i stole this hc from a friend but she’s in a polycule but she’s only dating deb

also lowkey i’m tempted to hc alice as using some neos but idk which ones yet

alice met deb in high school and they hit it off right away, immediately becoming friends and eventually dating

deb was actually scared to tell alice that she’s polyam (i hc deb as polyam) and open to dating multiple ppl but alice was super chill w it

i don’t really have a hc for Who else deb could be dating but :shrug:

also ik this isn’t an Alice hc but i hc deb as using they/she/he prns and being a nonbinary lesbian

i hc that alice came out as lesbian pretty young like maybe 13/14 and ofc bill was super chill with it, i feel like maybe her mom was a bit iffy but eventually came around, but while bill was probably the parent that shows their support by buying the kid a bunch of rainbow stuff, her mom took the approach of treating it the same as if alice was straight just saying girlfriend instead of boyfriend yk

📃 literally what is shadow and bone

Shadow and bone is the bare thread on which my sanity is hanging.

It's a show by Netflix based on the Grishaverse books by Leigh Bardugo. When I watched the series, I didn't know it was based on books. That being said, I have now read all the books and they define my life now.

The plot is basically teen girl finds out she's the "chosen one" who can save her country. Tbh, I like the sequels better than the original trilogy but the trilogy is amazing as well. I highly recommend reading/watching Shadow and Bone.
