I think it’d be a great tribute if we did this again. In fact, i saw a new video on YouTube of someone doing guitar this month for it!
It’s never too late to join! And it doesn’t have to be a huge project! Memento Viviere my friends!
For my sequal to Marchus Annus, I’m going to be spending 15-60 minutes in After Effects a day to get my bases covered! Follow me on Instagram @ spiral_andthe_panopticon if you wanna follow me on my second Marchus Annus journey!
Let me know if any of y’all out there decide to do it to!!
I decided to end this a little early because I was rather proud of this animation, and wanted to end it on a high note.
Looking back at my first attempts at the beginning of the month, I can see how much I’ve improved. That being said, I still have a long way to go.
Hopefully I can stick to it, and keep uploading to help track my progress and keep myself accountable.
This has been a lot of fun, and I look forward to whatever challenge Unus Annus presents next!
We all want a way to celebrate the life of Unus Annus, to honor its memory, and to keep the spirit of the channel with us. What better way to commemmorate the channel by keeping its message and mentality going? I say every March, we participate in #MarchusAnnus (just as some do NaNoWriMo or Inktober). It can be learning something new or just trying to improve at something you already know. It could be a real coming together for the community and serve as a motivation to always keep improving ourselves and not take time for granted.
And even though the channel will be dead, I feel like it would be nice to still celebrate its birthday every November 14th with something like #BirthusAnnus or #HappyUnusAnnusDay.
been missing my postgame Mr.L lately so i finally broke down and drew the smug bastard again. rip that giant darkfic i’m never gonna write. maybe i’ll find another excuse to use this L someday.
still trying marchus annus! watch me draw this one here: https://youtu.be/f6Aj7HPcwko
The imperative ending / tense: asking someone to please do something. You actually hear it all the time with 안녕하세요 / 안녕히 계세요 / 안녕히 가세요! You’re asking people to be in peace whether it’s when you greet them or you ask them to stay or go in peace.
Verb stem ending in a consonant + -으세요
Verb stem ending in a vowel + -세요
Verb stem ending in the consonant ㄹ - ㄹ + -세요
Examples:
먹다 To eat > 먹으세요 Please eat
오다 To come > 오세요 Please come
울다 to cry > 우세요 Please cry (you’re more than likely never going to use this but I thought it was funny and was a ㄹ verb stem so hey! I’m definitely going to remember this rule now because I found it so funny)
접다 to fold > 접으세요 Please fold it
쉬다 to sleep > 쉬세요 Please sleep / Please get some rest
I’m a bit late posting this and I started before March but my marchusannus is quitting self harm and ever since starting I’ve felt like crap but it’s slowly getting better
Marchus Annus is over already?? I thought we just started this mess!
I really want to thank Mark and Ethan for putting out this challenge, though! I didn’t know I had it in me to record and edit a video every single day! What started out as 1 hour a day drawing turned into like... 5 hours a day, lol. 10/10 would do again!
