i really want to know what it was about beauty youtube that invented a whole other breed of human because like there are a LOT of beauty gurus and i can't name a single normal one without a list of controversies longer than my arm. i know there's a lot of egomaniacs on youtube and i haven't kept up with the beauty side for a while but i was IN it for several years and at this point it seems like the most normal one left is the OG michelle phan and she's in a quantum physics healing magic cult!!

#mylife #i used to follow my favs on snapchat like i really kept up with it for awhile #but it seemed like there was this cresting wave of controversies and when that shit coincided with me wearing makeup less i hopped off #then i look back and it has become what seems to be an unending tsunami #the shit that goes down in beauty youtube is insane #and i just DONT GET IT #the cosplayer makeup tutorial people arent like this!! what they do is so similar but it's just the gurus who are so unhinged #so it's not like something as shallow as makeup attracting a certain kind of personality #(which would be insane anyway)#since they're making their money off the same thing. it's that culture subset somehow it's so weird

Merry Christmas to all🎄🖖🏽 I didn't get that much due to age :/ but I'm still grateful for what I got tho (my pc was an gift) so its coo, my brothers got slightly better gifts than me so I was in my feelings a bit overall 7.5/10 , I miss christmas last year so badly ;[ but I cant wait to play w this makeup as I'm getting better at it and the cheap shit getting old , may clean my brushes too.
