edward art's "for once" meditation
in the following, i have transcribed a meditation of edward art from the 10th part called "fearful of magnificence?" of his spiritual series. this is a meditation that i think everyone should try to do at least for once (ba dum tss). it’s no different from the imaginative work you do when you live in your imagination and feel it real. also, you really can never do anything wrong with meditating!

steps
1 ⋮ lay down and just relax. the intention of this meditation is to feel for once. what you have been wanting to feel. that you will commit to freeing yourself from within for once. this is not about changing the world, but yourself from within.
2 ⋮ find something within you that you have always been wanting to feel. remove all ideas of trying to manipulate the world. leave the world just as it is and remember to change self. we change self when we actually feel what we want to feel.
3 ⋮ once you start to feel it and that fear sparks up, do not fear it. for this one time, do not fear that feeling.
4 ⋮ instead bring understanding to the mind on why you should not fear it. tell yourself something along the lines of, "i will allow myself to feel this wonderful feeling for once. i will free myself just for this moment. i am willing to put this fear that i always feel aside for a moment and i will accept this beautiful feeling. i am willing to free myself for once."
5 ⋮ for once just allow yourself the freedom to feel what you want. i promise you, if you just try it for once, all it takes is one time for you to feel this and you will not want to go back.

So this post is about manifesting your desired body, desired look and the likes of it. And it's one of the most popular manifestations out there.
But before i get to the part of actually manifesting it, there IS a little bit background work to be done. And i will say this cause for a lot of people, and i mean A LOT (even me), we have resistances with manifesting a desired change in how we look and how we are perceived by others. And 90% of it usually stems from how we perceive ourselves.

If you have worked on yourself and have made progress far enough to just get into the manifesting, i'm really happy for you :) and this post may not be for you. I will be making a specific post on the manifesting part. This post is kind of targeted towards people who haven't done that or worked on their self IMAGE concepts and continue to experience resistances while manifesting their desired looks.
And please do bear with me, cause this is one LONG post
Let's get into it. This post is not necessarily targeted towards manifesting, it's more about working on yourself. If you are just interested in the manifesting part however, this post will not be for you. (as said before)
I really think the mix of manifesting + working on yourself is such a healing thing to do, and it is a killer combo for living the life of your dreams. I like to think of these two as self care.

Let's start with a few questions....
Do you do skincare? Do you like to pamper yourself by grooming yourself?
Do you avoid procrastination?
TW: Do you try to eat without guilt? Eat healthy? And even if you are eating something that may not necessarily be healthy, are you enjoying eating it?
Do you try to think good things to yourself? Avoid negative thoughts?
Do you brush your hair everyday?
Do you moisturize? Do you take a shower everyday?
Do you AVOID self loathing?
I know these are very basic questions, i'm not saying you NEED to have a skincare routine or ALWAYS have positive thoughts or ALWAYS moisturize.
I am trying to point out the core values of these actions. Go on, i'll give you a second to come up with the answer.

Yes, the core value is self care. You take care of yourself and you allow yourself to be loved and pampered.
Thing is, you don't even respect yourself. Honestly yeah, you totally don't
I know damn well you don't. You procrastinate, you stress yourself over the tiniest things, don't even like to keep yourself presentable or brush your hair. You don't like to take care of your skin or have some sort of routine, which allows you to have time to take care of yourself. You don't dress nice, always look down on yourself, compare yourself to other people.
No seriously take these SAME EXACT things you do to yourself and imagine a mother is doing it to her child.
EXACTLY. You see the issue now?
You don't want someone else to treat you like that, look down on you, stress you out, say bad shit about you
WHY DO YOU DO THAT THEN????
WHY ARE YOU BEING YOUR OWN TOXIC PARTNER
"oh but they would never like me i'm not pretty"
Let's change it to second person
"oh i don't like you, you're not pretty"
Stings, right?
Girl, like you don't even respect yourself, you don't even consider yourself worthy enough for an investment
It's not funny being self depreciating all the damn time.

