Ok ok more dark skk poly with their little pet PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE I need more, how would they treat them when they behave? Are they ever nice to their little pet and treat em good? Is gentle petting or are they continuously rough?
Of course of course babes
- They absolutely can be nice, they love their little pet, you're prettiest when you're mentally intact after all
- As long as you behave you're gonna be fine, Chuuya makes loads of cash, and who better to spend it on then his pretty pet? Dazai doesn't make much but he has surprisingly good taste when it comes to clothes. He picks out the prettiest collars too.
- You sit pretty on the couch while Chuuya makes you dinner and Dazai cuddles you, calling you his pretty kitty. Brushing your hair and petting your (faux) ears. Laying little kisses on your cheek.
- While Chuuya is the stricter one, he's not nearly as mean as Dazai can be. He makes sure you're well taken care of, waiting on you patently. Chuuya's the more responsible one, he cooks and cleans. Cleaning your collar, polishing the diamonds because only the best for his pet.
- Chuuya usually picks out your clothes because he has an eye for what looks good on you. The prettiest lingerie, the softest ears, cutest tails and even prettier collars.
- Soft sex is common as long as you behave and play nice, they'll rub your little clit, prep your pretty cunt and softly slide down your throat. Dazai will rub you over your panties and make you cum. You're so pretty when you cum, and he'll give you praise-filled kisses on your neck and head. Brushing away your tears and cooing at you to "be quiet before you wake Slug."
- They're the sweetest when they bath you, Chuuya rubbing you down with the best smelling lotions as Dazai washes your hair. Throwing in a couple bath bombs and bath salts. They'll even carry you out if you're sleepy.
- They'll dry you down and put you in the softest, comfortable clothes they find before cuddling you too sleep.
- Individually their aftercare is good but together!?!? It's amazing, their soft and will make you drink atleast two cups of water and get you a snack. Showering you in praises worthy of importance. Together, cuddles are the best. I picture Dazai to be cold and Chuuya as someone warm. So it's the best of both.
- Chuuya sleeps closest to the door because his ability is combat ready... but Dazai keeps a loaded gun under his pillow. They know being around you puts you in danger and they'll lay down their life for you and each other.
This wasn't dark but I wanted to make something soft and sweet ❤️

If you've finished The Dragon Prince, S5, what's your opinion? Personally I'm still processing everything and there were a few things I was kind of "ehhhhh" about, but those were just one-off moments and overall I'm satisfied, even though it ended up playing out very differently from how I was expecting (for one, I was certain Aaravos would be getting out by the end of the season).
I liked it a lot!
SPOILERS AND STUFF:
Because I liked it a lot, most of my more specific thoughts are about the few things that sort of jarred me a little bit and felt a little rough or strange. But before I get to that I wanna list some of the stuff I loved:
Soren! My sweet boi has finally gotten the acknowledgement the previous seasons denied him. Soren locking eyes with Deadwood and going "yo same issues" was incredible, and after the last season treated his abduction by and confrontation with his abusive father as 90% comedy funtime hijinks in a nightgown, it was really refreshing to see him get a chance to actually shine in a serious, heartwarming context and be narratively rewarded for it.
In fact, that whole sequence with the pirates was incredible. I knew there was no way they were gonna cleanly outrun the bad guys, but I was not expecting how exactly they would catch up.
Tumblr media
They did a lot of elegant work this season setting up Claudia as going from being family-motivated to being anger-motivated, and I like that, because at the rate things are going she's gonna run out of family to be motivated by in T-minus one episode, and if she's going to continue being the main boots-on-the-ground antagonist she's going to need some new motivation to swap out for her dad. Showing her actively reveling in having power over creatures that used to frighten her is a clever way to ease into that.
Viren's arc this season of being forced to confront his own coping mechanism, "I had no choice", was damn elegant. He had to realize he did have a choice the whole time, even if it was a choice between two bad options - he took every step along the path of his own free will, and he can choose to stop walking at any time. I'm not anticipating a redemption arc - my guess is Aaravos is going to let him die and just keep his soul imprisoned with him, "your soul is my treasure" and all that - but it was a very cool way to confront the audience and Viren with his humanity, which is easy to lose sight of when he spends all his time being a horrible dick.
The stuff with the Nova Blade screams "sneaky poetic double meaning" and there's absolutely no way it can actually kill Aaravos. The fact that the novablade and the three quasar diamonds they need to let Ruunan out of his coin after four goddamn seasons are all in the same place called the Starscraper that is so most definitely a boss arena makes me absolutely certain that they won't get there until some sort of final battle or immediately-pre-final-battle confrontation, but it's also almost guaranteed that the novablade is not going to cleanly resolve everything because the characters were realistically sus about that poem but quickly dismissed their entirely reasonable concerns. My guess is the novablade has already stabbed Aaravos once and he's the dude from the poem who was somehow both immortal and "no more," which feeds into the other thing they're 100% setting up, which is that Callum is one thousand percent going to be the one who lets him out in an ill-fated attempt to save his loved ones, which would cleanly make Callum three for three. Which segues into my "things that bothered me a little bit" zone-
Every time there's a story where the heroes are like "we're going to make our way through the incredibly circuitous and hard-to-navigate traps and secrets to finally find our way to the closely-guarded and ludicrously dangerous macguffin so we can take it with us and put it somewhere much less guarded" I feel my investment slip just a little, because how can anybody be surprised when the bad guys then get ahold of it with a tenth of the effort it would've taken them to get through the circuitous treasure hunt themselves? Claudia was not on track to figuring out the secret in time, and Aaravos didn't seem to have a way to tell her directly, and once the deadline ran out she'd have almost no reason to want to release Aaravos anymore. I worry this plotline could've solved itself if the heroes hadn't inexplicably concluded that they could guard a magical prison better than a centuries-deep conspiracy of archmages and archdragons.
The Dragon Prince character writing is usually rock-solid and very good at showing slow growth and development, while occasionally being vulnerable to characters seemingly losing their braincells to facilitate plot points that they would reasonably be too smart to let happen. That happened a few times this season, most notably with Zubeia getting very clearly bit by a shadowbeast - something we know everyone riding on her back saw, because Corvus intervened to get it off her and nearly died in the process, and we later see Soren talking to her about it - which means Amaya at minimum, and probably Callum and Rayla as well, should reasonably be expected to have both the information "a wound from a shadowbeast magically festers and turns the infected victim into a shadowbeast" and "zubeia was injured by a shadowbeast." So it's a bit weird that this doesn't come up and they just leave her alone about it, and only Soren - who doesn't know about shadowbeast stuff - even asks her about it.
I have this theory that there was a draft of the season's plot where the main characters had access to a different space of information - for instance, knowing about Zubeia's wound and its implications instead of her inexplicably brushing it off, hiding its true severity and then nearly dying. The most notable instance of this feeling struck me in the same episode, when right after Amaya's incredibly dramatic "go!" moment and the gang are about to fly away, Callum pointedly looks down one last time, then sees her shove Corvus and herself into the book drop, and he says "they made it into the book drop! they'll be totally fine!" and then they fly away. It feels a little jarring because it seemed like the natural flow of the episode would've been to let Amaya and Corvus's sacrifice play out as expected, with Chekov's Book Drop at their backs to save them as soon as the heroes were out of sight. Then Amaya and Corvus could show back up later in a big heroic moment, possibly even keeping the camera off them until Amaya rides to Janai's rescue a few episodes later - a classic "aragorn goes over the cliff jk he's fine" style reveal.
The reason they didn't do this, I think, is because it would've been hard for the kid heroes to be quippy-fun-time jokey-joking mere hours after losing their last living relative to presumed horrible zombie death. And I get that! But I think that was a notable factor in the way some of the episodes were structured around making sure that the heroes mostly got to spend their time being light-hearted and funny, which meant troubling information was artificially kept from them and encouraging information was shoehorned into their eyeline in slightly contrived ways so they could stay safely partitioned away from the actually heavy emotional implications of their situation. That's why I think the pirate episodes hit the audience as hard as they did, because suddenly the story dipped really seriously into the extremely painful and scary side of this otherwise fun and exciting fantasy adventure, and the characters shone in the unusually serious environment.
I kinda feel the same about Viren, but in the opposite direction. He spent the entire season comatose and safely partitioned away from the other characters, and while his highly symbolic coma dreams were extremely cool and revelatory to see, it feels like a squandering of his character potential to keep him from interacting with anyone but Aaravos - which is why I think they're gonna keep his ghost around at minimum. Hell, maybe Claudia will take a page out of his book and store him in a coin for safekeeping. Either way, they've had no problems sticking Viren on the proverbial shelf for seasons at a time and it seems like it's just too convenient for them to stop now. Viren's inner life is very cool, but I want to see him actually interact with the real world, because he's so bad at it.
I don't really know why the sunfire civil war thing is still happening, and my only theory is that Aaravos is still influencing the bald elf guy he possessed to kill the Queen back in season 3, meaning that these guys will be bolstering the ranks of General Problems in season 6 onward. I don't mind that concept, but I kind of feel like the problem they're running into is they killed their actually interesting Dickhead Royal back in season 3, and without Prince Kasef they have to make do with We Have Kasef At Home, aka Karim, who's not good enough at machiavellian scheming to be interesting and not enough of a dickhead to be fun to watch. They didn't even let Amaya take one of his eyes and make him look cooler, so I can only assume he'll be usurped as the primary threat next season and replaced with someone actually threatening, aka Aaravos. It seems plausible that Aaravos is going to sell both the poison and the cure, promising a way to fix Lux Aurea's corruption, but it's just a weirdly disconnected plot thread at present.
The thing with the ocean archmage felt like a very transparent Yoda homage, which started out cute and then went on about three times longer than I wanted it to, and it kind of highlighted the running theme of how every new character in this story is introduced saying "I absolutely cannot let you do this thing you need to do to progress the plot, no way no how." and then after some arguing and quips and ten minutes of wasted time and optional sidequests they're like "you may now proceed with the story." The ocean archdragon had the exact same gimmick in the opening scene, even the pirates were introduced that way. I think part of the reason the pirate episode felt so different and cool is that it broke the episodic formula in almost every way and highlighted some character tropes that the lighthearted tone doesn't normally allow for, which is why people keep describing it as "like a fanfic, but in a good way!" It took the characters we were at this point very familiar with and put them in a Situation, and fans love it when characters get put in Situations.
Kinda feels like the show only remembers Ezran has geopolitical kingly responsibilities when it's most inconvenient for the gang, and while I find his presence in this season refreshing, it is a little weird that he can just run around adventuring and getting kidnapped by pirates without anyone bringing up how the throne and the crown are burdens like they've been banging on about for the previous four seasons. I assume that'll come back into focus later, but it ties into the same thing I've observed where it feels like the characters are very carefully contextualized to only have to consider serious responsibility things in very specific contexts, usually when it will facilitate actively frustrating character arcs and decisions, so they can just loosely quip and react to things the rest of the time.
Anyway I had a dang good time, excited for more! Harrow is one thousand percent in that bird.

