Got my furniture all rearranged and my new bed built, but unfortunately that left me zero brain juices for art, so I just dicked around in ProCreate Dreams for a bit. Have a burning House Fleuret manor, just because I spent two hours a few weeks ago manually taking in-game time lapse photos of it and by golly I'm gonna use them for something, it might as well be animation app testing!
i always get made fun of for bringing my pillow along with me but if i’m not going to be sleeping in my own bed i will at the very least have my own pillow
do scrunchie users know you have to wash them. putting a dirty one on clean hair.... just like you have to clean hair brushes like weekly the dust dirt old oils in there 🤢 just like sleeping on the same dirty pillowcase for weeks isn't good for your skin
can i ask what stretches do you do for your neck and wrist? if it is not too much of a bother, if it is don't mind me
not a bother at all! i was gonna add them to the post originally but it was 4AM & i cldnt work out how to word them
my general rule of thumb is to hold stretches for ten seconds. also yknow I'm Not A Doctor but doing these does help me specifically
neck: tilt ur head sideways so ur ear is close to ur shoulder, then the arm attached to that shoulder n pull ur head gently down further until u Feel It.
shoulder/arm: 1. put both arms straight up, then bend the bad arm at the elbow n put ur hand on ur other shoulder. with ur other hand, gently pull ur elbow towards ur head until u Feel It. 2. hold the bad arm across your body so it's as level with your shoulders as possible, then pull ur other forearm up to hold the bad arm straight. ur bending ur good arm at the elbow
wrist: 1. open ur hand n stretch all five fingers out as far as possible, then curl into a gentle untense fist. repeat five or so times. 2. with ur fingers gently curled, flex ur wrist so ur moving ur hand down toward ur inner arm n then back up toward ur outer arm. repeat five or so times
No, ok, seriously—I have a side-sleeping problem where I want the pillow crashed way into my neck/shoulder, but any pressure against my outer ear on the left side is sort of painful, so I fixed it with Peter1. I loose everything in the bed, so Peter2 and Peter3 had to show up to really save the day.

so apparently we need to sleep belly up now instead of on our side. this is very comfy on our back it hurts significantly less now but also this feels cursed.