When you procrastinate: you don't respect yourself enough to do things on time, and you disrespect yourself so much so that you're okay with stressing yourself last minute
When you don't brush your hair/ take care of your skin: You don't find yourself respectful enough to be made presentable
When you don't think nice things about yourself and look down yourself: YOU DON'T RESPECT YOU PERIODT.
Yes it's the small things and the small things count
It's always the little things, and these are the little things that are your biggest resistance.
Start respecting yourself.
Do things you like, allow yourself to grow.
Take care of yourself, start a skincare routine if you want, the investment IS worthy enough if it's YOU. Study, allow yourself to be knowledgable. Money is nothing if it comes/ gets saved at the expense of YOU.
And at the same time before you get into manifesting, acknowledge the parts of you you want to change, acknowledge the weight you want to lose, the nose you wanna change whatever it may be, contrary to popular advice, acknowledge that don't ignore it. It's you at the end of the day. It's a part of you.

Since 3D is not real, everything you see could very well be fake: maybe pigs fly, actually. In reality (4D and beyond) you are in charge. The world is your divine realm in which you rule and what you say is law. Your consciousness, or rather, You, are the only one that determines what is true and what is not and you have power over it, so how would there be such a thing as being "deilusional"? if at this moment you decide that harry styles is your boyfriend since 2015 then it IS TRUE. persist in your desire and you will see it, because it is already real.

Your thoughts in all areas of your life need to align with what your manifesting. You can’t manifest the self concept of being chosen if you keep thinking your partner isn’t choosing you or the jobs you want never pick you. You can’t embody the concept of being loved if you think everyone around you disrespects you and treats you shitty. You can affirm you are chosen and loved all you want but when circumstances come about you need to know you are loved and chosen no matter what happens and no matter how ppl act they will come back realising how lovable and worthy of being chosen you really are.
If a unwanted circumstances occurs you do not give up and go back to thinking ‘who was i kidding? im never chosen’ You must stay in your state of your new self concept. ‘Okay this is happening but im still loved and chosen so im gonna go about my day knowing you will show up the way i want you to because i know my worth and how lovable i am and you do too’

what to do when you’re feeling triggered towards your manifestation.

- take a deep breath. i know things seem impossible and overwhelming, but just take a deep breath and know that this is temporary. it’s all in your head. everything is working out.
- get a paper or your phone and journal out all of your feelings. what’s making you feel triggered? why are you upset? why are you anxious? how do you feel? it’s important to not identify yourself with these feelings. for example, do not write “i am a failure. i am so sad”. instead, write “i feel like i’m failing and it makes me feel sad”. remove the “i am” because what you’re feeling is valid, but do not make it part of your identity. do not reaffirm it as your identity.
- after you’ve done that, remind yourself that you are the creator of your reality. remind yourself that things are working out in your favour. you can meditate on this, or write it out a few times. keep saying it even if it doesn’t feel real.
- practice some gratitude. make a gratitude list or make mental note of things that you are grateful for.
- do something fun that ups your mood and takes your mind off any shitty feelings.
- after a few days, your feelings will stabilize. it’ll pass. just keep having faith and don’t forget to let yourself feel. one ‘bad’ day won’t ruin all your progress. and remember to go to bed and revise/think in your favour!!