Hello!
Can u do a platonic hades, adamas, poseidon, and zeus having the youngest brother who looks, acts and has the same power as makima. Especially their reaction to him gaining fatal wounds but being totally fine and his power and personality.
Thank u so much!
He's just a little rough around the edges
Makima + Poseidon gives me nightmares
Also writing this while jamming to Diamond City Lights is something else, two completely different vibes.
Also, Male! Reader
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Poseidon will treat you no different from the rest, unless you do something about it.
And you kinda did, he was being a bitch so you were a raging bitch back, from plainly ignoring him like the dirt on your shoes and now that there's no one in the room, that never happened.
Yes Poseidon is harsh, but unless you give him a reason to he has no reason to ignore the little brother that made a lower god's head pop. He's the type who does tough love.
There's nothing more the lower gods fear then you both in the same room.
Especially since you both have the tendency to look calmer then you are.
With those gods knowing how easily and quickly Poseidon can get rid of them is enough, they think you do the same but you enjoy the long run. Manipulate Mansplain and Malewife I guess.
If you were to get injured, Poseidon wouldn't bat an eye, like how he doesn't bat an eye to the majority of what you do. Maybe he'll have a servant patch it up to avoid it getting worse.
If it's fatal however, he'll be the one to take you to the nurses, he won't listen to a single thing you say about being fine. He's taking you over there and you're gonna shut up and let him do it.
Seeing that you actually ARE fine, he'll play it off as "you're just weaker, a wound like that will cause you more harm then it would if I had it" he was just worried, don't take that at face value.
Telling him that you just transferred the would over to a lower god amusses him, especially since he knows very little about your abilities outside of blood control.
Tumblr media
He'll be the first to say it, "he's just rough around the edges, get to know him and he's a sweetheart" especially being the younger brother to two gods who are assholes to everyone around them.
Zeus will always be more carefree, most of your injuries probably happened by running away from Zeus. Just let him smother you in love alright? He's been the youngest for so long.
It doesn't matter how big or small the wound is, Hermes is ready with bandages. Zeus knows you can heal them, but he's still gonna do it.
He's another one who will turn a blind eye to blatant manipulative behavior, unless you do something truly horrible then he'll tell you to "stay out of trouble".
Tumblr media
Ah yes, the calm and the storm, at least according to Hades smothering you two in affection.
Adamas, despite being as angry as he is is a pretty damn good older brother.
He seems like he takes "Tough Love" to the extreme but no, he can rival Hades is how much he worries.
Adamas will also turn a blind eye to your "behavior" and honestly most likely taught you most of it.
He'll also take care if any wounds you have while saying "this is the last time I'm doing this" no, it's not the last time and he'll do it whenever you have a wound.
He's the type to see you have a fatal would and tell you to "just transfer it to some low god" while having the most anxious filled voice.
Adamas is another one who knows the majority of your abilities, he doesn't care what they are, they're yours so they're great.
Being the eldest means he naturally worries the most.
Hades knows you're by no means week and fragile, but he raised you and will forever see you and his adorable baby brother.
Hades is the type that can excuse you using your abilities wrong, you're the youngest after all.
Hades, however won't pick up after your messes, yes he absolutely adores you but you can't go around causes messes after you use a human as a "sacrifice".
As the King of Helheim he has plenty of demons and devils down there, with his permission you can practice your abilities of controlling them, he'll be there to watch over you.
If you were to get a fatal wound, Hades wound rush you to the nurses, even if you say you're fine, he won't have any of it until he has the dialysis in his hands. It's not he doesn't trust you, but for wounds like that he'd much rather have you seen by a professional.
On the topic of wounds, after having no traces of it he's genuinely concerned about how that happened.
Telling him you just casually transferred your wound somewhere else made him blink several times. He didn't know you had that but now he's a little less concerned about the severity of your wounds, but please be careful. No matter much you power you have, there's limits to everything, so be careful.

