Several doodles of unicorns to celebrate National Unicorn Day. These include a frisbee addict, and Marigold discussing with Dok Saau about futuristic technology.

Oh, yeah. I forgot I had this lying around. Here’s the concept art for two of the Fall Kingdom’s Court: ”Marigold” and “Flax” (Names TBC).

These two are expert horse riders and are known to be good friends. Marigold is more fancy while Flax is more feisty. Other than that, nothing much has been recorded about them so far. The last fact that I can give is that they can duet very well, which is useful for their part in the annual Leaf Bonfire Faire.

The one on the lefts design is by kittycaustic,, the one on the right is Zoe oneesamas marigold!

Another long, exhausting day of science.  I finally finished the work needed for my research proposal though, and now I’m waiting to see what sort of research grant I’ll get from my college.  

I’m very excited about my research project though!  I’m researching three different natural treatments to see which one is the best at keeping plant-parasitic nematodes from feeding on tomato plants.  The treatments I’m going to test are entomopathogenic nematodes, marigold, and a rhizosphere inoculation from a different plant.  I’ll go into more details on the treatments and my research plans on a later date, I am unfortunately exhausted this evening.
