NEW RAVENWOOD LORE!! :D

so basically there's a point in the RP where Khalan gets seriously wounded and almost dies (not surprising lol), and Melvin in the last minute decides to give his blood in order to keep Khalan alive :'0 but obviously, Mel is Monster Man so his blood is Magic™ and it ends up having a lot of strange effects on Khalan over time.

one of the more positive things to come about as a result of this is that Khalan ends up getting!!! the cute little star freckles that Mel also has!!! :'D so he gets to match with his new father figure and that just gets my heart SO good;;

so yeah! I had to try drawing this concept, plus a mini "comic" of sorts where Mel notices the freckles for the first time, because the idea was just too precious to pass up :'0

Send your favorite character a letter or message for Valentine's Day, and they'll send a letter or message back! It can be a declaration of love, a time and date to meet up, or anything else you can think of! Feel free to get as creative as possible!

In your letter/message, please be sure to include the character you're addressing, as well as your name (or a fake name) so the character knows who to write to. If you don't put your name, that is perfectly fine; at the very least, include the name of the character you're addressing.

For this event, you can ask for any character to write for you! If it's a character that isn't on the pinned post, please include what fandom they're in so I know who you're talking about!

Get creative as possible! Whip out the good ol' camera and take a picture of a letter you wrote IRL, or go to ifaketextmessage.com and 'send' (screenshot) a message to your beloved character!

yet another Ravenwood RP sketch. this time of DAD MEL because I love him so much and I felt compelled to draw the good monster man again ;A;

of course this is kind of the aftermath of the one story arc that I've briefly mentioned a few times already (here and here, specifically). felt like touching on the soft recovery side of things with this one though. quiet scenes like this are something I always really love writing about, and heaven knows these characters need a moment of healing and peace after everything that happened;;

The scene where Matt goes to ask Melvin to fix his mask; either we’re supposed to assume Matt is ok with Melvin seeing his face (unlikely) or that Matt just planned to keep to the shadows which is what he does, but then there’s the issue of Matt really shouldn’t know where the shadows are

#my man has *no* light perception it’s all the same to him #unless he’s just avoiding the electric lights? even then he shouldn’t be able to be certain it’s dark enough that Melvin can’t see him #I’ll probably assume it’s supposed to be that but even then it doesn’t make a 100% of sense #daredevil #netflix daredevil #matt murdock #the black mask should’ve made a comeback for this scene tbh
