i think one thing I would like to explore in a hypothetical MBAV made for a mature audience is the balance and drawbacks to the powers of the main trio. Ethan probably has trouble staying in reality sometimes. He likely disassociates or feels like he’s just caught in a vision sometimes. Benny likely feels like a danger sometimes, his clumsiness played off as a lovable goof when he feels one misstep away from harming someone. Does the use of too much magic have an energy drain?

I feel like the vampires’ powers are best expanded on (duh) with Sarah’s fears and remorse as well as seeing her go through withdrawals and underestimate her strength. I’d love to hear more from older vampires about how immortality feels after so many decades, too! Everyday I think abt the silly little older audience MBAV that lives in my head <3

Mbav Season 3 Fic

Sarah's new design, for her I looked up some ideas pertaining to a few supernatural aspects. Like some voodoo like themes and mixing that with her style, also for reasons in her hair she has some purple strands and her eyes are the same shade(Evil Sarah approves)

Also gave her braids cause she would look awesome with them, her rings are good for brass knuckle like fighting.

She's got clipped parts on the shoulder areas similar in design to reaper wings in TWEWY, both using gothic themes like the rest of the cast for their S3 designs but a bit of some Y2K with her.

Now we just got Jesse left and then I'll be finished 👀

Last night a thought occurred to me about the "Three Cheers of Evil" episode. At the end, after Stephanie was defeated and she reverted back to looking like her real age again. Why did she choose to still be involved with the school in some form of fashion or another, by becoming the new lunch lady there? Like, after her plan fail, she could've easily just left the school or the town, never to be seen again by the gang. So, why go from being a student at Whitechapel High to still sticking around to be an employee there, instead?

Like, it would've made sense if maybe she only stuck around to be a minor nuisance to them by being mean and unfair to them as a lunch lady (like sabotaging their food as Sarah had so casually mentioned to Ethan and Benny in the episode at the end). Kind of like how Stern was a dick to them as the vice principle before we found he was actually a bad guy and was evil. Or like, if they had her bide her time there while keeping a watchful eye on them long enough to plot her revenge against them, somehow. But the show never did any of that. After the episode, she never appears again. Even though, we've seen the gang in the cafeteria multiple times since then in other episodes. They could've added in a little not so friendly interaction between them and her while getting their lunches. Like nothing long just a short little funny scene, is all. Like with the Stern scenes in season 2.

Also, Stephanie was hired on rather quickly, I might add, too. Lol! Like she was the new lunch lady the next day after events of the pep rally! Usually, it takes a few days before you can start your first day on the job after the interview and if they decided to hire you, but she was just instantly there the following day. And ready to work! Lol! And I'm pretty sure she wasn't all that qualified to work as a lunch lady, either. But I could be wrong about that. I'm just going off what I know it takes to be one here where I live. And you have to have some sort of experience or education in nutrition and food preparation. Which I'm SURE Stephanie doesn't have, either! Lol! They must've been desperate to fill the position and just said "the hell with following the rules! we need to fill position NOW!" Lol! Which I'm sure they were fine being one lunch lady down, considering there's usually more than one lunch lady who works in school cafeterias.

Anyway, I've ranted on long enough about the subject. It wasn't supposed to be this long. Oh, well.

My Babysitter's A Vampire: Season 3, Episode 1

It's aged up and their out of high school. Benny and Ethan are still friends, but they have no memory of the supernatural or anyone connected with it, besides Granny but shh, she's in nursing home because of weird "dreams and delusions" about magic. They have pretty normal lives, Ethan went to college and came home, and Benny stayed in town with a job. The two are still friends but have slowly drifted. One day, they're both listening to the radio when an announcer says, " You're listening to W9L The Vamp with your host, The Ror-ster!" Both kind of freeze, recognizing the voice, but they don't know why. Ethan is then hit with a vision of the Lucifractor and Sarah before he gasps and decides to call Benny. The two meet at his house and say how they both recognize the voice on the radio and that Ethan had a vision of some weird purple ball and a girl. " I think we're forgetting something, but I don't know what." He says, looking at Benny. Tension builds, then scene cuts to black. Boom, episode 1 ends.

Should I make more "episodes" of this? If so, do you want an actual fanfic of this?

I was looking through batfam fake tweets and social media aus(again), and thanks to the lovely @thevernofficial I have been brought to make this.

The batkids and how they ended up watching mbav(plus the character they feel the strongest about):

Tim: so following with the tweet, Tim had a crush on Erica watching mbav as a kid. He tries to say he relates more to Ethan, but the shit your brain comes up with could only come from Benny, Tim.

Steph: also watched Mbav as a kid. She had a crush on Sarah, but the character she feels strongest about is Jesse, because she fucking hates Jesse("you're not like other humans now, Sarah." "Yeah, and who caused that, dipshit?"). she flips off the tv any time she Jesse pops up. Her favorite character is absolutely Rory tho.

Cass: was forced to binge the movie and both seasons by Steph. The most she reacted was to the fight scenes. "A kick to the knee would work better." Later, Tim asked about her favorite character. "Evelyn. Kicks ass." which fair.

Duke: he watched a few episodes of mbav as a kid, but was later forced to watch it entirely by tim and steph(tim was offended he wasn't included in the first binge-fest). After the first 10 minutes, he said "you will have to physically hold me back from saying babe every 7 minutes." "Duke, no". He actually relates to Ethan most, due to his self-preservation(rather the shared lack thereof)

Jason: walked in on the first forced binge, and watched from the doorway for two episodes, then left. He walked into the second one too but cut his losses and sat down. Tim wishes he hadn't, as he was commenting on basically everything. Jesse comes back from the dead and Jason yells "Ha! you aren't special motherfucker!"

Dick: only started watching mbav to roast tim, bc he's a horrid brother living to embarrass people, especially if it his siblings. (Tim really wishes he could shut up on twitter, or that twitter would stop reminding him hes a dumbass). He delights in the camp, and constantly connects mbav to buffy. nobody really enjoys dick comparing mbav to buffy, especially since he's the only person who watched buffy the vampire slayer in its entirety.

Damian: Damian has actively watched 3 episodes of my babysitters a vampire, and for the other parts of binge fest 2 he was just drawing in his sketchbook. His favorite character is Ethan, as he is the easiest to draw, but his best drawing was of Sarah when she was possessed. He hates drawing Rory's shirts.

Neither Bruce nor Alfred have seen more than 5 minutes of my babysitter's a vampire in total. Probably for the best.

mbav 2023 predictions:

- matthew knight makes an unexpected comeback when he is seen in the background of a picture posted by some rando. nobody knows if it's actually him or not

- the mbav fandom hyperfixates on the 2009 film gooby for a little bit but stops before anyone claims that the movie was actually good

- my babysitter's a vampire is briefly taken off of all streaming platforms for a couple weeks so the only way to watch it is to pirate it

- evidence comes out that benny weir and his family are actual literal cannibals and everyone talks about it for a day then forgets about it

- mbav season 3 is announced to be in the works by a random tiktokker with absolutely no evidence and everyone, even people who aren't currently part of the fandom, gets really worked up about it until everyone slowly realizes there was no evidence in the first place and there are no plans for a season 3
