WHEN will my normal-sized amygdala return from the war

#I am so tired of feeling So Much all the time #and always so much PAIN and SADNESS and SHAME and ANGUISH????? #I am so tired of having to actively regulate my emotions when normal people seem to be able to do it without stopping everything #dbt is so helpful but it's SO exhausting because it's so much WORK #it's like I'm in a constant battle with myself to act Normal and I have my skills to help me but it's a struggle every day and I'm just... #TIRED... like so .... Tired #I wish my brain would stop hurting me.
