Meet Yazeba

Oh, Yazeba. The heartless witch at the center of the Bed & Breakfast. She sold her heart to make the place, which is a terrible shame — she had to give up the one part of herself capable of loving others, to finally make a place where she could be loved. Not that she wants to be loved, of course. She's a mean jerk to everyone and everything, and hates having to spend time with her friends, um, I mean, her employees.

In Yazeba's Bed & Breakfast, Yazeba is a grumpy and reserved character, who tends to take a while to warm up to. At her best, she Uses wisdom (instead of magic) to solve a problem and Shows kindness… of a sort. At her worst, she's more likely to Use magic (instead of wisdom) to make everything worse and Criticize someone (and call it “helping”). Her journey is all about finding her heart, getting out of her depression pit and focusing on the people who truly care about her.

Meet Transmutate

Full Name: Alchemist Class Companion Unit IV (according to internal scans)

Date of Creation: UNKNOWN

Hobbies: Watching cute animal videos, jogging, writing and reading fan fiction

Dislikes/Fears: Opted not to disclose

-Transmutate's a bit of an oddball to the teachers, seeing as how she appeared in the forest around the same time as the forest trial of her year, and seemingly no record existed of any time before that. However, the entry requirements for Autobot Academy are relaxed enough that anyone can crawl out of that forest and barring some suspicious activity they'd be accepted.

-Mutie has always been able to get by on the generosity of friends and strangers alike - indeed, metapower analysts have found that the calming effect she has as a result of her Talent also make them more willing to share due to lack of mistrust.

-After the Siege, Transmutate went to Fortress Maximus and explained her situation with time travel and how she's technically a clone of another person (though she wasn't sure who specifically). Fortress Maximus proceeded to note this unusual circumstance, but ultimately didn't see fit to use it for anything.

-She's a snarky drunk. Perhaps the one thing in the cosmos that will stop her from making somewhat funny comments at a bot's expense is the "funny word song" at Acadeimos's Karaoke place (which nobody else is sure what she's referring to)

-Her fanfiction is some real fluffy stuff, with the two main characters usually enjoying each other's company and not a whole lot of crazy things happening. She's also a pretty decent fanartist too... though with an obvious interest in physically imposing individuals.

Just when Amber finally starts to understand the basics of how to wield the last part of her elemental magic, her mentor, Sage, is captured by the King’s elite forces for crimes against the crown. Living sequestered in the woods and with nowhere else to turn, Amber ventures to the nearby port city to look for help. There she finds an unwilling thief, Brentan, and manages to convince him to help in exchange for a favor for his own plans. Amber has no choice but to accept and they must work together to find a way to rescue Sage.

Oathsworn Cast

@heavensfallenfaction used this picrew to make some of her cast and I LOVE it so I went a little crazy making my favourites as well!

Main Characters!

Harriet (she/her):

Harriet is someone who would just very much like everyone ever to leave her alone, actually. She's practically a hermit. She has her own way of doing things, and other epople do them wrong, and she doesn't have the energy to aggressively correct everyone she comes across.

Rowan (she/her):

Rowan is the bad girl. She has decided that if you're going to be a stereotype then you may as well go all in and by gods, she does it so, so well. She'll sweep you off your feet with her fully restored vintage motorcycle, and blow you away with whatever illicit explosives she's managed to get her hands on, and you'll still somehow give her your number because you are unable to resist the Bad Girl Charm.

Everyone else under a cut!

Lieutenant (she/her):

She... was supposed to be a one-and-done character. Turns out she's so much more improtant than that. If only she could remember! She can't. She's a woman out of time, born and raised during a war no-one else remembers, falling through a crack in the air back into our world, with no memory to speak of her time elsewhere. This girl got issues she don't even know about yet, and I love her utterly unhinged and yet straightforward way of dealing with things.

Vanden (she/her):

Head of I.R.O.N, this tough old bird has seen her fair share of shit and yet, with naught but a kiss from her wife, Liz, she gets up each morning to do it all again.

