Hi dogin! Question for ya: what’s your favorite thing about c!Tommy? (I might do these with more characters in the future too)
AYOOO FINALLY GOT TO ANSWER THIS!! (and yes pls do this with more characters, I love to talk!)
This is a really good question because I have genuinely been thinking about it all day and it's genuinely hard to pick one thing, and not in the way you might expect of like "oh everything's so good abt him", don't get me wrong he's got a lot of really good qualities but I think the reason it's so hard to choose is that what's good about Tommy isn't any stand-out good trait, it's just all of him, all these tiny bits of personality combined, make such a good character,
So with that all explained you'll understand why my answer is so vague: My favourite thing about c!tommy is...
His Humanity.
Tommy is, and has always been, distinctly human, no matter how hard he tries to be better or worse, he cant be anything other than human.
The way he can stand on a hill with an axe in his hand and an empty hunger bar, go towards a cow in search of food, and then be unable to kill it when it looks him in the eyes.
Tommy is just so painfully, brilliantly human
He loves his friends, he loves the sun, he loves cows and all other types of animals, and when there's nothing left to love? he finds things, he makes shit up and he starts loving that instead, he loves the astronaut that he's never told anyone about, and he loves a moth called clementine, and no matter how many times people tell him to stop loving, to just throw away the discs, he refuses, he's stubborn, he's brash, he talks loud and fast and it barely makes any sense, he shouts at people, he throws insults at everyone as easily as he breaths but right under the surface you can tell he cares,
But most importantly... he hurts, in a way that no god or demon or time traveller can, his body bears scars of long gone wars but his mind and heart bear so many more, the scars of friendships ruined, of bridges burned, of being cast aside or ignored, scars of the times when somebody would tell him that there was nobody in the whole world that cared, scars of the times when he would believe them.
But at least they aren't still bleeding, because Tommy heals, he lives, he keeps trudging forward through the waist deep sewer pipe that is his life and he Grows. Immortals have enough time that they don't have to worry about growth, or healing, they can do all that later, but Tommy doesn't, he's human, his life is a candle that takes roughly 80 years to burn and he doesn't have time to be held back by the countless wounds he's endured.
Tommy is human, he gets pushed around, sliced and stabbed, shot and burned, knocked to the floor a thousand times, but he just keeps getting back up, even when his whole mind and body are telling him to just lay down and stop fighting, he just. keeps. going.
that's my favourite thing about Tommy

Honestly it’s like since the red banquet start of the villian arc, not much has happened (other than whatever the fuck is going with l’sandberg or whatever it’s called which is like idk what’s happening and at this point I’m too afraid to ask). It really seems to be a theme of season 3 that it’s moving so much slower. Would honestly trade the incredible cinematic feel of quackity’s streams for the feeling of every single stream possibly being important like in the pogtopia arc and during exile.
yeah! like i do enjoy quackity s movie like stream because you can tell he puts so much work into them. but i also really like how we had lore streams a little more together but i also like all the semi-lore streams

Your first stream was during exile? Damn that is one hell of an arc to start on.
Yes. Yes it was. I do have to clarify that I had listened to my friend talk about the smp, seen a summary video on the events in season one as well as techno and Wilbur’s season 1 finally videos, had watched vods for the events leading up to exile (I vividly remember watching tubbo’s rebuilding stream and already liking him but being nervous about big q’s blood lust towards techno).
The reason I decided to watch of those things tho was because dream smp trended on tumblr for either the first time or just the first time that I saw it trending due to dreams “I don’t give a FUCK about spirit speech” which caused me to go “oh wow that thing amelias been talking about actually seems pretty cool, guess I’ll go watch some videos on it.” And here I am now almost 5 months with an extensive knowledge of the lore.
But yeah my first LIVE stream was Tommy’s first day of exile (not the stream in which he was exiled but the one after it), and god was that an interesting first experience of a week. I always will remember it fondly because I really think exile was something that worked so well in a live stream format. It also is probably the reason I’m a tommy apologist now lol

