I'm working on a story called "CP 11". It's about a German special police unit which deals with cyber crime cases, also such as in the dark web as well deep web.
Mala Emde, Florian Bartholomäi and Mimi Fiedler would be the main characters ;) Mimi Fiedler is the boss and I imagine her character like Hetty from Navy CIS: L.A. cause she just SLAYS!😁 And the storyline would be kinda like that (gonna use the names of the actors since I haven't thought of any character names yet sorry🙈):
Though Mala is a brilliant and very dedicated policewoman who loves her job more than anything, she absolutely lacks social skills. This unfortunately always leads to scare away her partners, to the displeasure of her boss. After the umpteenth time of Mala making another partner quit due to her obnoxious and difficult attitude, her boss Mimi gives her an ultimatum: She'll gonna try her best to become a good and proper team with her next partner or she can pack her things and go. Since enough is enough. She has always closed an eye on her unbelievable behavior towards her former partners due to her great talent as a cyper criminologist. But this job is not meant for loners and she insists for her to have a partner by her side.
Very reluctantly, Mala agrees since this job just means everything to her. Cause what nobody knows, she actually follows the plan to find a certain person called "The Dollmaker" - a very big number from the dark web. He's responsible for the kidnapping of her best friend many years ago and since Mala blames herself for the disappearance of her best friend, she swore herself to do everything it takes to find her again and take down this motherfucker. And since no one is gonna stop her from pursuing this plan, she promises to be nice towards her next partner.
But life has its wicked ways and the world is sometimes very small. That's exactly how Mala feels when suddenly the charismatic Florian - a fellow trainee during her time at the police academy, stands in front of her and claims with a smiling face that from now on he's gonna be her new partner. Mala is not very pleased by this since both have a bit of a backstory but he actually doesn't seem to mind. In fact, he genuinely seems happy to be able to work together with her which confuses her quite a lot.
In the beginning, they aren't really the greatest duo and often have arguments with each other. But in course of time, they get to know each other better which leads to them feeling more comfortable and trusting around each other. And Mala eventually realizes that she's not the only one who harbors demons from the past...
So that's kinda the plot😉 I know it's far from perfect yet but I have this idea for quite a while now and I'm actually pretty fascinated by the dark and forbidden corners of the internet. And since many people still don't know about the horrible dangers of the dark as well deep web, I'd also like this story for informing people about it and maybe also help them to become more cautious about their behavior in the online world in general.
