Moving out of Scorpio, Venus becomes less focused and more lighthearted in Sagittarius. This is more about love for all than that which is focused on one person.

So even though we’re now in focused, practical, stuffy seeming, ambitious Capricorn Season, we can bring back in some of the fun-loving attitude of Sagittarius Season.

Like Scorpio, Sagittarius is straightforward, yet is more about being casually honest than either intensely expressive or secretive. Sagittarius can have us engaging in more foot-in-mouth moments, so let’s be careful to reign ourselves in when necessary.

We have a relaxed way of searching for pleasure, and want to take more risks. Some risks are more wise than others and we should be careful to not be reckless.

Exploration, adventure, novelty, truth, higher meaning, and idealism enter areas of romance, money, personal value and creativity. Matters involving long distance travel, publishing, spirituality, philosophy or religion are also considered more often.

We tend to be more open with our feelings. While Sagittarius has its fiery, passionate side, it’s much more laid back and open than suspicious, mysterious Scorpio. We desire more social interactions, and our desire for humour runs more along the lines of the crude or childlike, while Scorpio humour tends to be more dark or sarcastic.

Venus squares Saturn in Pisces until Jan 7th (exact on the 1st), so we tend to feel a lack of confidence in romantic, creative, business or financial goals. Be prepared for setbacks and possible negotiations. Set boundaries where appropriate. We tend to question our values.

We have Mars conjunct Pluto in Capricorn from Feb. 5th to the 22nd (exact on the 14th), increasing desires for power, sex and other ambitions. Watch out for selfish behaviours. Express this intense energy through regular exercise and sport, or other healthy forms of expression like writing or venting to a friend. Balance our actions towards desired goals by doing regular grounding and centring exercises so that we keep our tempers in check. Focus on independent work whenever possible. This transit provides plenty of strength, endurance and confidence to make headway on complex projects.

neptune squaring the 11th house stellium will bring a primary focus on 11th house things. friendships will usually need a sensitive approach however with the square this can be an issue if you arent expressing your sensitivity enough.

the square to jupiter and saturn shows that your belief system may have issues and you may have picked this up from being in the wrong crowd.

in truth, you may need to work on your own belief system as you may be prone to taking in other peoples beliefs instead of making some of your own.

you can be quite lucky seeing the sun jupiter connection but saturn grounds you and makes you more practical. taking risks actually need to make sense from time to time. there will be moments where you will have to just do it.

mars squaring neptune and uranus in the 8th shows a person who needs to be more confident in their expression of the occult, their mystic abilities and what they hold to themselves dearly.

Mars square Neptune in the natal chart can show someone who lacks control in their actions, someone who seeks to live out their fantasies. Although I love Neptune, strong Neptune aspects always point to some kind of delusion. Mars-Neptune is uncontrollable sexuality, wanting to live out sexual fantasies, it can often point to someone with unusual sexual preferences. It can also show strong creative energy, a good artist or dancer (Venus-Mars and Mars-Neptune aspects are great for dancers or any physical arts).

In Synastry the Mars-Neptune square it can show lack of direction in the relationship. People who just love spending time with each other, the relationship can feel like an escape, like a fantasy. God In Action

I invite you to read more about the Near East tradition of "foot washing." Given the sandals they wore, their feet were often sandy and dirty. It was tradition to remove your shoes upon entering your home, and you cleaned your feet often. This wasn't for simply sanitary reasons, but because Near Easterners see the feet as "the seat of knowledge." This is why Moses was told to remove his shoes because he was "standing on Holy ground." It was so he could further assimilate and take in the events he was about to witness.

But when Jesus washed the feet of his Disciples, this was unheard of. Teachers, Rabbis or any man of wealth and station would never humble themselves to wash the feet of another who was of lower caste than them. The act has come to remind us of the humility of Spirit, and that even the simplest act of kindness is a form of "God in action."

Today, be God in action, which is the teaching behind the semisextile of the Sun in Scorpio and the Galactic Center in Sagittarius at 27°. 27° is a Mars/Aries ruled degree that asks for action, but action at more "enlightened" level given its alignment to the Galactic Center. And Mars (in Gemini) is also involved in a significant alignment, as it continues its square with Neptune in Pisces at 22°, a transformative degree.

Being God in action is the transformation being asked of you today. So when Spirit reaches out and asks you to take action, do it. This may be in giving a homeless man a dollar bill, smiling at the cashier at the mart, sending an email of encouragement, or giving someone a bit of your precious time. Whatever you are asked ... do it. Because today, the ramifications are more far-reaching than you realize, for both you and the recipient.

TLDR: Mercury, Mars and Neptune are all harshly active for the Cancer Full Moon on Dec. 26th.

During Capricorn Season this is an energy of balance between the home life and nurturing, and career along with reputation. We're encouraged to release what's best for us so that we can find balance between the home and work parts of life, making sure we aren't neglecting either side of this axis.

Over the next two weeks, as something is exposed or new insight is gained (which possibly began at the aforementioned conjunctions), we're prompted to make sure that all of our emotional needs are met.

As Mercury and Mars both square Neptune, and with Cancer being known for passive aggressive behaviour at it's worst, be prepared for people who play the victim, with whining and anger. Neptune adds confusion and possible illusions or delusions, so be careful that you understand the viewpoint of another before lashing out.

The ambition of Capricorn Season adds to this, as some people have something to prove through lies, gossip and desire for revenge.

With Mercury also conjunct Mars, there is the desire for extra aggressive communications added to pots boiling over.

As this Moon is in opposition to both Mercury and Mars, we have that extra push to find, and communicate resolution. Though they can be challenging as we often have to choose one way or another, as they're in the same polarity, oppositions can help us find balance and clarity.

Venus opposition Uranus adds a possible further emotional instability to events, as, though social occasions can bring excitement, they can also bring in those of crass behaviours, yet they can also get us in contact with someone who is unreliable or who we quickly lose interest in.

The Sun trining Jupiter allows us some easy energy to work with on expansion of harmonious energy, or at the very least if we can manage, in not expanding the difficult energies of the square and oppositions, avoiding making things harder for us than they need to be. We need not do anything in particular to benefit from trines, so as long as we work consciously with the oppositions involved around this time, we won't have the worst full moon.

This lunation most intensely affects people with particularly impactful placements at about 1° to 9° degrees of Aries, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn.