c!Tubbo is awesome. Also idk why but I’ve really liked the vibes of his more recent lore streams. Specifically his stream with foolish. That was a great one.
YES YES the stream with foolish was so good!!! it wasn't as lore-y as the things ranboo and quackity usually do but it was so good and in character as just,, tubbo walking around and showing foolish all his exits and boltholes and hiding places and foolish just being like "oh :D?" the whole time fmdjkdndk i liked that shit so much man. seeing pogtopia from a new person's perspective was insane and especially interesting from tubbo's pov - and it gets SO much more interesting when you view it as foreshadowing for foolish's public execution a few days later. because like. you've got foolish, god of undying, immortal being, and then you've got this seventeen year old kid on his last life, and foolish finally understands what it's like to die and feel as scared as tubbo had, understands why he had so many exits and places to hide and shit. it's just. *wails* AAAAA

Thoughts on c!Eret?
Oooo ty for the ask !!
I like c!Eret a lot. I don't think they're one of my absolute faves, but they're pretty far up there.
The concept of someone who made one singular decision, only to be forever immortalized as the enemy; the fact that their words have proceeded (and followed) so much destruction, even when their original action was something they thought was correct - ow.
I don't have much of an opinion on where their story is headed (I don't actually know anything about Herobrine, but I do kinda like the "hey pal" "wtf?" thing with Foolish), but they have a really cool foundation, especially with things like their friendship with Fundy (they were who he told about being a spy) or their attempt for redemption with Ghostbur (what happens when the kind echo who promised to re-write him into the anthem comes back as whatever Wilbur is?).
So yeah, super cool. One of the first big players in the storyline too, I strongly encourage new viewers to watch Eret's original betrayal.
Also to self-promo a bit, here's a fic I wrote about them. I'm not sure if it's my best work, but I did kinda predict their feelings toward Wilbur, I think :p

Ask game for niki? (If you haven’t done her yet ofc)
how i feel about this character:
i love c!niki so much.... her arcs have been really good and her acting is just amazing. she was able to pull herself out of a bad place!!! she started baking again!!!! she's happy with her city and i just :DDD
all the people i ship romantically with this character:
c!puffy,,,,,, where did they go,,,,, i miss them both together,,
my non-romantic otp for this character:
i love the team rocket dynamic of niki and jack so much,,, they r the best! or the syndicate, they're cool too
my unpopular opinion about this character:
idk how unpopular this opinion is but like... she deserved to burn down the lmantree.
one thing i wish would happen/ had happened in canon:
i think an arc where she helps jack realize that he doesn't need to blame tommy and like... help him heal from what happened when he died and the time after would b cool.. cause they're a duo!! they can bake together and live in niki's city!! :]
ask game here

Thoughts on doomsday?
(am assuming dream smp doomsday will be talking about dream smp doomsday LMAO) doomsday was the day that lmanberg (or lmanburg if you’re a bitch and a pussy and a whore) was blown up for the first time, and a HELL of a lot happened that day. niki burnt down the lmantree, dream still had the discs at this point, ghostbur was gonna be resurrected i think, ranboo moved in with phil n techno, and a new era began! it started with tommy being a little bitch im pretty sure, and quackity had no brim for a little bit!! i dont remember anything else but phil and techno said girlboss wither rights and i think thats just pretty funny oh yeah and there was a lot of other tnt it was a whole thing huh.......... ghostbur was sad because his little baby boy sheep died and phil was like  and then tommy got struck by lightning because g*d didnt like him LMAOOOOOOOOOO anyway thats my recap and summery of girlboss smp doomsday thank you for listening

