KARANACHI HUSBANDS🥹😭 This has to be the most wholesome finale episode ever. Somebody’s married, somebody’s engaged and somebody’s relationship is about to take off! KaranAchi went from asking to be boyfriends to proposing on the bench. And the cherries were everywhere !!
I’m gonna miss this show so much. They did a great job at this adaptation and I couldn’t be more satisfied with it. I was so so happy while watching it. This will be one of my all time favourite shows
i do want you to know that once i’m done w criminal minds i WILL be starting justified (i love walton goggins who was also in CM actually!!) and it’s all your fault
god every time i watch black vinegar arc im struck again by how good of an adaptation of the source material this is. like. their proportions look so much more childlike than they do in pretty much every other episode
like this doesnt look like an epic anime battle this is just a child having a breakdown and taking it out on another kid who refuses to fight back until he cant anymore. theyre just kids. god.
idk hate on gmmtv all u want but them bringing back an OG couple from a 5yr hiatus to cast them in an extremely risky remake of a show that's highly critically acclaimed, fighting copyright issues for over a year, getting a ban on youtube, STILL releasing the show on live tv with subtitles and THEN end up making the adaption better than the original, fixing the messed up side couple, giving all 3 couples healthy and loving relationships, a proper development with good pacing, not cursing the 11th episode with dumb drama AND making karan and achi the first gay couple to have a wedding on a gmmtv show is highkey iconic say what u want-
love how Solar Opposites started out as a sitcom about two aliens who can't stand each other, stuck with their teenage clones (whom they also can't stand) & a toddler antichrist (whom they view as a sort of self-sufficient free-roaming hamster?) on a stupid planet they can't stand
and 4 seasons later it's a sitcom about a family of genderqueer aliens, headed by a gay couple in a happy & horny open marriage (with a graphic off-screen sex life, despite their canonical lack of genitalia?) teaching themselves to be okay parents to their 3 kids (whose Sci-Fi Antics now slightly-less-frequently revolve around wreaking havoc on human bystanders, and slightly-more-frequently revolve around alien-clone-sibling-bonding*), to the point that the central plot point becomes "We need to provide our toddler antichrist with a stable home environment."
(also the grumpy alien husband is too busy ingratiating his family with their suburban neighbors to even remember whom or what he dislikes. what is this show)
