this is how I think Bruce Wayne drinks champagne at galas Clark is attending, just to fuck with him. shades of the real Bruce Wayne, gone before anyone can see them. no one else has super senses that can slow things down enough for them to see all the interlocking micro expressions, the sharpness that's there in his eyes for just one second.

guys i had another shower thought and I think I fixed batman v superman
if you dont know, theres a clip of zack synder on the joe rogan podcast where he talks about how batman should kill and its going viral on twitter
my immediate first thought was: then why was joker still alive?
we all know that batfleck would have killed joker after dick died (still cant believe that happened wtf) because bruce literally tried to kill joker in the comics
hear me out: movie opens with jason (NOT DICK, ZACK) dying in the warehouse and batfleck LOSES IT and starts trying to hunt down joker. cavil, as clark, hears about the batman for the first time and how he's going on a rampage across gotham to find joker and he's like: not on my watch
boom, the story then shifts from a batman v joker storyline to the batman v superman storyline cuz clark is trying to stop batfleck and batfleck just wants joker's head
hell, instead of the martha moment that was meme'd to death, you could have had a scene where clark and batfleck are fighting and eventually clark shouts, in frustration, "why are you doing this?!"
and batfleck roars, "HE KILLED MY SON."
boom, now clark is viewing the situation differently. he's conflicted. he runs to lois for advice because he now understands batfleck's fury and vengeance since there's a part of him that would probably act the same but it doesn't make him right
then clark can approach batfleck, not as superman but as clark, and they TALK. clark explains to bruce that jason wouldn't want him kill the joker. that its not going to solve anything
and eventually bruce agrees especially since clark is the first person to actually help bruce process the death of jason in a nonviolent way. then movie ends with them becoming friends.
the best part is joker wouldn't even be in the movie at all. he would just be a metaphor of batfleck's anger, grief, and vengeance
batman v superman should have been a movie of these two powerhouses' ideologies butting heads before coming to a resolution and becoming friends.
ya know, how clark and bruce actually are in the comics
but we all know zack has never read a detective comics comic before so lmao

Thoughts on Batman by Jewishness?
This one's harder mostly because Batman has had like a million fucking movies and shows and I have not seen even close to all of them - I didn't even find him that compelling as a character until I got into his children. Also we're defining Batman as Bruce Wayne because obviously Dick Grayson isn't Jewish and I don't know anything about Terry McGinnis and evil future Batman!Tim Drake might be Jewish but he's essentially a recurring what if character. Ok here we go
Tumblr media
In last place we have Batfleck. Even if Ben Affleck had any interest in portraying Bruce Wayne jewishally, he sucked and I hate him in the role, so I'm giving him a -5/10 just for being in bad movies. Fuck you pick better scripts
Tumblr media
After that we have the Dark Knight Trilogy Batman. Extremely well made and enjoyable movies. Not much like comic Batman imo. 1/10
Tumblr media
Next we have Battinson. I actually don't mind this movie! I don't like it nearly as much as it seemed everybody else had, and I really wish we could get a Batman movie that acknowledges he has a fucking family in the year of our lord 5783, but it's still a good movie. However, no indication that Bruce is Jewish. I do however think this Bruce is way funnier, so extra points for making me laugh out loud in the theater repeatedly. 3/10
Tumblr media
Up next is Lego Batman from the Lego Batman movie. I don't know he just gives me good vibes. He's got a Robin, which automatically puts him closer to comic canon than any other filmic version of Batman, making him Jewish by association. 5/10 I guess
Tumblr media
I only watched one season of Gotham but hey, it was a pretty good season before I realized what I really wanted to be watching was Smallville, which I then proceeded to watch all ten seasons of over the course of four weeks (I was in, how you say, a depression). I probably would've watched more (see: in a depression), but there was only one season in existence at the time. It seemed fine to me, although I know a lot more about Batman now than I did then, but it seemed decently connected to the spirit of the comics. Bonus points for David Mazouz being a Jewish actor - the only Jewish actor on this list fyi - but at least in the one season I watched, he was not confirmed Jewish, so let's say a 7/10 (is this technically even a Batman? I have no idea what happens in the later seasons)
Tumblr media
Finally we have our main continuity comic book Batman, the only (afaik) canonically Jewish Batman on this list! Batman was made Jewish by association when his maternal cousin, Kate Kane aka Batwoman, was created as an explicitly Jewish character. Sidenote, she's a great character and I adore her. But yeah although he is essentially canonically Jewish it's never actually addressed within his stories - he's only ever spoken about his father being Christian and him not following in his footsteps, as far as I know. I give it a 9/10, losing a point for only being Jewish on a technicality. DC, like Marvel, are also cowards
Honorable mention to any animated movie based directly on a comic such as the Under the Red Hood movie being Jewish by association as well. Let's give that archetype of Bruce a 7.5/10