Hi dogin! So yesterday I did Tommy, today I’ll do tubbo. What’s your favorite thing about c!Tubbo?
WOOP WOOP!!
c!Tubbo is such an amazing, interesting and wonderful character (despite what the content creator would have you believe lmao) so genuinely again it's hard to pick one thing, so... I don't think I will
One of my favourite things about c!Tubbo is his diligence,
Tubbo has been the kid fighting a war side by side with his best friend, he has been the revolutionary fighting side by side with his family, he has been the spy when he wasn't sure who to fight and he has been the president, when he had nobody by his side, but throughout it all you could count on Tubbo to roll up his sleeves put on his best smile, and put in the fucking work that needed to be done.
In the first disc war Tubbo was always ready with as many sets of iron armour, axes and shields as Tommy and Sapnap needed, in the original L'manburg war for independence, Wilbur could tell Tubbo to have him a chest full of potions brewed by tomorrow and the guy would have a double chest done in minutes, in the final fight against Dream, after doomsday when he gave them a bit of time to recuperate, Tommy got to see Tubbo's vault of hundreds of enchanted books, sets of armour and stacks of blocks.
Because no matter what cause Tubbo has been fighting for, whether it's something he cares about or just a crazy plan from one of his friends, he puts in the work and I feel like that's how he expresses his affection, a way of showing somebody "I spent time on you, you might not have been there but I spent hours doing this and I definitely didn't do it for me"
This also fits really well into how Tubbo never prioritises himself he barely even thinks about himself, he's incredibly motivated by others and what he thinks he can do to help them instead of what he thinks he can do to help himself.
Now I want to clarify that for some of these favourite things I am not saying "Wow I love how he has low self worth and works really hard" I'm more saying that I find that it makes him a really interesting and well written character and I enjoy how it has been portrayed by the acting (I just want to say how absolutely impressed I am with Tubbo's acting and writing btw, c!Tubbo is such a good character because of it)

Hello dogin! Another question: who do you think is the most underrated dsmp character?
Okay I've finally got around to answering this but I think I have to say PONK!
He's got so much going on and I genuinely feel like a lot of people don't realise it.
Like his whole stream about finding out he was a descendant of Jack from the first tales from the smp was so damn cool, and seeing him discover this big house with mob farms and villagers and everything MMM I want more of that!!
Also It was really interesting to see Ponk as one of the few characters who worked for Schlatt and actually... liked him? like he had a whole monologue about the things that were wrong with the server and looked directly at Schlatt's grave while saying "I know somebody who knew how to run things" (Heavily paraphrased but it made it clear how much Ponk respected Schlatt)
Not to mention his whole thing with Sam, like you have no idea how many times it would just be the two of them chilling on the server and they had the absolute sweetest vibe together and how incredibly tragic it was to see that become twisted and to see them be pushed further and further apart like AHHH emotions.
ON TOP OF ALL THAT, His involvement in the egg arc has been so fuckn amazing. He wore red contacts to trick the egg, it seemed like he was only helping the egg for personal gain (without wanting to hurt anyone) until his relationship with Sam became... complicated. Ponk is genuinely a character I would consider to be mostly morally good, he fucks around a bit yes but he doesn't do manipulation or torture or any of that, he's gone through a lot of shit and he is so so incredibly interesting and I think he definitely deserves more of a spotlight!!!

Hello dogin! Now that Wilbur’s back, who are you most excited to see him interact with again?
EASIEST ANSWER SO FAR
Fundy
There will be so much angst I can tell, but really all I want is Fundy to be able to open up about his feelings, Now people have said "Stop asking for characters to shout at c!Wilbur now that he's back, he used to be suicidal and has a lot of self-loathing and this is only going to reinforce that" which IS valid but that's not exactly what I mean.
When I say I want Fundy to be able to yell at Wilbur, I don't want him to say "I hate you, you're worthless, you ruined my life" what I want him to say is "I needed a father and you weren't there, you called me a traitor but I felt like I had been left behind, I needed somebody to be proud of me" I think there is a huge difference between wanting Fundy to be able to address his problems that he had with losing his father VS wanting Fundy to call Wilbur the worst person in the world.
generally I just think Fundy needs more lore because he's insanely talented and the character is so tragic and an interaction between those two has a fairly high probability of just killing me on the spot

