♡ watermelon - satisfies sugar cravings at only 46 calories per cup
♡ bang energy drink - gives you a boost to exercise and makes you feel full for hours (plus it’s 0 calories <3)
♡ plain whole wheat pasta - satisfies bread cravings, usually low calorie but some options are kinda high in kcal so be careful
♡ ricecakes - crunchy and delicious, 35 calories each
♡ sliced cucumber with salt - my underweight grandma’s favourite snack, 15 calories per 1/2 cup
♡ ice cubes - 0 calories, soothing to chew
♡ tomato soup - really tasty and only 74 calories per cup
♡ hard boiled egg - good for breakfast or really any meal (especially with pepper!), 78 calories each
♡ pickles - salty, delicious and only 7 calories depending on what kind you get
♡ oatmeal - another good breakfast, very filling and only 158 calories per cup
♡ greek yogurt with raspberries - filling, yummy, and only 115 calories per cup

♡ beets - my personal favourite veggie and only 74 calories per cup
♡ stewed tomatoes - what I eat for dinner basically every night, and at 62 calories per cup
♡ pumpkin- very filling, only 30 calories per cup
♡ miso broth - warm and nice to eat on cold days, 40 calories per 245-millilitre serving
♡ smoothies - a combination of fruits and veggies, really sweet and usually low kcal
♡ almonds - a filling snack, 162 calories per 23 almonds
♡ saltine crackers - salty, crunchy and good, 70 calories per 6 crackers
♡ skim mozzarella - i think this is the lowest calorie cheese? 70 calories per slice

- Freezing treats (like jelly, yogurt, fruits and drinks) will make them last longer!
- Replacing caffeine with camomile tea or other sleep inducers to make you sleep earlier!
- Sleep early! remember sleeping burns calories and staying awake longer may make you want to binge:(
- Drinking sports drinks when craving sugary beverages! (and the electrolytes are greats for u!)
- Eating just the toppings from a meal you’re craving instead of the whole thing! (pizza toppings together with marinara without the crust etc.)