Another tit ask pls rank some of your favorite famous men's/fictional character tits, detailed reviews if possible
Top 5 Fictional Men's Tits
5. Jim Kirk (Star Trek: TOS)
They are always out. Simply can't be contained. Kirk has plot armor but his shirts have whatever the opposite of plot armor is, just like when a female character wears clothing that covers her midriff. It's a guaranteed casualty. Slutty, pink little nipples. There's that one post about his mommy milkers that made that dudebro shit blood. Frequently artfully dirty. Lowest on this list because they could be bigger and hairier, and also because Shat sucks enough to interfere with the inherent horniness of his character.
4. Batfleck (DCEU)
The first superhero in twelve thousand years they didn't wax from chin to big toe. His skin isn't shrink wrapped to his muscles. Nature is healing. They were just as mad as he was that whole movie, and then in the next one they were sad like him too. I like picturing Wonder Woman motorboating them. Also frequently dirty. But tbh... also could be bigger. Other Batmans could probably deliver on that, but alas all of them are significantly less slutty and have not sent me a picture of their tits.
3. Mick Rory (DCTV)
Not slutty and has not sent me a picture of his tits, but he makes up for it with being Big and unfathomably emotionally damaged. He's like the draft horse of men, and that's how I like 'em. I think it would be really hot and also really funny to bounce those things while he sits completely frozen like maybe if he stays still enough my heat seeking sexual objectification missile won't see him.
2. M'Baku (MCU)
BIG. Fit perfectly formulated to accentuate the girls, as god intended. Is that a peek of sideboob? Maybe so. I am staring. He should have been allowed to have them out. Everyone wanted this.
1. Izzy Hands (Our Flag Means Death)
TECHNICALLY Izzy has not sent me a picture of his tits, but Con O'Neill shows me his license (left) and registration (right) every single day. Hairy. Perky. Got a nice little bit of belly to support them. Izzy's all buttoned up- no, almost- almost buttoned up. He's got a little hint of sternum showing where he didn't do the last two buttons, despite having a tie!!, wearing all black for contrast, to draw your eye in, make you think about it, make you wonder, make you yearn. He could do everything the four runners up did. Boob window sliced open in battle that's a metaphor for gay sex? He could do that with his hands tied (please let him do that with his hands tied). Sweaty, bouncy, revenge training montage? Easy-peasy lemme squeezy. Prey fear response to a much younger, sluttier, and immeasurably more well-adjusted relentless flirt? Already done. Power slouch? Coming soon (season two, and me).

Thoughts on The Flash:
•Ezra Miller unsettles me to the point it pulls me out of the story a bit.
•The cgi is absolutely awful, like it’s beyond words how bad it is. If I made it I would not put my name on it.
•which is a shame because the overall story and execution is actually pretty good. The tone is very well balanced, the story did everything I would have wanted it to. I appreciate that they take the genre seriously. Like yes, this is a silly comic book story about a guy who can run fast with life-threatening stakes, and we’re going to do everything that entails.
•Kara can murder a little, as a treat. I support women’s rights and wrongs.
•Weird old man Batman is something that can be so personal. I love him.
•I really think this movie feels more like Justice League than the Justice League movie did. The characters show up when it makes sense. Glad to see it as sort of a send-off to the old DCU, but I’m gonna miss batfleck and the like.
•the fact that they bring back side characters like temeura morrison for a joke. I hope he gets residuals out of it.
•I feel torn on the CG thing. I really feel they could have cleverly used shots from the actual media to create the same effect without the weird moral quandary of stealing the image of dead people/it would age better and look better while still honoring the people involved. The idea is kind of neat, even if over-the-top. But idk. I would say it feels fanservicey but who the heck in the actual standard audience even knows who George Reeves is at this point?
In conclusion I liked it but I feel it’s dragged down by bad effects/Ezra Miller. Where it’s good it’s good though. If you like cheese-taken-seriously superhero stuff ie Shazam, Spider-Man, etc, you might like it, especially if you’re a DC diehard.