Owen (they/them):

Vanden's second in command, they've also seen their fair share of shit and they cope with it with a shrug of their shoulders. Vanden will have a plan; she always does. Their husband, Ben, is good friends with Vanden's wife.

Darcy (she/her):

Beautiful, flawless, angelic, can do no wrong! My girl Darcy lost her voice due to cancer and is fluent in BSL (British Sign Language) as a result. She has a wicked sense of humour and when it comes to crushes, she definitely has a Type.

Killian (she/they):

The latest addition to I.R.O.N, Killian is a rookie with a heart of gold, desperate to impress and easily impressed herself. They take one look at Darcy and go "is anyone going to wife that?" and then... waist way too long for an answer because someone is really good at denial.

Meet the Cast: Soledad Sandoval

"Don't let her formidable appearance and dangerous accessories fool you," a social worker had once told a new foster family about their incoming addition. "She's much fiercer." Soledad Sandoval grew up without a trace of her birth family. Abandoned, given up for adoption, and eventually brought up in the foster system, Soledad had to discover herself in the throes of a childhood rife with challenge. Deprived of family and friends, writing would become her focus, her escape, and her passion, before she began sewing and styling.

Upon turning 18 and aging out of the foster system, Soledad's life became a matter of couch surfing and wild punk shows, managing her transition in spaces that encouraged her rebellion and bohemian attitudes even while navigating the loneliness. Curious, she traced down her birth parents, finding her father deceased, and her mother to be a renowned bio-scientist, Dr. Adrienne Sandoval, and showed up at her doorstep in Moonwood Mill. To Soledad's surprise, Adrienne took her daughter in, never questioning her identity nor her appearance. Making a home in Moonwood Mill, Soledad soon met its slew of characters, befriending local bad boy Kojiro Kuroboshi, who quickly began romantically pursuing her. Upon discovery of the towns lycanthropy, Soledad was transformed by Greg, and she found herself subject to the experiments of Adrienne, who studied werewolves with the intention of exposing them, and Soledad found herself without parents once again.

Now one with the moon, and in love with Kojiro, Soledad has found a friend in Jacob Volkov, and a pseudo-family in the Moonwood Collective, despite not being an official pack member. As the town's wolf pack rivalry continues to simmer, she's found herself caught in the crossfires, pressured to take a side; but, instead, the dilemma has become Soledad's greatest inspiration for writing, detailing werewolf politics and tales of raucous nights in the woods. While many see her as Soledad-- solitude, and her loneliness-- those that dare to get closer recognize the warmth that Sol has to offer.

"I'm a cursed bitch. It's not something secret: My curse is knowledge. I see everything that happens around me more clearly than anyone, and I can't think of anything more painful or exhausting, watching the world crumble because no one else has their shit together."

Hey! So I'm back with more information on the MossVoid SMP!

I didn't expect anyone to show interest or for my introduction post to be reblogged by a MC Server account haha.

Anywho, I'd like to introduce you to the character I play, Moss!

Moss is an ambinidae, an axolotl humanoid from the Lush caves! Ze's around 1200 years old, the younger generation among hir people. They're studios, creative, and curious but often naive about the world aboveground.

Pronouns/Preferred Name(s):

Ze/Hir, They/Them, She/Her

Use interchangeably ^^^

Species:

Ambinidaes

(Short for Ambystoma Hominidae)

Abilities:

Magic (Strongest in her peoples'), breath underwater, can see in dark spaces, play dead (enables a chance to recover)

Backstory:

Moss and hir people lived below in the lush caves in tandem with other underground dwelling peoples. They were proficient in magic and caring for their surroundings and all that lived in the lush caves.

Moss being of the younger generation was raised up in practicing magic, keeping history, and conservation.

Moss is now the only one left, as far as they know, having been found and rescued by the Knight. Ze now resides aboveground where she is unfortunately stuck to a rather annoying demon they summoned, upon failing to understand Nether magic.