This is a pirate story.
Like everyone you'll meet for a long, long time, you don't come to this life because you choose it. You become a pirate to stay alive, and you spend every day of that life pushing forward to the next one, with your teeth bared. You survive out of spite, surrounded by death. You watch death delivered again and again, to stronger and weaker men alike, as you push forward in a world that tells you it's a battle just to exist.
You find an island of survival with someone as lost as you are. Like you, he has no one, so you teach him what knowledge you've managed to gather. He quickly surpasses you, able to think and command in the ways you can't. But his mind is strange and it wanders; he follows stray whims. His mood lifts and falls like the tide. You know how to be steady, to be blunt and rough in turns, to dig in when he needs an anchor. So you learn to work together - and you thrive.
He takes a command and his name becomes legend, and you, you're his second. This is your job now, and you're the only one who can do it. You're the only one who can move him, the only one that understands him. You know that one day you'll get your reward, acknowledgment for your role, something that's not just attached to his name. But maybe it doesn't even matter - because there's a place for you beside him, and you know where you fit. As long as this is yours, then you know who you are.
And then the tide shifts. He's temperamental, searching for a new life while you're still focused on keeping this one afloat. And someone catches his eye, some idiot pretender who's too lucky to die. You grasp after them, violent, trying to yank him back as this latest novelty pulls him away. You spit an oath: 'I'm not dying, not for your new toy and not for you.'
You have to stomp out anything that intrudes on the place you've made, so he survives, so you survive. But he's bored and you're angry, and no one fears you, and the rules have changed. The pretender lives, where any other man should have rightfully died, and you're displaced. And every minute you're gone, you know he moves farther and farther from you, lured by fancy things and mannered voices, by play-pretend cartoon versions of the real things he earned.
They're things he earned by being diamond-brilliant and seeing with vision you don't have, things you earned with your hand guiding him back on course. It's a course you can't find anymore, not without firing shots. You'll sign a deal with the devil in order to find the means. But when the gunsmoke clears he's already gone, and your face hurts where he struck you.
He returns before long - abandoned by the shiny, stupid whimsy that pulled him in, just like you knew he would be. But he just breaks harder from it, and resolves to keep breaking. It's a fate worse than death - it's a stranger in his body, in someone else's gaudy clothes. That stranger's naked pain, their softness, their weakness. It's choking the life out of him, leaving you with a perfumed shadow that weeps for someone who never deserved him.
You pull him back with abuse and threats; you smile when you realize you can still draw the rage back out of him. You bleed for it, and that feels all the better. You know this terrain, you know how the ship rocks in the waves and moves under your feet. You know how to temper the eyes that glare at you in the dark, just as you always have.
You've done right. You've done it for the both of you.
--
His poison spreads in his veins. Then it bleeds up to the surface, and keeps spreading. It turns to something uglier still: crueler, more desperate, a fire that consumes everything and you're the one who lit the match.
You've earned his hate, but you can bear it. You need to keep his eyes on you, not so he doesn't drift, but so no one else is wounded. He keeps cutting pieces off of you. He keeps demanding you go, and go, and never stop, like a whirlpool that spirals down to the bottom of the world.
(In the fugue of those endless days, sometimes you feel arms gripping you tight because they can tell how you're coming apart. You aren't ready to feel them yet; you aren't ready to think about what they mean.)
You find yourself speaking of love, asking him to use his words - even though you've never known how to make love or words sit in your mouth. You almost die once, twice. You're suddenly begging for death where living was the deepest pride you had. But you're not done yet - you're not done, something won't let you be done - because you know you have to drag yourself upright and put a stop to the monster you fed.
Only you can do this, only you should do it. Because every time he asked you to let him change, to soften, to die you still refused. And now there's only one end to this.
Suddenly, you know what a fate worse than death really is.
You still can't bear to get rid of his body.
Then like some twisted miracle, that man reappears. The man who is everything you hate, so pampered and thoughtlessly gentle, comes out of the sea to view the havoc you wrought.
You lie to him for the sake of the crew, sure he'd never be able to handle what his absence helped create. But he knows. He understands this person that only you understood. He knows what's been done and why it had to happen. He knows the most important thing is that everyone else survives. He waits until they're safe before he lets himself feel the pain.
He loves this man you nearly destroyed, even now. He loves him enough to wake the dead, in a world where death is as common as breathing. How is his soft, stupid heart still alive, in this world that nearly broke the rest of you? He's stronger than you thought, somehow. He's stronger than you, and maybe he always was - the only man who ever chose this hard, ugly life.
They vanish somewhere ashore to start healing, and you're left alone with yourself and all the things you've gotten wrong. You have lost so much blood and pounds of flesh. Your fangs are blunted in your mouth, and when you ask your reflection who he is, it doesn't have an answer.
--
And then, they answer for you.
Your crew helps you stand again, bolstered by pieces of the ship you tried to blow apart. Their ship is part of you now. You're part of them, now. They didn't have to, and you don't deserve it, and the new leg they help you stand on shouldn't bear your weight.
It holds anyway. Love is stronger than you thought. You let yourself cry for the second time in weeks, the second time in decades.
Suddenly the world is wider, and there are people in it. You drink and bicker, you shape wood into art and pain into half-truth. (You say: 'I lost my leg feeding sea monsters where I should have let them sleep. Stupid of me, reckless of me.') Sometimes you laugh, and you're surprised when there's no edge in it.
You drink again, it's quite a lot of drinking. But it's to move forward to tomorrow, not to keep still. You still refuse to stop moving.
You relearn yourself, how to move with new grace. You teach what you know to the man you hated, and understand that it's still part of you, that you didn't lose it when you shed the rotting flesh that no longer served you. You watch and you listen, guarding the world they gave back to you, walking with a limb made from the wood that keeps them afloat. Even when you're silent, you heal together, not apart.
The man you hated becomes more than you ever expected. The man you loved finds more peace than you could ever give him. There are things you still have to tell him, someday when you know the words, when you know how to be the person who says them. For now they still burn in your throat, but you're learning you can be other things.
You paint your eyes and lips, and you don't feel weak, you feel brave. You feel beautiful, feel seen, in ways you didn't know you could be seen. You'd never realized before, just how much you'd wanted everyone to see you.
Your ribs crack and a voice comes out, a song you didn't know you had - or that you buried a long time ago. The ship is decked in flowers and fairy lights, and you help create something beautiful where the darkness used to live.
The crew hears your song and they dance to it, they make love to it. They call out for another one. You tell them that you have one more.
---
You deny there are storms on the horizon. You can't change the weather, you can only point towards clearer skies. You're trying to let them be the ones to steer.
The storms come anyway. You became a pirate to stay alive, took to the sea because there was no chance for you on land. But part of the world still wants people like you gone. It won't let you rest.
A man comes for your ship and your port, for your people. He comes with fancy things and mannered voices, with play-pretend cartoon dreams that cut him where he didn't expect it. He treated this life like a plaything, and it scarred him, so he's decided to burn it down.
He's the kind of man that has everything and still wants more. The kind that insist the world be a certain way and, for those who refuse, meets them with gunfire and irons. He asks to speak with you, only you, sits with you at the table and looks you in the eye like you could ever be one of his. And he says, 'don't you want to be honored for all you've done? For the world to know exactly who you are?'
And you answer, because you have one more song in you.
---
This is a pirate story:
You're more than your mistakes or the things you've lost, more than the voice that said you had to be cruel to live another day. You're more than the grasping, ugly part of you that needed power and rage in order to be seen.
You're part of something immortal: something that builds family out of refugees and love out of poison, that can never be controlled. It's something so much bigger than you, but it will never leave you, not even if they shoot down every last one of you. Because dying is easy, and living is instinct. But enduring, saying you're here and you always will be, is -
For once, you're not fighting to live or begging to die. You're bigger than both. You're exactly what you need to be.
You are good. You can have good, you can make good. You'd never believed that before, but you only had to reach out and decide it. It was always there for you, waiting.
They will always try to break you, but they can't take that from you. They can't take it from the ones you love. It exists until the end of the world.
---
Some of your jailers die poisoning themselves. Others, you cut down in the escape.
When the gun goes off, you know what's happened before you even feel the wound in your gut. But you don't tell them. You will not slow them down. You wait until they're safe before you let yourself feel the pain.
You're not even angry. Maybe you'd have lived if you were angrier, maybe you'd have stood further back or just not been there at all. Maybe you'd have made another deal with the devil, when they asked. But it feels so good, for once, to not be angry.
You know you need to tell him. There's no more time. You'll have to be the kind of person who can make the words come, in front of all of them.
You held him back, kept him from the peace he wanted. You needed him too much to let him go. But he deserves everything he ever wanted. There are people waiting to love him, even if they don't have to, even if he doesn't deserve it. He just needs to realize they're waiting, to reach out and let them.
They'll love him better than you ever knew how to love him, to love yourself. They'll let him be whatever he needs to be.
He cries for you, even after everything. You look up to where the crew has gathered, and you realize - most of your life, you always thought you'd die alone...
You've seen death a hundred times, lived in a world where it sat constant at your heels. You've outfought it, and begged for it. You've learned there are things far worse.
You wouldn't have looked for death, if you'd lived through this. It's not that you're eager to go. You're just...ready.
---
Yes, there's a version of this story where your body survives - where you take revenge with the others and take back what part of the waves you can grasp. Until you're old enough to misstep and fall in the next raid, perhaps. (You doubt you'd ever truly want to settle, not if you had a choice.)
There's a version of the story where you're a spirit that lives in the ship's secret passages. Where you're a bird that follows the waves. There's a story where your soul haunts the fledgling inn where they buried you, watching over him even now as he learns what he's capable of.
There's a version of the story where you're a grave and a memory. You're a voice he imagines when he drifts, steering him towards clear skies. You're a song stuck in their heads. You endure in the way the lucky endure: a piece of you that sits in whoever misses you.
There are no versions of this story where you really die, any more than piracy dies. Maybe he would have died - the man you were before, who stood apart from the world, who knew he'd die alone. But not who you've become. You can learn to rest, but you can never be killed.
Some things are too big and important to die. Some things are fucking indestructible.

