hi! i was just curious as to how you did the solid background on your buck gifs in this post. did you paint it or mess with the layers another way? post/661143570329288704/to-be-seen-to-be-found-isnt-that-what-were-all

sorry for just answering this!! but if i remember correctly, the only one i edited the background was the second gif, you can see where i added a white layer mask on the left side of the gif and tried to blend it into the rest of the shot. the rest are just carefully cropped to get a solid background from the existing shot :)

YES!!! The coloring of that scene in the red room is a nightmare! First it’s too pink, then it’s too yellow, somehow cyan decided to show up a little too much and now I want to throw my laptop out a window.

Honestly, that's fair. My mum used to take this approach when cooking yams - she'd cook enough for everyone even though half of us didn't like them so there were more for her lmfao.

Hi Renee! Happy nice ask day! Akin to the question you asked me, if you could reread any book as if it were the first time, which would you choose?

Additionally, what is something that you did this week that made you really proud?

ally! thank you for sending this! the first book that came to mind was The Book Thief by Markus Zusak. I read it for the first time in high school and then reread it last year. enough time had passed that I forgot a lot of details so it kind of was like I was reading it again for the first time. I distinctly remembered that on my first read I cried so hard at the end, but I couldn't remember exactly why? I can confirm that I cried just as hard the second time. but yeah I remember being a teenager, reading the prologue in the store to see if I would like it, and being blown away by those first few pages. I would love to experience that again!

and for your second question, because I'm at a new teaching job, I'm always proud of myself just for getting through the entire week. this past week I had some moments where I remembered not to take myself too seriously and I'm proud of myself for that too! oh and I saw Maisie Peters in concert this week! and this might sound silly but I'm proud of myself for enjoying it and not letting myself think about work the next day!
