What if fantasy bikers?
A biker guild using manapunk vehicles and warforged/automaton mount animals.
Or a guild of knights who are just horse riders and nothing much other than that. Sure, brutal guys, highwaymen, but just horses instead of bikes.

Hi!! Could I get a character pallete for my new harengon gunwitch? He goes by Scotch and he's a gambler in a manapunk setting! He dual wields magic revolvers called 'Double' and 'Nothing'.
He's actually going to be a bad guy for the campaign, because he's slowly getting possessed by the evil escaping from the center of the planet!
He's generally kind of a bluish Grey hue, with a white chest, but he's often dusty and greasy!

these were not the npcs next on my list to draw but then one of my players wanted to date Stola (right, the town blacksmith, why was i surprised) so they jumped the queue!
her half brother Burnka on the left, ranger/cartographer, who was social distancing by mayoral mandate before it was cool, by which i mean, he made some Reckless Choices and the party caught him at it so he’s since been under house arrest for his own health

Artist: Artem Kurenkov Title: Host of the Garden (Keyshots) “This key shot sequence will tell you one story from the life of this guy: click here Hope you'll like it! This work is a part of my personal setting called "Manacore". The world of Manacore is based on advanced occult technologies. At least it was. The Great war laid this world waste, leaving survivors to deal with the magical driven apocalypse” Awesome storytelling...

The oyaji teachers I designed for my short “reincarnation into otome game” comic snippet. Only two of them were shown LMAO, and I ended up having a new random character added in.
It’s your typical magic school blah blah... some pseudo-manapunk thrown in

World Building, Part 2
For this post, I am going to go into some things that are usually the forgotten things to include in worlds, or things that people tend to try to change on the fly.
One thing that I like to include is some kind of steampunk or manapunk style of technology, at least in major cities. That makes some things easier to explain and easier to do. Things like having magic powered lights, doors, or even the use of magic to enable vehicle transport without use of animals so that the city remains clean.
Another great thing to add is making it so that not every group works towards the same goal, for example if you make a world where all races live together, it is still possible to have places like forests that belong to a sect of elves who claim ownership of those lands because it has been there home for generations.
Another thing to think about, is in places of mass gathering, to have some mixed architecture. That establishments run by elves would more likely look like buildings from their homeland, or would be furnished as such. In contrast, a district full of orcs and goblins would likely be a bit more simple and basic in their design.
And even in such worlds, it is possible to have tribes of any race that you desire, to not want contact with anyone but their own race. Maybe the forest elves don’t want contact from the human empire nearby and find anything more than a person or two going into their lands as a threat and will attack unless given a reason not to.
Another good thing to add to the worlds regardless of how the politics between races goes, is some social discourse. A divide between rich and poor. It can lead to some tensions in areas, maybe a cruel lord of a kingdom has those who are among the poorest in the kingdom working like dogs to earn enough to pay their taxes and for supplies for work but nothing more, meanwhile the rich are given breaks and live in luxury with ease or without fear of being made poor.
But, what do you think? Should worlds of harmony should be able to be divided into groups, or should almost any settlement you go to have a presence of most races?
And as always, until next time, may all your rolls be criticals, and all your enemies failures. Bye for now, be good people.

In a Manapunk Thedas, on an early spring evening, Dr. D. P. Thalrassian (Inventor and Purveyor of Lyrium-Fueled and Clockwork Contrivances Most Unique) gets lost, and finds himself back to chest with a rather large, kidnapping miscreant, bearing a talisman that creates mystica such as he’s never seen—and despite the fact that, like all mystical devices in Thedas, it’s powered by the same medium: liquid or gaseous lyrium. The good doctor is in quite a fix, due—in no small part—to his mysterious and secretive business partner sending him a cryptic note with cryptic directions, leading to a pub called The Spurned Chevalier, in a rather suspect sector of Minrathous. But eventually, the brute hauling him through the Minrathous night will slip-up. And when he does, well . . . tame recent years aside, Dr. D. P.Thalrassian’s still a dab-hand at mystical dueling. And, thanks to the skill of his troublesome business partner, wields a unique and powerful gauntlet that’s more than up to any mystical challenges. Even giant, brute-abductors. Title from the Marilyn Manson song (edited version, to keep things SFW . . . for now).

Sure, the horns are a trophy of Hetr’s first kill in the Games, but being fair to him they were left to the victor in the loser’s will. (The Games aren’t technically duels to the death, but it definitely does happen anyway. Best to have a plan for it.)
