Chassis Fixe

Hello à toutes et tous, je profite d'un moment pour poster cette "recette" de chassis fixe que j'ai employée. Le principe est de creuser dans les montants et traverses de quoi mettre un vitrage (ici un double vitrage) et de calfeutrer. Notez que je le fais sur un petit chassis fixe et que je n'ai pas encore testé à l'usage.

Besoins en matériaux

- Vitrage (ici, du double-vitrage)

- bois / choix du bois : classe 3 et préférablement un bois dédié type chataigner (mais pour ma part je l'ai fait en epicea)

- petites cales bois (ou polycarbonate si vous en avez)

- Vis

-masticolle

- Compriband

En avant :

1 / Mesures du vitrage

2/ Dessin du profil de la baguette

3/ Découpe du bois à la scie à onglet

4/ Faire la rainure dans chacune des 4 baguettes

Faire attention de faire un peu plus large

5/ Coupe à 45° à la scie à onglet puis poncer

6/ Placement du double vitrage entre les montants après avoir pris soin de mettre du scotch de protection sur les vitres pour plus tard

7/placement des cales – 2 par côtés, environ 4 si a longueur est grande

8/ Placement du compriband entre le vitrage et l'intérieur des montants et traverses

8/ Coller les montants et les traverses avec du masticolle par exemple, puis mettre 1 vis sur chaque pour faire tenir

9/ Mettre du scotch de protection sur le double vitrage

10/ Siliconer autour de la vitre pour étanchéifier le tout

Puis ôter le scotch !

Subsidiaire : faire la peinture et le vernis après ponçage (étape 5) avant de tout fixer

De nouveau, j'insiste sur le fait que c'est en cours

A graph explaining the Idiot Brigade.

Okay so. Time shinanigans. Masticole, which all of these people are, is a person who can jump to and fro in time in various universes. He is a little string theory nightmare man. And this is very loosely. The rules of this are so very fucked and inaccurate.

The only CONTINUOUS individual here is Cole, far right side. The older, alternate universe version of Masticole: the fellow on the bottom left.

Top left is Mallum, a younger version of Masticole. Their histories are the same, but they act and operate as different people.

Middle left is 'Femsticole'. It's just Masticole. When he's feeling fem. That's it. Middle right is 'Obsession', worst universe Masticole who loses his abilities to jump around time because of an obsession that basically twists his powers to serve his object of focus, usually resulting in a vicious cycle he can't get out of.