Hello dogin! It’s been a while but I’m back with another question. So what do you think will happen at red banquet?
Hello!!! Welcome back!
Now I honestly have no clue what is gonna happen outside of what people have already predicted: The Eggpire have been intentionally removing vines and going out of their way to be nice and apologetic to multiple people to get them to come to the event, so you just KNOW that it won't end well, either a lot of violence or a lot of trapped seats that just lead down into pits around the egg for corruption,
Some things that I think would be cool tho: Violence! we haven't had a good fully geared fight in a LONG time, and the trio of Eret, Foolish and Puffy would be so fukn cool just fighting against Bad, Ant, Punz and Ponk, maybe even Purpled, somebody dropping in last minute to try help: QUACKITY?! Karl just... being there, and there will definitely be a wrong place wrong time kind of thing, like somebody who is weak but who a lot of people care about is gonna end up caught in the middle of it all, I'm not sure if beeduo had any plans to be at the banquet but if they did, I can totally see Tubbo turning up without armour and then Ranboo is protecting him (or vice versa but I don't think Ranboo ever takes off his armour so) if Fundy shows up? fukn pog, maybe he is only there right at the start and he tries to warn Eret about the banquet (he saw it in a dream or smthn) if the syndicate are there??? POG, I want Techno, Phil and Niki to have to beat the fuck out of some people!!!!
Yeah so basically, I don't even know what's gonna happen, but it's be very cool if this all happened
(Also I want c!connor to be there, I don't want him to fight, I don't want him to get corrupted, I want him to just go to the banquet, eat quietly, and leave, that is all)

Hello dogin! With the red banquet being today, what has been your favorite dsmp event so far?
HEYO,
So I've got 3 things to talk about here because I'm not actually sure if 2 of them count as "events", so I added 1 definite event at the end just in case. So:
The Community House (Or to make it more of an event, The day before doomsday): THE EMOTIONS HERE WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, Tommy and Techno turning up to hear Dream framing Tommy for the destruction of the community house, then when he appears and starts trying to convince everyone that he didn't and the murmurs of anger and disbelief from everyone until Techno appears to back him up and their anger suddenly changes, they're outraged at Tommy for teaming up with Techno. There were so many emotions and the emotions were LOUD, I loved it, Tommy was shouting, Dream was shouting, Techno was shouting, the crowd was shouting and most importantly: Tubbo was shouting, something that doesn't happen very often but when it DOES, it's amazing, Tubbo is insanely good at acting and he really shines when it comes to anger (due to the generally calm lighthearted nature of his character, the contrast certainly helps) This was also shown later when Tubbo confronted Quackity about wanting to execute Ranboo, absolutely amazing. ALSO: The line "THE DISCS WERE WORTH MORE THAN YOU EVER WERE!" and everyone going totally silent, The delivery was perfect the reactions from the other characters were perfect, EVERYTHING AHH!!
The 2nd "Event" that's more of a scene (The event being Nov 16th) Is Schlatt's death: WOW it hurt, Like I just wanna talk about how by reducing the Malevolent Powerful Dictator to a grovelling alcoholic mess, they stripped the characters and the audience of any of the satisfaction of victory, nobody got to kill Schlatt except for his own bad habits, unless 👀 (HC that Quackity poisoned Schlatt my beloved) Also it was a really good writing decision making the "victory" of beating Schlatt not feel like a victory at all, it not only left us wanting/expecting more out of the stream but also foreshadowed how there would be no victory after all "If I die this country is going down with me" and it did (Also I don't think I say this enough but regardless what you think of the cc, Schlatts acting is fucking insane (when he tries)). AND on top of that, it hit us with the emotional PUNCH of seeing that Schlatt, The asshole, the dictator, the evil tyrant, HAD EMOTIONS. This for me really was the first time when I saw them use the intricacies of their platform to the fullest in the writing, I'll explain this a bit further: Schlatt and Dream are the two biggest "POV-less" characters, and as such, we don't get nearly as much insight into their heads as we would with say Tommy, AND THEY USED THAT FACT TO IT'S EXTREME WITH SCHLATT. Schlatt is the asshole, he does malicious things on purpose and laughs about it, he doesn't show care for anyone around him and he is never vulnerable or open about his emotions, that is... he wasn't, not until the very end when it all came out at once, this terrifying transformation from the cold person we knew we could hate to... something afraid, something vulnerable, something... pitiful, and altogether human. "Don't kill me I'm scared of that/death"(can't remember which word), There's an amazing animatic of it (here). Also just how it highlighted that... he was alone, he pushed people away and then when it came down to it? he was entirely alone, Fundy who had stucked by his side the longest was the final straw, the amount of pain in his voice just saying "Fundy?" AHHH. "In my time of need everybody left" IS LITERALLY A LINE, Clear as day he is aknowledging that he had a "time of need" he needed people around him but his own actions pushed them away. Okay I could talk about this scene for hours and hours but I'll cut it short just for the answer (might make a standalone post abt it later tho)
Lastly the only actual Event, and a genuindly hot take, The event on the dream smp that I would consider my favourite so far: Doomsday
A lot of people have brought up incredibly valid reasons why they dislike Doomsday, but I can't help but love how it turned out. Two of the people on the server who spend the most time preparing for war (Dream and Techno) + the person who probably plays more minecraft than 90% of players and has never died on the server so has never lost his equipment (Phil) fighting agaainst a ragtag bunch of broken people, it was the epitome of An Unstoppable force, except in this analogy there was no immovable object. Not to mention the Tommy & Sapnap reconciliation (chaos twins supremacy) and how Sapnap actually got so insanely close to killing Techno right in the middle of doomsday, the man might be a himbo but he's also insanely good at PVP and I love him. ALSO MORE SHOUTING!!! Genuinely we got so many banger emotionally charged lines from multiple characters during doomsday and it was... amazing. "People, PEOPLE are above the government" "I AM A PERSON" "You are and so are WE!!!"
"DON'T SPEAK TO ME OF LOYALTY"
All lines that I absolutely love, regardless of whether or not they are even slightly true, Brilliant brilliant, BRILLIANT,
now I'm just gonna post this quickly without looking back over it too much because I've already accidentally deleted this answer once and I don't want to do it again