The Diamond Brothers 💎
Tumblr media
The infamous Diamond brothers, gotta love them.
(mentions of animal passing, a little angsty)
There's a four year age gap between them, which would make Daiya 22 when Mondo was 18. Daiya was only 4 when Mondo was born.
Their living situation isn't implied to be the best - no mention of their father and little talk of their mother.
But onto the general and wholesome headcanons!
Their dynamic is typical sibling behavior- teasing, bullying, yelling, and then acting as if nothing happened and being best buds again.
Before Mondo got big, Daiya would usually rough-house with him, eventually trapping him in a headlock or dangling him by his feet. Now that he's big, Daiya hasn't rough-housed with him in a hot minute - he's a bit intimidated of Mondo's larger structure compared to his.
Before high school, they would both typically play a variety of video games around their city - mostly around arcades. Their favorites were shooters, old-school side scrollers, and DDR. They aren't good by any means, but they still have fun.
Daiya has the highest score between the two of them on "POSSESSION" by Tag Underground (correct me if I'm wrong)
Daiya is a casual theater nerd whilst Mondo is the Theater Kid™. Daiya was the one who got him into that sort of thing once he showed him Grease. It just evolved from there, prompting relentless teasing from Daiya.
They're both really good singers - nothing professional of course, but they're nice to listen to. While Mondo has a smooth, deep voice, Daiya's voice is similar to Leorio Paladiknight from HxH. Idk it just seems fitting. Puberty kicked them in the gut.
They like going to small restaurants around town - the smaller the better. They once found a hidden sushi place and had the best meal they've had in ages.
Speaking of food - Daiya is the designated chef between the two of them. Mondo tried cooking once. Let's just say Daiya will never eat garlic again.
Once Daiya pulled off a heist to steal a live lobster from a sushi place cause he was bored. That became his pet that he spoils for no reason. Big ass tank and everything. Mondo thinks it's the dumbest thing ever.
"Dude female lobsters can live up to fifty years."
"Good she gets everything in my will."
They both adore the fuck out of Chuck. Whenever Chuck isn't following around Mondo, he seeks out the older brother to ask for treats he shouldn't get.
"But he's such a good boy!"
"Those treats are making him fat!"
"Awww good fatso!"
*incoherent scream from Mondo*
But they both adore the fuck out of that dog.
When Chuck passed, Mondo shut down completely. Daiya saved Chuck's collar before retrieving his ashes for Mondo to keep. While continuing to grieve, Mondo would find Daiya and just...hug him. Daiya wouldn't bother to move him so they sometimes fell asleep like that. It definitely helped both of them to cope.
With the gang, their sibling behavior doesn't stop.
They're very competitive and tend to have competitions. Chugging, push-ups, other endurance contests, and of course, racing.
When Daiya was retiring, he planned to keep riding, but only as a way of transportation.
And during their race, Daiya got hit in such a way that his leg was permanently paralyzed. Mondo's never felt so guilty, thinking he almost killed him.
Daiya is just happy it was him and not Mondo. It was all worth it after Mondo took charge of the gang, resulting in his invite to Hopes Peak.
Daiya has never been prouder.
While Mondo is still sensitive about the accident, Daiya does his best to joke about it as a way of coping and to try and comfort Mondo.
They continued to speak on-call as Mondo went through Hopes Peak. Daiya continued to tease him about his friends, either teasing Mondo directly or making off-hand comments.
"So how old is Yasuhiro again?"
"Wha-?"
"He's really cute.."
"What-?! Daiya don't even think about it-!"
"Is he single?"
So on and so forth.
But overall they have that typical sibling dynamic. Lots of teasing and fighting, but at the end of the day they still love each other and wouldn't have any other brothers.
Unless it's Takemichi.
Takemichi is their unofficial younger brother.

I find it such, such a shame that basically every single OC (especially on the heroes' side) that IDW introduced has gotten flanderised and/or milked for all their worth angst-wise and such, despite so many having interesting backstories (or even just the slightest hint of prior existence in the world) that you can do something with. Belle has been unsubtly swooped right into the background now that her story is over(?), Whisper is not allowed to move on from the loss of her team and keeps being subjected to more and more horrifying experiences related to it, Tangle has swiftly become the silly goose of the bunch as opposed to someone with plenty of intelligence and emotional maturity in the Tangle & Whisper miniseries, Lanolin randomly turned into what was supposed to be the Competent Girlboss which falls entirely flat anyway because the writing's got more holes in it than Swiss cheese...
It truly makes me wonder if, in a new comic or manga if/when IDW goes down, we should want new canon foreigner characters to be introduced in there. Both Archie and IDW have proven that they will eventually turn into a drama story featuring mostly just the OCs and disproportionately dividing attention to those, with the game cast easily coming across as an afterthought or being written OOC to facilitate that drama (such as everything with Silver getting kicked out of the Diamond Cutters he never joined in the first place, or Cream's inability to fight off Rough and Tumble ruining her and Vanilla's cooking and getting turned into a bawling mess in the process. And that was just from among the most recent two issues). I feel like it has to do with the fact both comics had/have the same writers, but I also understand that it's easier to write a character from scratch than needing to stick to guidelines from higher-up... Thus, maybe if a character from scratch cannot be written in the first place, it would make an improvement? Some strange moments aside (e.g. Sonic insulting Knuckles to Blaze, Sonic being a shipper on deck for Silvaze), I don't have much to complain about the stories that have only game characters in them. And that is it: I'm just here to see fun adventures from Sonic and his friends, not the woes and troubles of new characters who have either completely failed to catch or lost my interest over time.
(Sorry for the long ask, I wanted to add enough examples. Feel free to ignore if you would rather not talk about IDW again ^^)
Some strange moments aside (e.g. Sonic insulting Knuckles to Blaze, Sonic being a shipper on deck for Silvaze), I don't have much to complain about the stories that have only game characters in them.
I'm not saying this in a mean way towards you, but I do. I do plenty. IDW Sonic is a genuinely awful character that only recently has stopped to earn my ire. And you know why? Because the story no longer features him in the spotlight, instead focusing on the OCs.
Flynn has admitted that they prefer to write OCs because they "have less oversight", basically they don't have to deal with the guidelines that come with the canon characters. With this amount of unprofessionalism, I gladly accept the OCs attracting the worst of their writing degeneration, instead of ruining further characters I care about.
Now, yes, it is a shame that perfectly good new characters have been squandered (poor Tangle didn't deserve to become an annoying "ADHD-coded" uwu shipbait), but like. At this point it's the less of the two evils. The problem is not OCs or canon characters: the problem is writers who strut around in their workplace, thinking they're misunderstood geniuses and that it's their mission to fix the bad writing from SEGA.

