Wakana to Participate in a Special Studio Ghibli Tribute Album!
A special Studio Ghibli Tribute album will be released and it is produced by Satoshi Takebe, a composer, arranger, and music producer who has strong ties to Studio Ghibli works. The 12 participating artists have just been announced and one of them is Wakana! All songs will be announced at a later date. Every artist will create music with their own interpretation of Studio Ghbili songs and one of the great pleasures of this album will be to discover who will be singing which song. The title of the album "ジブリをうたう/Ghibli wo Utau/Singing Ghibli" was created by Goro Miyazaki and the cover image will also be designed/illustrated by him!

Oh my, this is great news! I am hyped! What a great collaboration project! Quite a few big names (or at least names associated with big projects). Hopefully this will give Wakana some exposure! I know not everyone is a fan of Satoshi Takebe but I love that he provides some good opportunities for Wakana. I am so curious to find out which will be Wakana's appointed song, is it gonna be one of the tracks she already did for her cover album or another one? At any rate, hopefully it is something that highlights her vocal abilities such as "Inochi no Namae" or "Mononoke Hime" because she sounds AMAZING in songs like that. I just hope it's NOT "Yasashisa ni Tsutsumareta Nara" or a similarly cheerful song because this stuff is not flattering to her at all despite her great appreciation for these types of songs. In this tweet it looks like they are already teasing a couple of the songs, apparently Leo Ieri will be singing "Kimi wo Nosete" (which would have been one of my top-choices for Wakana too) and Kohei Matsushita will be singing "Country Road".
Anyway, I will wait to pre-order this until they release some further info. There might be some Wakana specific tokutens so it probably pays off to be a little patient

Hikaru Utada co-stars with Ringo Sheena for the first time on TV, and also performs the "Shin Eva" theme song for the first time
Hikaru Utada will appear as the main guest on the new music program "with MUSIC" that will be broadcast on Nippon Television on April 13th.
"With MUSIC" is a program with Yumiko Udo and Kohei Matsushita serving as MCs that digs deeper into the appeal of artists with the theme of "with." On the first regular broadcast on April 13th, Utada, who will release his first best album "SCIENCE FICTION" on April 10th, will appear, and will sing the theme song of the movie "Shin Evangelion Theatrical Version" in 2021. "One Last Kiss" released in March 2018 will be performed for the first time on TV.
In addition, Utada will sing a collaboration song with Ringo Sheena, Nijikan Dakeno Vacancefeaturing Ringo Sheena'', which was included in the album "Fantôme'' released in 2016. Utada and Sheena both debuted with Toshiba EMI in 1998, but this will be their first time co-starring on TV.

SHITTERU WAIFU 2021
This drama is a remake of the Korean series called "Familiar Wife" which aired years ago.
One thing that I liked about jdramas is that it is fast paced and the number of episodes tends to be shorter compared to cdramas or kdramas.Well they do have dramas that run for a long period of time but I have yet to binge watch on those type of dramas.
Anyways talking about the drama,Kenzaki Motoharu married Tateishi Mio and are blessed with two beautiful children.Due to work pressure he rarely spends time with his family and Mio aside from her work has to look after their children and do household chores.
Stressed and agitated by the constant nagging of his wife he decided to travel back in time and to reset his life with the help of a magic coin handed to him by an old man named Mr.Koike who himself have also traveled back in time countless times.
He was given two magical coins.At first try,he traveled to year 2010 where he first met and helped Mio but then soon after he returned to year 2020 as if everything was just a dream.
However he still feel distressed over his relationship with Mio he grabbed that one last coin and choose to start all over again.When he traveled back in the past he did everything he could to avoid meeting Mio and as soon as he woke up he is now married to Enagawa Sayaka in the year 2020.
As Mr.Koike said that people who are bound to be together by destiny will surely cross their paths again.
No matter how hard he tried to avoid Mio,still he could never escape anything that is meant to happen.
Mio had no idea that he was Kenzaki's wife anz now she works at Aoi Bank with Kenzaki.But she always felt a certain connection with Kenzaki.
Thinking that he is now living a perfect life with Sayaka,he couldn't help but realize that he wasn't really happy.
Kenzaki was living a comfortable life free from all the hardships after all Sayaka was born with a silver spoon and her family were living a good life.
Tsuyama Chiharu's appearance made Kenzaki realized how important Mio is in his life.He started to question his decision and regretted choosing his new life.After all,Mio looks so vibrant and cheerful when he is around Tsuyama.
When he traveled back this time,he started to understand Mio and know her problems and even look after her mother who was suffering from dementia.
He realized that he made such a huge mistake and wanted to go back to his old life with his family.
Kenzaki could no longer change what happened and he has to own up his mistakes.
To cut things short,He realized that even if he married Sayaka he still could not solve his own problems and made everyone unhappy
This time around he had another chance to travel back in time and he wanted to keep some distance to avoid hurting the people he loved.
The world is so small and he ended up meeting people he never planned to meet.Sayaka bid him goodbye and moved on with her life.
Tsuyama got married and had twins.I really wished they showed us a glimpse of his family life.
Even if he never wanted to show up,Mio appeared in front of him.They both have travelled back in time.
Sayaka is now happily in love with a new guy named Uehara.I literally had no idea Koseki is doing a cameo in this drama.
Kenzaki and Mio are now happily married.Disputes and arguments can never be avoided but instead they both learned from their mistakes and are helping each other in raising their lovely family.The ending was just so sweet and cute.
Tadayoshi Okura has really aged since Clover Days with Emi Takei.He looks so cool with those spectacles on.Alice Hirose looks so stunning as always. She reminds me so much of her sister Suzu. It just shows that beauty runs in the genes.On the other hand,Matsushita Kohei was a scene stealer in the show,he looks very charming ang cool.
Overall the drama exceeded my expectations.It wasn't really perfect but the message of the story was conveyed well to the audiences.Yes indeed the choices we make carry our life forward.

Pony Canyon has announced that the domestic theatrical release date for the animated film Deemo Memorial Keys has been set for February 25, 2022 (JST) in Japan and that Gaku Hamada, Naomi Watanabe, Issey Ogata, Kohei Matsushita, and Koichi Yamadera have joined as the new dub cast of the film.
The anime will also have its world premiere as a feature competition film at the 23rd Bucheon…

Com a vitória sobre o Yokohama FC e a derrota do Cerezo Osaka para o Sagan Tosu, Gamba assegura 2º lugar na J1; Nagoya, Cerezo e Kashima disputam duas possíveis vagas restantes na ACL Na penúltima rodada da J.League disputada hoje, o Gamba Osaka garantiu o vice-campeonato ao vencer o Yokohama FC fora de casa por 2×0 e, com isso, classificou-se para a fase de grupos da Liga dos Campeões da Ásia 2021 e também para a semifinal da Copa do Imperador no fim deste mês (contra o campeão da J2, que provavelmente será o Tokushima Vortis). Shu Kurata abriu o placar com apenas 24 segundos de jogo e o brasileiro Patric, que já tinha dado a assistência para o primeiro gol, definiu o jogo no segundo tempo. Nos minutos finais, Kazu ainda entrou em campo pelo Yokohama FC, atualizando o próprio recorde de jogador mais velho a atuar no futebol japonês para 53 anos, 9 meses e 20 dias.
O Gamba contou com a derrota do rival Cerezo Osaka para garantir a segunda colocação.