That "The Flash" movie makes a lot more sense once you realize that it's not about time travel
I watched the new "The Flash" movie, and I really liked it. Ezra Miller does a great job playing a double role, it's always great to see Michael Keaton (especially when he reprises one of the best Batmans ever), and, most importantly for me, the film introduces a version of Supergirl that I now have some serious crush on. Almost broken, full of anger, but slowly regaining trust. Such a marvellous work by Sasha Calle, and I really hope to see more of this character!
But there's one thing that bothered me for quite some time: Time. (Ha ha.) Because the movie does some terrible job at explaining why exactly Barry Allen running fast enough to travel back in time and saving his mom would exchange Batfleck with Tim-Burton-Batman. We're told that changes in the time line work in two directions. By Bruce Wayne. With a bunch of spaghetti. Seriously?
I think we shouldn't trust Bruce on this one. I mean, he's a genius detective, but why should he know time travel shit? Exactly. So, please allow me to propose an alternative theory. Which avoids problems like unexplainably changed Batmans and grandfather paradoxes, while providing terrible new problems like vanishing Barrys and an almost infinite number of dead Supergirls (I'll try to keep spoilers at a minimum, I promise). Ready to go? Good.
Barry did not travel through time. When he entered the Speed Force to travel back in time, he indeed traveled through lots and lots of universes, each universe a bit more out of sync with his original universe. And he finally crossed over to a parallel universe whose main difference to our world, at first glance at least, is that it's years out of sync with our time. In this universe, Barry's mom is still alive. And whatever Barry does here has always been part of this universe's history. So he does not change the past, he just plays his role as a visitor in another universe.
Then he tries to get back, but can't because another being also messing with the Speed Force throws him out and he lands in another universe, where it's 2013 and his mom also has survived. But it does not necessarily have to be the same universe that he just visited (that would be one heck of a coincidence), and it definitely is not the universe he originally came from. Because this universe is the world of Tim Burton's Batman. Or one of many iterations of it. And this is one of the worlds where mommy Allen has survived. And where no Superman exists, but where a marvellous, marvellous, marvellous Supergirl is waiting somewhere to turn from almost broken damsel in distress to an abso-smashing-loutely gorgeous goddess of revenge. And so the movie's story unfolds, with two Barrys ending up trying to find a way of saving Supergirl from dying in the final battle, visiting world after world where it did not work.
Gosh. Be it time travel or inter dimensional sliding, that is always terrible: Seeing a heroine you just develop a crush on die. So. Darn. Many. Times. It's just terrible. I was an emotional wreck. Great job everyone, would go on that ride again anytime!
Oh, and of course "our" Barry does not return to his original universe, he returns to another one with a slight alternation that he wished for (filling a gap there, because this universe's Barry also went away via Speed Force, trying his luck in just another parallel-but-out-of-sync universe). Which universe our boy landed in? Finding that out made me smirk quite a lot.
So. That's my theory. Sorry that I can't offer any spaghetti to explain it like Bruce did for his theory. Might I instead offer a nice bubble bath? That might be close enough to my idea of traveling the multiverse.

okay so I know many of us would love to just jump into having the entire batfam in a live action movie and that they totally biffed that opportunity with batfleck but it also makes really excited to think about the possibility of starting at the beginning with battinson and dick and actually getting to see that whole storyline play out and watching battinson realizing that he isn’t alone anymore and doing his best to make sure this nine year old kid doesn’t turn out like he did

I have a migraine and feeling a bit uninhibited I suppose but I just would like to say that it’s nice to feel untethered to a cinematic universe where they have ignored/abused/erased/mishandled the very reason why I got invested in the first place. I have personally never gone to these movies if I knew for a whole reason I wouldn’t enjoy it. I didn’t go through Nolan’s movies and I doubt anything from these movies will interest me IF it even gets made. Man of Steel is what changed the game for me, personally. In the same way, Watchmen did before that. And ZSJL being the penultimate culmination of all that will never not strike an optimistic chord in me. But know I’m still going to regurgitate whatever Batfleck content I can make for MY enjoyment and those who want that. So, as an old friend said:
