so, @jay-works challenged me to mash the instrumentals from "Mad World" with lyrics that are "from something wildly against the genre"
I think I've succeeded

5 fave possible Mary's Songs mash ups?
I'm rubbish at mash-ups, but let's say:
Paper Rings
Timeless
Call It What You Want
It's Nice To Have a Friend
or maybe Afterglow for a bit of drama in Mary's life, lol!
I wanted to choose Fearless, but obviously it's already in the set. I also liked the idea of Mine, but it's just been done.

FINAL VOTE (3rd place votes)
propaganda and summaries are under the cut (May include spoilers)
M*A*S*H: 11.16 Goodbye, Farewell and Amen
In the closing days of the Korean War, the staff of the 4077 M*A*S*H Unit find themselves facing irrevocable changes in their lives.
LITERALLY the most episode ever. For American television broadcasts it remains the most-watched primetime television episode ever, beaten only by a number of Super Bowls, the moon landing, and the Nixon resignation.

Star Trek: The Original Series: 2.01 Amok Time
In the throes of his Pon Farr mating period, Spock must return to Vulcan to meet his intended future wife, betrothed from childhood.
this is the fuck or die episode

watching mash is insane because sometimes there will be a Special Guest Star and its some big time tv actor from the 70s that nobody remembers and sometimes the random wounded soldier bit part that has 2 lines of dialogue is laurence fishburne

Okay but Charlotte was extremely generous to her children in regards to their marriages up until the line of succession was in question. She let all the boys secretly date whomever they chose and, most significantly, she didn’t sell off any of her daughters as alliance chattel (the way that she was). She was extremely hands off on their love lives until she couldn’t be and the cosseted royal children don’t realize that or the fact that very few children in English society grew up with present parents
