(clasped hands hip bump and Dele watching him walk away.)about this I’d so much to say, see how’s dele get up once Eric’s coming close to pull him up and in another gif of the clasped hand moment Dele look at the side didn’t look at Eric.He was closed off and Eric knew, but when Eric walked away he looked at his back🥺 He’s get hurt he’s upset he’s afraid he’ll shown his emotion if Eric too close to him😭😭 if that not closet what is?

Idy!! Listen!! We both know the reason why their eye contact is so brief is because if they stare too long someone’s gonna break. Think of Champions League. They were both tending to the other guys, picking them up off the ground, hugging them, slaps on the back, whatever. What happened when they were left “alone”? NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. Eric with his back to Dele, hand outstretched just in case kiddo needed a second of comfort. But Dele? Purposefully stood in place, staring at the ground 😭  It also showed when Dele initially injured his groin from that same clip. Waving his hand in a “something’s not right” gesture. His bestie notices. Dele remains down on the pitch UNTIL Eric gets dangerously close, and then it’s “sike! I’m fine!” He remembered where they were. Who was watching.  People can say what they want about how “exclusive” these boys are. If we’re using our eyes and our brains... there’s more than friendship happening between them, and the more time that passes... the more obvious they are.

Me again babe😂 I’ve this theory of Dele did the insta live on his birthday and invite Tripps to join but he didn’t acknowledge Eric’s comment or invite Eric as he knew Eric’s not ready. In fact this is a pre-show to Eric who still struggling on doing live. He let him knows it’s ok I can do live with Tripps I can do with you,we can look like ‘bro’ in the live, there’s nothing to worry. Unfortunately they end up fail on that, they are too loved up not to explore🥰🥰

You’ve made a lot of observant statements throughout our friendship, Idy, and I gotta tell ya. I think this is my fave next to Jesse not understanding how kiddo wasn’t the answer to the “guess who?” 😏😉 Eric was hesitant because he knewww he wasn’t gonna be able to turn off the heart eyes! He got a lil tipsy to calm his nerves! Said “bro” basically once every minute to keep himself in check! Dele wanted that live dinner since it was still gonna be a few weeks before they could be together. It never happened. We know why. (They talk too much. Literally.)

He indeed has plan to share his business with him in the future. 📣📣FUTURE📣📣 THIRE FUTURE as in after football, like a lifelong partner😭😭😭 I’m going to cry in the corner, bye!!!

This message is a blessing, thanks.  You and I both *know* Del’s been arguing for his share of the business once it finally got off the ground. He’s been there from day one! Listening to Eric and Patrick’s ideas! Supporting them! Encouraging them! And being included isn’t about the money, oh, no. It’s being able to say he and Eric are building something TOGETHER. It’s being able to prove Eric trusts him enough to embark on this project WITH HIM. 🥺😭 That “for now”, brain twin...Something’s coming. We don’t know when, but...the door’s been left open for a purpose. 🧐 In closing, I have to yet again shout out Papa Dier for offering his son the most brilliant relationship advice. Five years later and it’s still his (and Dele’s!) go-to tactic. Why fix what ain’t broke? ;) Thanks, dad! You did good.

RE: that gif of Eric hands on Dele’s lower back - too automatics too natural too domestic. I always think Dele’s trying to burnt an egg or pour juice in the kitchen, Eric comes behind him hands on his little waist and give him kisses to start the morning. Eric will take over the fried egg in order to avoid the burning(god bless lol) dele is happy to leave it to him so he will help for Clay breakfast or join Patrick on the couch for some morning sport news.

Other examples of naturally automatic/domestic touches: Dele tickling Eric’s neck and rubbing his head during Gogglebox, the times we’ve seen Eric touch Dele’s neck or upper back in comfort, Eric’s hand on kiddo’s waist during NL, Dele!!! putting his hand on Eric’s stomach and then his back vs. Burnley (the first match after the fan incident so Eric was hearing it from the crowd)... I could go on if I sat here and combed through gifsets 😄 It’s always ‘the quiet ones’, right? That’s what they say 😏

And since you brought up kiddo burning breakfast!! Why am I the only one (besides you, duh) who hears him say “I’ve-I would cook for him...”!!! Do y’all know what he almost did? He almost admitted he’s tried and it went horribly wrong 😂 It’s no wonder kiddo is out here buying bikes and whatever else bae is into - he’s trying to make up for his lack of skills around the house. (Eric doesn’t mind, ofc. He likes caring for Dele anyway.)

No doubt in our mind the one thing Dele is an expert at is taking care of the pups and the babies. Clay (and Cisco 😩) needs to be walked? He’s got it. (Is he getting his daily exercise, Eric?!) One of the babies is fussy? Dele will have them lay with him on the sofa and they both fall asleep 😍 (Imagine the camera rolls in that family?) As for kitchen duties... He can set a table. He makes sure Eric has his favorite wine. It’s the little things.