Arkansas headcanons bc I love him
When Arkansas gets really mad, big sharp diamond spikes form on his neck, back and a little on his elbows (neck ones are small, back ones are big, elbow ones are teeny). they have a red tint and are a mix of see-through clear and black. His bottom canines get a bit bigger and protrude more. Ears are pointy (elf ears) and he loves putting earrings on them. His ears are always decked out in earrings he's made (jewelry maker Arkansas the beloved) and he keeps the first ever earrings he's ever made in his ears 24/7 and refuses to take them out (unless he's cleaning his ears or his jewelry.) Hairs a spiky fluffy mullet that barely touches his shoulders. The shaved part next to his ears a bit outgrown. Hair is a mix of reds, browns, and blacks that fade into each other Occasionally has a small black and red tufted tail that curls, though he doesn't like it much since the other states make fun of him for it and call him "Piggy." (tail, spikes, teeth, etc are based off of the Razorbacks logo and are used in my Cryptid State forms. he is not walking around all day everyday looking like that ((unless he idk wants to)). ears don't count, they're always pointy.) Scars, cuts, bruises, scratches, etc everywhere. Has a huge scar down his left leg (starts near his knee, ends at his foot. on the back of his leg). Hands are always rough and calloused from how much he always uses his hands. Slept on his legs wrong and now he has a bit of a limp, one leg a bit more noticeable then the other and hurts occasionally. (I'm not projecting) Has a bunch of scratches around his pelvis area and on his hips
Always looks mad (even tho he kinda is mad a good portion of the day). Dude has a resting bitch face (same). He could be having the time of his life and people would think he's pissed (sometimes it's a little upsetting having to explain that no, he ain't mad, he just looks it.) Though he ain't upset about it. Don't think about him, talk to him, or even look at him and he'll be good. This man lives outside he actually would rather sleep in the leaves in the forest then go back to the statehouse. When he's at his own home in the woods he'll sleep outside a lot as well, but he also likes going back to the quietness of his cabin, cooking a nice meal on his stove (instead of the makeshift campfires he makes when he's too busy in the middle of one of his many 1000 projects and is deciding to sleep outside), and sleeping on his couch or in his bed. he eats, sleeps, and breathes nature, okay? (me) he ain't the Natural State for nothin I have dyscalculia so now he has dyscalculia. I mean it's only fair Will bury your body in the woods if you mispronounce his name. I swear to god he will oh my god he actually goes insane its like nails on a chalkboard its so fucking annoying its Ar-Kan-Saw not fucking "Ar-Kansas" or "Ar-kan-SAS-" like it actually drives him nuts you will never be seen again OH MY GOD- (sorry, might've gotten a bit caught up there in my own feelings.)
Wyoming/Montana/Arkansas headcanons
Got sat next to each other once in a meeting and ended up going to a bar after a rough time, now are inseparable. Didn't really talk to each other much, especially Arkansas with his "leave me tf alone" glare and aura, but secretly admired each other because they could relate to one another. Love to just sit in a room or outside, not talking to each other, and doing their own thing. They are very much introverts/have introvert characteristics and prefer the quiet. Montana kinda found out he had feelings for both of them, but didn't realize it was romantic feelings for a while. (Dude hasn't dated in a long time) Wyoming and Montana "got together" first (moreso them realizing they were in love with each other but not sure how to go about it, also not sure about what to do about their feelings Arkansas) Arkansas was not sure how to feel about the whole crush thing since one, he'd never been in a poly relationship before, and two, he hadn't dated many (if any) men in the past. (not even women really. he had his dog, cat, and woods to keep him company. not saying he wasn't lonely but he doesn't date much.) Took him a long time to even confess he liked them back. (He knew he liked them but figuring out if it was romantic or not was a struggle.) Took them months to get into a qpr as a way to test the waters before it later turned into a romantic relationship. Relationships are hard. (all of these fuckers are on the aromantic spectrum idgaf. projecting onto Arkansas like a bitch lol) Still considering on moving in with each other (they like their quiet space but also enjoy having each other around. While moving in together sounds nice, they still aren't sure yet since they don't know if their ready for that type of change. Besides, figuring out whos state they want to live in and all of that is a lotta work.) so they switch between each other's houses a lot. Some days they're staying the night at Montana's, other times they're riding horses in Wyoming's or relaxing in Arkansas. Bond a lot over shared interests such as farming, cowboys, sports, outdoor activities, etc and can ramble about it for hours.
We can just ignore how late this is (totally wasn't supposed to do this weeks ago. life gets in the way too much sometimes.) Anyways, I love them and don't think about them enough. Though I do need to do more research on Wyoming and Montana since i'm not from those states, nor do I know much about them besides knowing Wyoming's the cowboy state and where he is on a map. (proud being able to point at all states on a map, though that's what this fandom does to you lmao.) Sorry if I got anything wrong on Wyoming and Montana (can you tell by the lack of stuff on them that I don't know those two well?)

Spiderdemon AU Characters
I figured it would be easier if I made a list of all the character roles for Spiderdemon with the Inky Mystery characters. Might be the best way to avoid making things confusing, and in case people have questions then this can hopefully help.
I'm mostly sticking with spiderman characters, because if I included ALL marvel characters I might lose my marbles. (though Felix would be a cool Iron Man.)
Now then, lets get started.
-First of all, The Devil is the Green Goblin. He'd just be called The Devil when out terrorizing people in his villain suit, while he's known as Lucifer, a rich business owner and a powerful figure in Toon Town.
-Dice is Kingpin. Handling the shady business so his boss can keep a good public image.
-Cuphead and Mugman both share the role similar to the Prowler. Though Cuphead goes by Red Diamond and Mugman Blue Spade. Both of them dress as how they dress in Inky Mystery when out working, but they both wear hoods to cover their heads, and smiling masks that look like their cartoon version faces. Adding a creepy twist when they're out on the job.
Both of them use guns. mostly special guns that fire unique and different bullets.
Cuphead, though, has a unique trick.
He has a mechanical arm. He keeps the fact hidden, and wears a special cover over said arm so people don't notice his arm isn't flesh when he's out as a civilian. When out on the field, it doubles as a backup gun.
Though when he got the arm, he wasn't told about a certain SURPRISE that was in the damn thing. Cuphead didn't exactly like said surprise for many reasons in the beginning.
While both Cupbros share the role of Prowler, only Cuphead has this role.
He's also Venom.
It was NOT pretty in the beginning. Cuphead was scared out of his mind when Venom first bonded with his body.
It was a rough time adjusting to it, but by the time Bendy becomes more serious with the hero thing, Cuphead and Venom would have great team work together and be damn good at the jobs they have to do.
Doesn't mean they always get along.
Venom: LET ME EAT HIM.
Cuphead: No. Get over it.
Venom: HE ATE THE LAST OF THE TATER TOTS! LET ME EAT HIM!
Cuphead: I'm not letting you eat my brother over cussing potatoes you big baby!
Mugman overheard that and promised to buy more later to calm Venom down. (Venom wouldn't actually eat Mugman, he just won't admit he's emotionally attached.)
-Holly would have the role of Mary Jane. Curious about Spiderdemon while being friends with Bendy during highschool and probably has a blog reporting all the good things Spiderdemon does. Since she's a couple years older though, before she goes to college, she tells Bendy he better not get himself killed until he can answer all her questions about his powers.
Bendy groaned over how he got busted and he thought he was doing a good job hiding his identity from his friend.
After being busted by her, Holly helps out with whatever she can so Bendy can be more prepared to save the day. Like doing research on criminal organizations or people running from the law, so Bendy can have a better idea on what to expect.
-Oddswell would be The Lizard in this AU. Bendy as Spiderdemon went to him in the beginning for medical help when he'd get hurt in battles, but then things happened that made Oddswell turn into a mutant gecko monster.
He was also Bendy's primary doctor when he was sick and dying in the hospital before getting spider powers. He thought it was suspicious that Bendy healed so fast when his chances were extremely slim. He did tests on Bendy and found some, interesting, things. He suspected Wilson had something to do with it with how quickly he left the hospital after his last visit.
But considering how Wilson was a good friend of his, Oddswell kept quiet, and kept those test results on Bendy secret for his safety knowing if word got out, Bendy would get a lot of unpleasant attention.
-Alice would be Doc Oc, but instead of extra robotic tentacles,  they'd be large robotic and deadly angel wings. She'd be known as Dr. Angel.
She ended up working for the same people that made the spider Wilson stole. Hoping to help people find a way to improve medical aid. Volunteering to do whatever it took to benefit mankind.
She doesn't realize until too late that she's being used by people who will do more harm than good. Not until robotic angel wings are fused to her body that can't be taken off.
It makes her resent Spiderdemon in the beginning. How this happened to her because he got his powers from the spider that was stolen, and now the people she works for will go to any length to get him.
- Oswald is a retired version of Black Cat, but used to go by Lucky Rabbit.
He got mixed up in a life of crime when he was going through things at a younger age, stealing to sell for profit. But then when he realized that wasn't what he wanted to do with his life, he put that all behind him, married Ortensia, and started a family with her before she passed.
Lucky Rabbit has a bit of a history with Felix. Since in this AU Felix still finds old relics that can be worth a fortune, when he was young and was starting his career, Lucky Rabbit stole an artifact Felix was hoping would help people.
At that point Oswald would be a bit smug over his skills, returning to the scene of the crime as a civilian and blend in with the spectators. who are there watching reporters covering what happened as police study the crime scene, looking baffled over how there's barely any clues.
But as he's leaving, he overhears something in another room, and takes a peak. Finding Wilson comforting Felix who's devastated over how Lucky Rabbit stole the artifact and is blaming himself for letting so many people down.
That's the first time Oswald starts feeling guilty and questioning what he's doing.
- Cala takes the role of Sandman. Though she'd be called Sand Gorgon.
Before she got her powers, she used to use a wheelchair. But when she got the power to manipulate sand, she used her powers to wrap a layer of sand around her legs to help her stand up and walk.
When using her powers to fight, her entire lower body is covered in sand, making it look like she has a tail instead of legs.
And water isn't a huge weakness for her. In fact she can manipulate sand underwater to help her swim at incredible speed.
She's also known for using her powers to trap enemies in sand, and make the sand harden together until it becomes stone. Practically turning people into stone statues.
-Lady Facilier takes the role of Kraven the Hunter. She uses Voodoo to hunt people she finds useful to her or is paid VERY well to kill someone.
-Brute takes the role of Rhino, though instead of a crazy dangerous rhino armor suit, Brute dresses in a deadly wolf armor suit. Calls himself Wolf.
-Fanny takes the role of Electro, calling herself Electric Cotton. She used to do crime with Oswald when he was Lucky Rabbit, but when he gave that up, Fanny made some choices that left her in a less than ideal lifestyle.
She's now stuck as a medic for Dice and Devil's employees/minions and occasionally has to do dirty work.
She's the only medic Cuphead and Mugman trust at least.
Brute also doesn’t lay a finger on her in this AU, because he knows she’ll FRY HIM. Doesn’t stop him from being a POS partner though.
-Sarah is Mysterio in this au. She calls herself Nightmare because she can use her illusions to make people's worst nightmares and trap them in a personal hell.
There are rumors about her that she's a lot older than she looks, because all people see when they look at her is an unsettling little girl. No one dares to try confirming that though.
-Pete’s Jay Jonah Jameson. Working on the news station and calling Spiderdemon a menace.
Bendy usually ignores it, but when he's feeling petty, some of his black webbing hits Pete’s office window or car at the news station when fighting a villain.
Boris later watches Pete on tv yelling about spider demon's terrible aim.
Boris: ... You did that purpose, didn't you?
Bendy: Nooooo.
Boris: Bendy you hit his car 5 times with webs while every other car in that lot was clean!
Bendy: Not my fault the badguy was near his car 5 times.
Bendy does however have to talk Boris out of hacking Pete’s phone to mess with him and his script he worked on for the news channel. He doesn’t want him getting caught and arrested for a prank.
-Granny is Bendy and Boris’ sweet little elderly neighbor. They help out sometimes and keep her company. She used to watch the boys for Felix whenever he’s out of town for a few days until Bendy was old enough, and healthy enough, to watch Boris by himself. She still cooks for the family of three sometimes and is dubbed their honorary grandmother.
Though she scares the daylights out of Bendy when he’s out as Spiderdemon and sees Granny hitting a badguy with her cane if she’s there when he’s fighting. He quickly gets her out of there before the badguy gets over their shock and puts her somewhere safe.
Bendy: Ma’am, you’re the coolest elderly lady ever, but PLEASE never do that again.
Granny: Oh like I’m going to let some bully beat up a helpful young man such as yourself. *pats his face sweetly* Kick his butt dear.
and that's all I got for the characters in this AU. I might come up with more character roles down the line, but for now, this is it.
Hope you all enjoy!! :)

