it looked as though they were sleeping.     that had been his first thought.      that something truly awful had happened,    but it wasn’t remediable if they were simply asleep or unconscious.    oh,    how wrong he’d been.     now his hands were empty,    his throat dry and course like sandpaper meanwhile not even half of the things he’d managed to shout at the half-giant were fully processed.     the living,    breathing survivor of the slaughter that had occurred in his own house was no longer kicking and crying in his arms.     he missed having something to hold and there was nothing but air to grasp onto and his own wand.     it felt it too.     its twin lay dormant now,      breathed life into by its user’s magic no more.    

there was only one mystery left without elucidation now and before his knuckles could whiten any more around his wand and the fall wind seeped in through the fabrics of his clothes and through his flesh to settle heavy into his bones,     sirius attempted the impossible.     he emptied his mind of the raging,    swarming thoughts and voices,     only one prevailing,    brought into focus by a single,     desolate word. 

peter.     on cue,    sirius felt the pull,     like his body was being stretched by an invisible magical force.     he had to hold tightly to the image of his friend and allow for no other interferences.     while the destination was unknown to him,    an inadvisable practice in apparition,     but he had to trust that their bond was enough to carry him through the space between them,    wherever it might take him.     

he saw the familiar figure before he even registered his surroundings.     somewhere frequented by muggles,    by the looks of it.     they were shielded by the shadows cast of two adjacent establishments,     the alleyway obscured from view of most.     ❛   pete   -   ❜    he croaked.     words seemed to fail him.     his voice was barely above a whisper.     ❛    the house   ....    did you see what happened?     they’re    -   ❜

How you met

You were new to hogwarts. Coming in the 5th year. You were coming from Italy. Not knowing much English it was hard making friends until one day. When you were walking to class you saw four boys bolt past you. Well three one of them stopped. "Your new here aren't you?" He asked. "I am. Why?" You asked. "I would recognize a pretty face like yours." He said. He was cute but very much a flirt. He was talking until he heard his name being called by one of the boys that took off. Sirus. It didn't suit him. "I'll see you later bellissima." He said before going to find his friend. It was nice knowing someone spoke Italian in this huge school.

How you two got together

Sirus Black was whipped for you. Your hair cheek bones, your long hair, just everything about you. He absolutely adored you. Normally he would just tell you. But your different then anyone at hogwarts. That scared him a bit. So who better to help then the rest if the marauders. Remes sent you a letter pretending to be Sirus asking to meet in the courtyard and James sent Sirus a letter pretending to be you asking to meet in the courtyard. So when you both got there asking at the same time, "What did you wanna meet about." It was pretty easy to figure out this was a set up. But none the less Sirus finally told you he liked you. And you reciprocated those feelings.

How the relationship is

Definitely know about all the pranks the maruders pull

He would have names for you in Italian

Definitely let's you cook for him

Would love to meet your parents if you have a good relationship with them

If you have a good relationship with your parents they see Sirus as a son

If you have a bad relationship with your parents Sirus will listen to you talk shit about them and add comments like "really" or "man fuck them."

Those kinds of things

You would start to be very close to the other marurders

They would teach you more English

Sirus is such a protective boyfriend not even over exaggerating

He would jinx someone for even looking at you wrong

Overall no matter what Sirus would adore and care for you.
