Water park
Take 8 inches of snow, add relentless rain, set the temperature to the mid-30s for four or five days in a row and this is what you'll get: a soggy mess.
A park down the road from us sits on the banks of the Red Cedar River, which also flows through the campus of Michigan State University.
At the moment, the banks have disappeared and the river looks more like a lake.
The long-range forecast: more rain and temperatures above freezing. I guess this is our January thaw.