If it's okay, Gray and Laxus headcanons? I saw these little clips of them from the fairy tail video game and it was so funny and endearing to me
Another shameless self-plug cuz this is about to be my most-read fic.
Also there is no art of Gray and Laxus even near each other because search engines only ever generate content for other ships when I try to search them. And there's exactly 5 posts in the #graxus tag. So here, have this image I stole from CBR.
Tumblr media
These two kind of end up being the power couple of Fairy Tail? Nobody expected it but their relationship is much less dramatic and more stable than most.
These two are both loyal lovers whose love language is favors and acts of service. They have to do relatively little speaking in order to understand each other and their affections.
Laxus has so much pride in Gray. Back in the Battle of Fairy Tail, he was calling the guy a loser. By the time Gray stalked off to go kill Mard Geer, Laxus was like "I can't not date him".
They can commonly be found touching each other in small ways--arms around shoulders, usually, but also heads on shoulders or in laps, or even just holding hands occasionally. The casual PDA isn't too dramatic, but it's consistent.
This is because of the way their magics interact. Laxus radiates his magic, which feels very electric and tingly if he isn't restraining it, while Gray radiates cold, molecules slowing down around him. The two end up balancing each other out and when they touch, they provide each other a strange sense of equilibrium and contentment.
"I always thought your necklace was kind of cool." "I always thought your scar was hot."
The two are both punk-adjacent and enjoy a lot of the same hobbies and aesthetics, with Gray leaning slightly more emo and Laxus leaning slightly more rock. Their dates are surprisingly fun.
Gray is always wearing Laxus' clothes. Everybody knows what it means and he doesn't deny it--except that he also wears Laxus' clothes just because he can. Do they fit? No. Is he still able to make them look halfass decent on him? Yes.
There is something very magical when Laxus kisses Gray that makes the latter just want to stick to him like glue and do it forever. Likewise, when Gray kisses him, Laxus can't help but smile.
These two literally make the front page of fashion magazines when modeling together, they just have insane photogenic qualities.
"Bro" and "babe" are interchangeable, they both answer to either.
Laxus actually proposes after a few years together. He thought about a diamond ring hidden in an ice box but didn't want Gray to swallow it trying to eat the ice.
You didn't ask for them but I'm still gonna provide u the ns/fw headcanons just cuz i might not get another chance:
NS/FW:
Gray, unlike a lot of people Laxus is shipped with, doesn't like sex rough or super-energetic. To him it's more about intimacy and exploring the other's body, and Laxus is very receptive to this kind of sex. They're slow, gentle, and relatively quiet.
Gray is not actually an exhibitionist, despite his unconscious stripping. He will become one, though, if the opportunity arises and he's got a desire to give head. Gray is fantastic at oral sex and loves doing it whenever he can, so Laxus has successfully swayed him into ducking into an alley for a quickie or even a blowjob in the back of a taxi. Gray is way more embarrassed about it than Laxus is, but is he going to pass on it? No.
Being in Laxus' lap is literally Gray's favorite position. So much to touch, lick, and bite all laid out there in front of him. So stable when he needs to hold on.
These two treat each other's bodies like works of art, with something new to find every time they get the chance. Laxus loves to remind Gray how sexy he is, and Gray loves to brag that Laxus is all his.