Why I’m I talking about this?? Because the alter ego as in the def is to create another version of u that has different personalities, skills , hobbies , name , and so many things. An alter ego can help you become confident in yourself and can also help build a strong self concept of yourself
An alter ego not only can it help u become confident and in love with yourself but it can also be helpful while manifesting, I was once scrolling here in tumblr and came across this post I forgot who the blogger was but if you know them give crdts, and I don’t remember the whole post but this line is glued to my head like nail it said “ THINK ABOUT WHAT THE HIGHER VERSION OF YOU ( the alter ego) WOULD DO IN THIS SITUATION”
So let’s say ur manifesting something right?? And u waver for a bit what u do is just think about how would the other you ( alter ego) the master manifestor you do , they would not waver or be worried that their desires would not come because they are the master of manifesting and they control their reality SIMPLE!!!
So what I would advise you to do is create an alter ego if u find manifesting to be a bit challenging and u don’t want to be trying a lot of different methods and challenges, just create the other you the version of u who has their desires and think how they would think because now they already have that beautiful body, the money, the beauty and everything
Eg. Norma jeane created her alter ego that many of us still know her by that name MARILYN MONROE her alter ego became her and she embraced it as the true self
So create ur alter ego and do all the fun stuff with it , create her skills, her personality,abilities, lifestyle, her wardrobe and aesthetic, her net worth etc.

In this day and age social media has become increasingly more toxic. People feel they have the right to be hateful, the right to have opinions on strangers and actively tear them down. Even I have fallen into the trap of allowing people like this to distract me from my path of inner peace. It’s hard seeing people be so nasty everywhere. Sometimes you just wanna reason with them but it’s all in vain. They don’t care. They’re content with the way they are. Just today I seen two popular figures get into a misunderstanding. The way fans rushed to tear one of them apart. It was disgusting to watch. Someone even uploaded a 2 year old clip with a fake caption claiming it was in reference to the current situation. They spared no resources to try and garner more hatred toward this person. Admittedly it frustrated me, because I allowed it to. Now that I have had time to reflect I have a different perspective that I want to share with you all. Just in case you might find yourself feeling this way.
I’m currently reading a book called the Mastery of Love. This book covers the way we relate to others, to ourselves and to life in general. Most people live off fear. They don’t accept themselves they don’t love themselves so they put on this fake persona in order to be accepted. We see this the most on the internet. People do and say things to gain validation from strangers. The sense of community they feel when someone also hates the same person they do. It’s exciting for them because they are disturbed inside. When I dislike someone they don’t exist in my reality. I don’t go out of my way to post about them or join others in a smear campaign. I simply don’t engage with them or their content. I love myself enough to not allow another person to have that much control over my attention. It’s cliche but misery does love company. It gives them that acceptance they can’t give themselves because they don’t respect themselves.
I’ve learned that it is not our job to change someone who’s mind is already made up. They feel the way they feel based on their perception of the world. If that doesn’t align with mine, then I don’t need to be involved with that person. It’s best not to try to make it a goal to change these people. Our job as Neville said, is to change ourselves which in turn will change our experience with unwanted situations. If we choose to be happy and to feel love within, then people and circumstances will replace what we currently experience. Instead of looking at these people as dumb frustrating beings, look at them for what they truly are. Hurt people who live in their own mental prisons. They are sick and it’s their job to heal themselves.
The Mastery Of Love says we are only responsible for our dream. Our truth is only the truth for us and nobody else. We don’t know what the other person is dreaming in their minds. In any relationship we are only responsible for our dream. If there is baggage we are only responsible for our baggage. It’s our job to clean up ourselves. If we feel the need to control or fix others, we don’t respect them. We don’t respect people to make their own decisions and their right to choose. So let’s do as Neville suggests and leave the world alone. Let them be, wish them well and remove your attention. Our highest selves wouldn’t waste their time debating with miserable people. They are responsible for their own realities. All we can do is change our relationship to the situation. Remember you always have the power to change your role and shift perspective.

