Holy Moly. Words fail me.

I just received a copyright violation claim via Tumblr from Megan DeLuca! For those of you who don’t know who she is, Megan is a rather beautiful redheaded model who I have admired very much and have posted her picture whenever I see it. Well, that stops today and I will no longer be promoting her or posting her pictures and I will be deleting the ones I have posted. I am going to formally dispute the alleged copyright violation since any pictures of her I have posted are fair use, have come from the public domain, and I do not profit in any way from posting her pictures on my Tumblr blog. It’s too bad as I have enjoyed her beauty but now she has become rather ugly to me because of this pointless incident.

It’s funny because I have had many redheaded models reach out to me and ask that I help promote them which I happily do. Now I might be a little more reluctant thanks to Megan.