Do you have any tips for someone just getting into Viking Pilot lore? I binged his dominion playlist but I keep seeing things about clips that weren't in his episodes and I'd love to see more!
hi anon! there are three tiers to my advice on this: medium difficulty, hard difficulty, and "don't do this to yourself unless you are me and enjoy suffering just for extra lore crumbs". (also, the easy way to do this is wait for videos to come out, as they cover almost everything that happens in the VODs with some very scattered exceptions here and there. it does mean you'll be behind on lore though, and i do understand that's a little rough. sadly there is no way to mitigate this other than just accepting you'll be missing some context for a little while or going VOD-watching. which trust me i know VODs are not always easy to watch i am really sorry in advance)
medium difficulty: go to this playlist and watch everything from "Everyone Everywhere all at once and the Birth of I.O.U." onwards; you'll miss a couple things that were in earlier VODs but for the large part you'll pick things up via context clues and stuff that's in the videos already.
hard difficulty: rewatch literally all the VODs (don't do this). though for a more reasonable bit of advice i'd say in addition to the previous advice onwards, you may want to also pick up the following VODs as a lorehound: "Diamond Mining and Shadow Attacks!" (Shadowmech attacks), "The interior of the Haunted Mansion" (the battle of Otherside), "Nuke's Return and Birthday Event!" (Shadowmech summoning ritual), "The Most Profitable Event on Dominion SMP" (Viking tells Legundo about the Book; this one's only in a Legundo stream so the link here goes right to that lore timestamp), "NEW MEMBERS!" (from Legundo's POV as well, but it's the introduction of Ryan and Red as well as the only current proof of Viking having a 10+ minute long fight with Shadow somewhere in the background towards the end there), and "The Basement w/ Grady, Taneesha, Legundo, and DaLilRed Cameos!" (IRL Viking answers questions about the Book, also the birth of the Snow Amogus).
do not do this: hey, you know how Legundo and Viking will often both be live on Wednesdays? watch both their streams at once, paying especially close attention to when one of them is away from the other one (switch viewing window back and forth if someone seems like they're monologuing or having a Plot Conversation), only muting one stream when they're in the same location. i do this and it's how i've picked up a lot of really interesting lore scraps from Legundo. i also cannot stress how much i do not recommend doing this, it is a nightmare to keep track of and is constantly just on the verge of complete auditory overload for me even when i keep one of them turned down lower.
i cannot stress enough how much i do not recommend that last one btw, like at that point just choose someone's VOD you're going to immediately rewatch instead of doing that to yourself, the thing is however that this is a me problem that i participate in and i need to explain that i specifically have picked up some lore like this because i am insane, and that this is not a thing you should do to yourself on the reg
(in general this is not very good advice and i apologize for that. unfortunately i am just one very tired many-guys-in-one-meat-mech and i have yet to be able to really collate a Formal "here's all the lore we know" document pretty much anywhere other than my head)
anyway. uh. Yeag

So I have a prompt for you if that is alright. A modern day AU where the Bridgertons are professional athletes and olympic gold medalists. They've been nicknamed one England's treasures. The only area the have difficulty in seem to be their love lives. What events would each Bridgerton partake in and how would they meet their significant other? Bonus if their partner is not a fellow athlete. Like Kate being a physical therapist or Penelope being a baker.
Okay, bad confession to make. I don't watch sports and have very little interest in sports (altough my SO swears he's going to teach me the difference between baseball and basketball). So I lack the range that would come if sports was one of my field of interests. And I've never actually watched the olympics. Sorry to my sporty type followers in advance. Still here it goes. not exactly olympic based, but here's a rough HC.
Kanthony: Rival polo players that always meet in the semi finals and end up trying to sabottage each other using every dirty trick in the book. Which usually means they both end up losing as Edwina takes the championship.
Saphne: The NBA basketball player and the reality tv star who need to work together on a publicity stunt to save both of their careers
Benophie: The professional swimmer and the ballroom dancer who use the same gym. Benedict has a habit of stripping infront of Sophie 'to take a swim' any chance he gets and Sophie is frankly fed up about it. Why can't this man keep his clothes on?
Polin: Cycling champion and the sports reporter. Colin goes around the world in his bike and Penelope covers news about him because her paper demoted her from the society pages after publishing a particularly bad scandal
Philoise: Track team star and professional boxer, always meeting in the same bookstore to hide from their handlers during breaks, strike a friendship by leaving notes to each other as bookmarks in the book they're both reading
Franchel: Francesca definitely does figure skating, John used to be her partner, now he's gone and Fran must accept the help of his cousin, who abandoned her when John died, Hockey playboy, Michael Stirling
Hyraeth: a volleyball player and the grandson of a competition organizer team up to find the championship long lost diamond trophy rumored to be worth millions, after finding a hint in one of his grandmothers journals
Grecy: The son of a well known game sponsor falls inlove with a beautiful tennis player (Hermione) and asks her partner to help him ask her out. Lucy thinks that if Gregory seduces Hermione, she wont quit tennis to elope with some waiter and leave Lucy this close to finals, so she accepts. Gregory starks liking Lucy instead. Too bad her uncle is arrested for rigging the game.
so there you got it, the sports au I never thought I'd write

HC. History with the Shuumatsuban.
Originally the organization was going to be the field that Thoma was deployed into. Those who held close connections with the late parents of the Kamisato siblings saw the extent of his potential. A diamond in the rough, in a measure of martial potential but his nature that blends his born generosity and kind nature to the world, it was an easy formula to perceive that he'd be privy to the arts of deception and handling of more cruel matters if refined through their history of Inazuman training.
Clearly such a fate never found itself fully being realized in their way. Ayato's and Ayaka's vouching, the way his nature managed to worm warmth into the militant nature of their organization, it was clear that his disposition was to walk along the light while having a good deal of involvement with shadows instead. This is where his old teacher was found through connections for his training; the latest head of the Swiftshatter Arts.
Thoma's true strength was found in getting others compelled. To spark motivation, clashing against the stagnating values of the perceived Eternity that was allowing secret pockets of chaos to bloom uncontrolled. There were leadership qualities in his nature that Ayato personally appreciated, as both something he can depend on, but the earnest nature of having a genuine friend who dealt with their muddied beginnings to the re-established success thanks to the many, many hands involved in keeping the Kamisato House afloat.
Drag the situation to the current day and this is where his healthy standing with them comes to be. He holds an awareness of a good deal of their agents currently patrolling Inazuma, running establishments (such as Komore), to even holding an active communication line with them. Within Thoma's lens, they're a 'part' of his network, assisting with their guise as they actively work together to suppress the various dangers that would plague the land at large.
Due to his close connection with both their latest head's history and the genuine support of the Yashiro commission, he's one of the few individuals they'd genuinely listen to as an ally, and take request from, to a certain limit of course.
Bonus detail: This was the group utilized to try finding leads on his family line within Inazuma once he settled in their good graces. As it stands, even with his father never arriving to Nation of Electro, the Inazuman side of his heritage has seemed to vanish. Whether it was loss through death or some means of migration has yet to be seen.

My theory for why there is only one noble for each area, is that it was one of the things the clans warred over. That it is less that they are a noble for what they are, and more that they are the current noble of that territory. 1/3
[ Each clan had 5 Pokémon that descended from the hero’s team that they had responsibility for and gave wardens. Then would it be strange for the clans not to use them for territory disputes?Aka. When one of the descendants gained the noble tittle then that signalled which clan had control of that territory currently. 2/3
So for an example, there may have been an ancestor of Sneasler that was the noble of Coronet Highlands before electrode.Which would mean before the clans started their uneasy peace the pear clan had control over 3 areas while the diamond clan controlled 2. 3/3 ]
yeah maybe! the thing about using them to settle disputes, though, is that an all-out violent brawl probably wouldn't go over well, considering the high risk that one or both of the clans loses their noble if the fight gets too rough. neither of them wants that!
stage battles, like what i feel like normal in-game pokemon battles are meant to be, might be more likely. as in, neither of them are really striking to injure each other, just tire each other out and prove they're the strongest. though the trick there would be in finding a space to fight in that doesn't damage the region... unless, ooh ooh. the arenas where you battle the nobles are the combat zones?

