Witchery holidays - Gordale Scar

OK, update: What does a true Witcher fan do when she cannot get a good shot of one of her favourite Witcher filming locations because there are always people in the way?- Setting the alarm to 6 a.m. (although she hates getting up early like the plague) and doing the hike again the next morning of course, hoping nobody else had this brilliant idea. As it turns out, I was indeed the only one - had all of Janet's Foss and Gordale Scar to myself from 6:40-7:30 😊. (Too bad I didn't bring a towel, I could have taken a nice shower under the falls there and nobody would have been the wiser 😂)

I just know that vampire-proof mind-vaccine thing that means Cassie-First and Alex can have sex caused confusion early on like

“Wait a second, is this safe? Do you have any, er, protection?”

“No, no, I get that, what I mean is, blowing up half of Yorkshire’s one thing but if I have to tell my family that I got a girl pregnant on top of everything else then mum’s going to disown me.”

Which of course leads to asides such as “can an alfar even get pregnant from a human?” and “If so, does that make us technically the same species or is it a lion/tiger sort of deal?” and Alex ends up speculating over how many chromosomes the People have until Cassie shuts him up

#Although tbh we don’t know how long it took them to get to that #considering Alex had to viscerally eat that one guy and kinda got off on it #there…may have been some trauma to work through #I mean Cassie says they spend a lot of time in bed and it’s the one thing she didn’t complain about when they were locked up #and they’re very physically close throughout book 8 so y’know somethings going on #but it might have taken a while. Alternately she may have dragged him off and had her wicked way before they even left Malham #who knows #the laundry files