don't rush the process.
this is a post that goes out to all the people who currently have this "i need to have it now!! what‘s the fastest way??" mindset. i am telling you now that you do don’t need to rush the process. yes, you will get all of your desires. no "what if's", no "but's" — you have the ability to make your life beautiful and you will do that, regardless of how much time it might take you.
feel free to take your time.
actually, time doesn’t exist. hence the concept of the multiverse and parallel realities happening in this moment where you experience time very differently (in one reality you are a 13 year old, in one you are 45, in the other a day is 75 hours long, or in one reality an hour is 30 minutes long, and so on), time isn’t linear. it really pretty much is relative (einstein, our lord and saviour).
step by step.
take in the information, one by one. reorganize your thoughts and spend some time maybe facing and analyzing them. why do you have these thoughts? what makes you feel that way? try to get down to the roots of the issue.
you can organize thoughts by maybe writing them down. by maybe talking to someone about it. or maybe even talking to yourself. the main point of this is that you stop keeping negative thoughts to yourself. you might not be aware of it, but trying to not think of bad things doesn’t necessarily mean that you stop persisting in them. that’s not how a mental diet works. you face the issue, you comprehend it, and then you go against it. after you have witnessed a possible undesirable outcome, you can choose to declare it as false. — as in "it will simply not happen!", "nah, not true" or "this is so wrong". that’s when you start to persist in the outcome that you want to manifest or at least stop persisting in an assumption that you dislike, fear or hate.
take a break, if you want.
if you ever feel overwhelmed by all the information you think you might have overconsumed, take a step back and let yourself breathe. let your thoughts flow through your mind and just calm down, take a break. sometimes we need to slow down before we can continue again. sometimes you really just need to collect yourself and become aware of the intrusive thoughts you are having that just become louder and louder the more you try to force manifesting. it’s up to you to recognize that and to decide to give yourself some rest. there is nothing wrong with mentally resting and it’s definitely not something to be ashamed of. on the other hand, i think it might be very necessary at times. people who have a goal and who want to achieve it no matter what within the shortest amount of time often refuse to take breaks and just become entirely unavailable for a pause. and i understand that very well. but a break doesn’t have to be tiring. it doesn’t mean that you don’t get to do anything and force yourself even more to not think of anything unfavourable. taking a break means to allow thoughts, even negative ones, instead of forcefully pushing them away and trying to ignore them although you can’t seem to stop persisting in them. sometimes we encounter undesirable thoughts and they keep reappearing and sometimes we just need to let it happen. trust me, you aren’t taking steps backwards or erasing your progress. you are simply observing your thoughts instead of reacting to them right immediately.
you are already doing just fine.
there is simply no reason to rush all of this. no one expects you to have your desires and be a perfect runway model with a penthouse by next week. you are the only person in your life that can dictate yourself what to do, that can grant you your wishes, that can console and understand you… be empathetic with yourself. some people put such immense pressure on themselves, it’s really not doing you any good. yes, i totally get it. you want to have your desires as soon as possible, you might wanna show off, just break out of this cycle and show the world what you got. i know you want to prove it to yourself and maybe even the people around you as well. but you are perfect no matter what. you are a winner no matter what. you don’t need to manifest all of your desires right away and be a genius at persisting. you already manifest at all times, no one is going to judge your progress. and the same way you don’t need to "earn" the title "master manifestor". the fact that you are you, the main character, the only person in your reality that can manifest, makes you a master already. you have no one to compare yourself to other than yourself.

None of it matters just make your own rules and follow them and have fun manifesting, manifesting shouldn't feel like some hard chore which takes too much effort it should be like magic 🪄 instant and fun you can just say zimzalabim and decide you have full results

Gratefulness and using the 3d to your advantage
"I live in this big house with a beautiful yard and I have all the yummy food I could want, all of these clothes and soft blankets, wow I must be rich"
"I am such a kind person, I treat myself and others so well, I'm funny and smart and lovely, I must have tons of admirers, my friends and family must love me soo much, I must have an amazing partner, why wouldn't I?"
These statements are evident to me in the 3d right now. All I did was look at my life through a stranger's eyes- If I didn't know myself, I would assume my life was amazing.
All that was keeping it from being amazing was a lack mindset, and telling myself old stories like "healthy relationships are hard to find" why would they be? When I'm already a great person? Why can someone else with a similar personality have a beautiful relationship, but I struggle?
Stop looking at yourself from the lens of the old story. Start romanticizing and being grateful for whatever you have, realize you are no different than the person who has it all. You are it.
