I should have gotten two weeks ago anyway. How can it be too soon if they are 2 weeks late?

Regardless of whether you ship them or not Chrissy died brutally right in front of his eyes, I’d really like to clarify I’m not saying this as a shipper, if someone died like Chrissy did right in front of your eyes it’d literally be the only thing on your mind for a while. By the way, they’re talking about the scene where Eddie tells Steve to make Vecna pay. Both shippers are forgetting that Vecna ruined Eddie’s life too because of what he did the whole town thinks he is a psycho serial killer, he not only want’s vengeance for Chrissy he wants vengeance for himself too.

He has a heart, he’s not an emotionless psycho, he cared about Chrissy, it doesn’t matter if you think he cared about her as a friend, as someone with romantic interest or just as a peer. If you seriously think he wasn’t thinking about Chrissy in that moment, even just a little bit, you might as well be just like Jason and all his friends who think he never cared about anyone.

Hi friends. I’ve rambled A LOT about the out of the blue, jarring S*tancy moments in ST4 that could cause some Jancy issues (I’m hopeful it doesn’t) but I really haven’t processed or considered the very real, non-Steve threats to Jancy this season and wanted to take a moment to show where each character is at and how they feel about their relationship in the moment:

At this point, Jonathan...

is terrified of ending up like his parents

doesn’t want to follow Nancy to Boston for a dream that isn’t even his own

doesn’t want to leave his family because he feels responsible for them

is lying to Nancy about wanting to go to Emerson and doesn’t want to confess

despite the fact he is disappointed, a part of him is massively relieved Nancy didn’t come to visit because Jonathan...

believes that if he tells Nancy he wants to stay and California and attend Lenora Community, she will abandon her Emerson dreams and follow him (which... Jonathan, bb, I love you, I love you and Nancy together so much, and I like to think I know Nancy’s character, but have you met your girlfriend? NO part of me thinks she would drop her dream college for Jonathan UNLESS there was a very comparable school in Cali she also expressed interest in (which to my knowledge there is not and she has not)) 

doesn’t know what to do so he’s not dealing with it and is pushing Nancy away until she inevitably leaves him (because he doesn’t know how to handle everything. I don’t think his line about breaking up with Nancy is a reflection of him wanting to break up with Nancy, I think it has more to do with his own self sabotage and seeing no other way out. He views her leaving him as inevitable.)

let’s his worry for Nancy out weigh his avoidant behavior and plans the escape to Hawkins (which we all know how that ends up)

is hurt, lonely, confused, and frustrated

mentions feeling annoyed that Jonathan isn’t there when talking with Fred but her hurt and frustration come through while talking with Robin later in the season. 

states that Jonathan was supposed to visit her and he backed out at the last second with only a vague excuse

confesses she wasn’t too shocked because she has been feeling him pull away lately

Nancy explicitly states that she is feeling him pull away (not them drifting apart). This places the blame on Jonathan for the stress of the relationship (and I don’t think she’s totally wrong for doing this. Jonathan basically admits this is his doing).

rants that she doesn’t know why he’s pulling away. It might be the massive distance or other reasons.

explicitly mentions one of these reasons is that she fears he may have met someone new which shows me she’s feeling very vulnerable and unloved

expresses frustration that she can’t even get in contact with him to figure out why he’s not here and why he is pulling away from her because the Byers’ phone isn’t working. 

Clearly there is a massive breakdown in their communication that could easily be fixed with them speaking to one another, but the separate life goals are very concerning. Specifically, Jonathan saying going to Emerson is not a part of his dream while Nancy applied early application and the fact he has been lying about it. 

Do you think they can work through this? How do you think the show can/will handle it? How do you wish the show would handle it?

She just doesn’t know it yet.” (Argyle is confused) “Like, I can’t leave my mom and my brother to chase a dream that isn’t mine.” (Argyle tells him he’s dead) “What was I supposed to do?” (Not lie!) “Not lie?” (Yeah!) “Not lie?!” (YEAH!) “So I just, I just tell her the truth?” (Yes!) “No, no because... because if I told her the truth then she’d just, she’d just throw her dreams out the window to come out here and be with me and... I just I can’t take that. Like, you know, like this huge knot of resentment would build like some cancer until eventually she hates me. And then, and then before you know it, we’re just like my mom and dad: divorced, my kids hate me...” (Argyle misses the shot and says shit) “Yeah shit! I mean it’s all shit. Augh! The cycle never ends.” (Yeah, your nightmare cycle, you want it to stop. But what is your approach here, man, to just slow motion break up with Nancy?) “...I guess?” (No, man!) “I know, I know, I don’t know what to do.” (Argyle tells Jonathan to smoke more and Jonathan runs to the van and leaps through the driver’s window *chef’s kiss*)

“It’s just, he was supposed to be here for the break and then he backed out at the last minute for some vague, mumbly, Jonathan reason and you know, to be honest, I’m not even that surprised because I’ve been feeling him pulling away lately and I don’t know if it’s because we’re 2,000 miles away, or if he met someone new, or what... And now I can’t find out why because apparently he’s blown up his family’s house phone or something. So, yeah, if the mention of his name caused a slight muscle spasm on my face that’s... probably why.”

I just know that minors in fandom spaces aren’t being ageist to adults in fandom spaces…

Because how the hell are minors going to be ageist when the reason half these fandoms are alive and active are because of the adults creating content for them? How the adults are the ones actually creating / writing all these games, animes, books, and shows that they so wholeheartedly love? If it weren’t for the adults in these fandoms, half of the stuff wouldn’t even exist.

Like how adults that have been in the fandoms for decades, since before the remakes and remasters came out? It just makes no sense to me, the lack of respect for adults in fandom spaces (whether they’re SFW or NSFW creators) is crazy. Adults, regardless of if they have kids, families, or not, are allowed to have hobbies.

Adults should be the ones creating adult content, not minors. The fact minors take issue with adults not being comfortable with children making adult content is baffling? Reading and creating are different things.

it’s old news, but if Mike straight and not in love with Will...why was Mike’s reaction the most important for us to see when they found “Will’s body”? The camera focused on his face, he was the one that we saw crying to his mom, the one whose parents thought of going talking to him, the one that was looking at Will’s drawings.