Hi dogin! I don’t have a question today I’m just gonna freak out over how much lore we’re getting. So much has happened. Tommy’s stream the other day. Tommy breaking into prison today or tomorrow. The red banquet. The aftermath of the banquet. Like Ranboos lore stream was just last week but it feels like so long ago. The lore is exploding again. I can’t wait to watch it all unfold.
YESSSSS!!!! THERE'S SO MUCH COOL STUFF GOING ON RN I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE WHAT'S HAPPENING,
Like I think where the dream smp writing really excels has ALWAYS been the big punch at the end of a period of peace,
It's honestly a really cool parallel with typical minecraft gameplay, like you could correlate the periods of time on the smp between events to the time you spend grinding for resources, and then the events on the smp would be like going to fight bosses or other players (on multiplayer) or maybe just finish your big build with all the resources you gathefed, but in the case of the smp the "resources" your grinding for are all these little character bits, and these pieces of exposition that we get from the down time streams, and the events are when the writers get to use those things that we already know to form an amazing spectacle, for example the community house scene wouldn't have been nearly as impactful or made half as much sense if we had not been able to watch Tommy's opinion of Tubbo slowly but surely get poisoned over the course of exile. It's super cool to see how they work in all of the buildup into them so I'm really looking forward to the next big event

Another day another question: do you happen to have a particular favorite week of dsmp streams?
might be a weirs answer but:
Exile, it's one of the few weeks where I watched almost everything as soon as it happened, and it was so insanely dark and at some points genuinely painful to watch but it was a masterpiece, genuinely Tommy, Dream and every one who came to visit played their roles so incredibly, even Mexican Dream contributed so well to this atmosphere of pure despair, Exile for me was when I started to see more genuine analysis and it was so fucking cool. Like seeing people go in-depth about these tiny little tidbits of lore? EAAHHGGG SIGN ME UP!!!
Other than that maybe the week that started with schlatt's election, first of all his acting is incredible and it really brought so much power to when he exiled Wilbur and Tommy. Also it was that point where everything Really started happening, very quickly.