Minoru Takada and Hisao Yoshitani in Walk Cheerfully (Yasujiro Ozu, 1930)
Cast: Minoru Takada, Hiroko Kawasaki, Hisao Yoshitani, Satoko Date, Takeshi Sakamoto, Teruo Mori, Nobuko Matsuzono, Utako Suzuki. Screenplay: Tadao Ikeda, based on a story by Hiroshi Shimizu. Cinematography: Hideo Shigehara. Set decoration: Hiroshi Mizutani.
The English titles of Yasujiro Ozu's films are typically oblique, ranging from the atmospheric but uninformative -- Late Spring (1949),  Early Summer (1951) -- to the proverbial or epigrammatic (but only in Japanese) -- The Flavor of Green Tea Over Rice (1952), A Hen in the Wind (1958) -- to the simply mistranslated -- Record of a Tenement Gentleman (1947). The title of Walk Cheerfully would seem to be similarly somewhat aside of the mark for what started as a gangster movie, but at least the phrase appears in an intertitle in the film as the parting advice given by Yasue to Kenji as he's being taken away by the police -- she seems to mean it somewhat in the spirit of "take care." The film itself is a curious blend of gangster film and romance. In fact, the work it reminded me of sometimes was Frank Loesser's musical Guys and Dolls, which has a similar theme of a shady guy being redeemed by a good girl. The analogy leaped to mind when some of Ozu's gangsters did synchronized routines and gag soft-shoe dances in the pool hall where they meet. For these are not hard-core American gangsters or even murderous yakuza; they're small-time pickpockets and thieves. We meet our hero, Kenji (Minoru Takada), while he's still a thug known as "Ken the Knife" for the tattoo on his left forearm. The movie begins with a chase: Kenji's sidekick, Senko (Hisao Yoshitani), being pursued by a mob who think he has stolen a man's wallet. When the mob catches up with Senko, Kenji appears out of the crowd and suggests that they search him for the wallet. Nothing turns up, so Senko goes free, but later we see them meet up and discover that they're in cahoots: Kenji has picked the wallet from Senko as the mob was roughing him up. Eventually, however, both Kenji and Senko try to go straight when Kenji meets and falls in love with Yasue (Hiroko Kawasaki). When they first see her, they think Yasue is a rich woman: She arrives at a jewelry store in a large car and goes in to buy a diamond ring. But it turns out that she's running an errand for her boss (Takeshi Sakamoto), the head of the Ono Trading Co., who puts the moves on her when she brings it to him. Eventually, after Kenji and Yasue meet up again and he learns the truth, that she's just an office worker, he will have an opportunity to beat up Ono for sexually harassing Yasue. This is very minor Ozu, but he handles it well, demonstrating not only his skill at telling a story but also the way American movies influenced him: On the wall at Ono Trading Co. there's a poster for Joan Crawford's Our Dancing Daughters (Harry Beaumont, 1928). Movies, big cars, and pop music -- Senko has written the English lyrics to the 1928 song "The Gay Caballero" on the wall of the room he shares with Kenji and is trying to learn them -- figure large with these very modern Japanese gangsters.

So, here is my personnal headcannons of pairings of former LIs:
TRR/TRH/TRF:
My MC married Liam.
I would have loved to see Maxwell and Hana end up together, they are both so sweet, and she's responsible to balance his goofiness while he knows when to have fun to balance her seriousness.
Drake and Olivia spent the whole series teasing each other, mainly with whiskey and daggers in silver plates. I think they are both rough diamonds with a softer heart, and it would have been nice to see them date.
If my MC had married Drake (which I wanted to do on my second walkthrough but I also decided she would not be a romantic but a roughless ambitious and she ended up marrying royalty because that's where the power is) I could have seen Olivia and Liam together. They don't strike me as a perfect pair, but they've known each other for long and were each other's only friend for a while (except for Drake in Liam's case).
Endless Summer
Idk what needs to be said but... Jake x Estella, and Sean x Quinn.
Renegade soldier boy and aventurer assassin girl? Perfect pairing.
Sweet boy scout and nice shy girl? Perfect pairing.
Desire and Decorum
Luke Harper was paired with one of Miss Parsons' little sisters and that was great.
I think Prince Hamid would have been a great husband for the other sister.
As for Miss Parson I think, had she been interested in men, she could have been married to Ernest Sinclaire. They are both headstrong and difficultely giving their trust. Since she is not interested in men, she could have married Mr Chambers to stop her family from pestering her into marriage.
Distant Shores
I've got to admit I could have imagined Edward and Charlie together. They had chemistry.
Red Carpet Diaries
Seth and Teja together for work and for life!
Victoria Fontaine, I don't see her married to anyone. And I don't see Matt Rodriguez marrying anyone except MC?? Idk. Maybe with Addison?
Hunter? Single for life. If he can't get with MC, no one can get with him or something.
The Crown and the Flame
My Kenna married Raydan.
Dom? Oh come on with Rose! I was so sad she didn't come back in book 2 and 3!
Tevan would go well with Annelise I think. They have common interests (fashion, beauty, but also culture)
I could see Val ending with Diavolo. They are both ruthless. But there's something off with their vibes idk, it's not a soulmates pairing.
The Elementalists
Shreya and Griffin would go together. They're both extroverts, popular, and enterprising. They would be the kind of couple where he is out of the house half of the year, trekking and doing charity work on the other side of the world, when she's at home running her business/also on the other side of the world but not the same, to run her business.
I could picture Beckett and Aster together. They both have this shyness/precaution to them...
Wake the Dead
Like in Endless Summer we've got the tough LIs and the nice LIs, but here they are 5 so it complicates pairings. Also here I don't think pairing the tough together would work, smae with the nice.
Mine ended with Shanon but I could see her with Eli. He needs her knowledge and strategy, she needs his strength and bravery.
Angel would end up alone I think. Not everyone is cpaable of following her pace.
I don't see the girl from the gritty people who kill zombies and change their names, whose name I forgot, settling, much less when it would mean show her men a soft side of her and maybe make her lose her grip on them.
Troy? idk tbh. He seemed kinda bland to me.

Faction Rankings: Week of August 28, 2023- September 3, 2023
10. Damage CTRL
After weeks of Bayley running from Shotzi, they finally had a match last week. During it, Bayley tried to get Iyo to give her her championship, but was interrupted by Charlotte, and Shotzi then pinned Bayley. Bayley and Iyo will go against Shotzi and Charlotte this week.
Tumblr media
9. Chase U
Usually I don't cover Main Event/Lvl Up on this since it's mostly "non-canon", but since there was a match for the Global Hertiage Invitational on Lvl Up last week and that is "canon" to NXT, which I do cover, I'll count that match. Anyway, Duke won in his first match in the invitational, earning him two points. On the other side, Thea is hanging out with Jacy now, and I think both Duke and Andre are concerned about that. I would be too, to be honest.
Tumblr media
8. Imperium
Kaiser lost to Chad via DQ. This week, Gunther defends the Intercontinental Title against Chad just days before he becomes the longest reigning Intercontinental Champion ever.
Tumblr media
7. The Bloodline
Honestly I don't even know how to report on The Bloodline anymore. I mean, Roman's still champion and almost never around, and I'm confused about the Usos storyline. Jimmy seems to want to get back in The Bloodline despite calling Roman corrupt not even a month ago after being the ones to superkick Roman and start The Usos leaving The Bloodline in the first place. Jey, on the other hand, is back, but on Raw now, thanks to Cody who is planning...something based on that.
Yeah, I don't know. On the plus side for them, Solo got a win and Roman's now been champion for over 3 years.
Tumblr media
6. Gallus
Joe won his first match in the Global Hertiage Invitational, earning him two points. Duke, Joe, and Butch are all currently tied for points.
Tumblr media
5. The Brawling Brutes
And speaking of Butch, he won against Charlie Dempsey in his first match of the Global Hertiage Invitational, earning him two points.
Tumblr media
4. LWO
Despite a rough start with Rey and Santos losing a tag match to Grayson and Austin and Joaquin and Cruz losing to Kevin and Sami, they picked it back up with Rey retaining the US Title at Payback.
Tumblr media
3. Alpha Academy
Chad got a win against Kaiser, but it was a DQ win. He gets another opportunity at ending Gunther's Intercontinental Title reign just before it becomes the longest of all time this week.
Tumblr media
2. The Diamond Mine
The Creeds have been officially reinstated to NXT after winning a cage match against The Dyad. So the "pretending to be Schism for weeks to kidnap Ava to get leverage for a reinstatement match" plan worked. Not sure if that's setting a good or bad precedent.
This is just a long way of saying that NXT is truly a lawless place.
Tumblr media
1. The Judgement Day
After Damian won against Sami on Monday, their momentum continued into Payback. After help from Dominik, Rhea, and even JD, Damian and Finn won the tag titles. Rhea gave them the ultimatum that if they didn't win the tag titles, there would be "changes" in The Judgement Day. But Finn and Damian got it together and got it done, and Damian said after the fact that they're family, and family fights, but they're back on the same page now. Rhea also retained against Raquel at Payback, with a little help from Dominik as well.
