It’s got movement but is also a good all round squat shoe. For running or HIIT - I prefer @Nike #react They are narrow so that suits my feet & very light. I’m very fussy about my trainers when it comes to training, you shouldn’t always go for the cheapest & change them at least every 4 months. Pick a trainer that fits you well & if it works for you stick with it. Make sure it’s not just fashionable but it’s actually made for the job at hand. A trainer is not just an accessory, it’s taking the load of your weight and body, so invest in the one that works for you.