I will introduce the Knight and this "annoying demon" another time! For now, enjoy this

The main characters for our story, all of which (well, one exception) were child experiments at the Libera Foundation before they escaped, causing mayhem along the way.

🟠Maricela "Mari" Muñiz

Powers: Dragon Attributes (Heightened senses, claws, fangs, sometimes grows scales, can sense other's powers, very durable) + Self-Healing (think Wolverine)

The Main Character!

The story follows Mari as she returns to City in hopes of finding more about her past, as she suffers from amnesia due to the fall of the Libera Foundation. Quiet and reserved, ever since she returned she has found herself feeling bolder and wanting to come more out of her shell.

⚫️Jun Liu

Black hair / Dark Brown eyes

October 30 (Scorpio)

Bisexual (He/Him)

Powers: Invulnerability, super strength, super endurance, super senses

Jun is the first of her former lab-mates that Mari re-meets when she returns to City. Notoriously stoic and formal with those he doesn't know, Jun is a very guarded person and one almost always feels like there is a thick piece of glass between them and him. As of lately, he really only smiles genuinely with his family, Trisha, and two coworkers.

Lesbian (She/Her)

Powers: Chemical Control/Alchemy (Can control the makeup of chemical compounds, rising or lowering different levels. Liquid compounds are easier for her to control)

As the only two who remained in City, Trisha and Jun are BFFS, even if both suffer from RBF. Trisha is deadpan, sarcastic, and no nonsense, a fearsome combination that allowed her to take over as CEO and wrangle her late father's company into something that would actually benefit not only the city, but the other survivors of the Libera Foundation's fall. That is how Unity Pharmaceutical and the Havenside Medical Center were born.

🔴Nathaniel "Nate" Greer

Ginger / Green eyes

October 2 (Libra)

Queer (He/Him)

Powers: Telepathy, Telekinesis, Precognitive Dreams

As the oldest of the Six, Nate was the first to search for the others as soon as he had the means post escape (i.e. Facebook). He's incredibly blunt and straightforward with his words, as miscommunication and emotional turmoil are tiresome to deal with.

Pansexual, Transgender (She/Her)

Powers: Sun Based (Super strength under direct sunlight, Light Control, Mild plant and heat control)

The younger of the twins, Kaya knew she was a girl from a young age, all the way before the Foundation even. It was actually Nate at the time who helped her choose her name as he overheard her thoughts accidentally. Now, Kaya is a bright woman who takes no punches and cares deeply for her friends and family.

The older of the twins, Dayvon has always been protective of Kaya since they were children. He's much more high-strung and cynical than his sister, which is a contrast to when he was child and was just as loud. Nowadays, he is the Mom Friend whenever someone can get him outside.

If it wasn't for Quisha, Jun and Mari wouldn't have re-met since Mari works at Quisha's faaavorite bakery! So they have her to thank! Quisha is Jun's niece and adopted daughter. Even though she lost her parents young, she tries to stay positive so she can be a beam of light for her remaining family!

Powers: Absorption (Can absorb the powers of others, which increases his own physical and mental ability)

Harley is also a survivor from the Libera Foundation. He was just separate from the rest of the Six. As a child, Harley was very shy and insecure. He really only had one friend at the Foundation and then that friend disappeared, leaving him all alone. As an adult, Harley is much more confident to the point of being very charismatic and charming. It's just...sometimes his smile seems...off.....

Meet Amelie

Amelie is the robotic housekeeper of the Bed & Breakfast, who arrived on the front door a few years ago due to a shipping error and is now the only person at the whole damn Bed & Breakfast who knows how to clean up after themself. The stickers on their arms and legs are from Hey Kid.

In Yazeba's Bed & Breakfast, Amelie is a precise and punctual character who gets to create a ton of fun conflict by trying to clean up after other characters. At their best, they're often Anticipating and averting a potential mess or Downloading a new skill via floppy disk. At their worst, they might be Refusing to diverge from their programming or Getting passive-aggressive about it. Their journey is all about becoming a person, slowly editing their programming over time with cross-outs and new lines of text until they completely replace their code.
