Michael Vlamis and Michael Trevino are in Santa Fe to work on a project together before S4 filming kicks off. The project is a short film called "Fog of War" by Swedish-American writer/director Steven Lundgren, executive producer Aprill Winney (directed episodes 3x03 and 3x04 of RNM S3), and producer Pam Robinson. Special effects will be provided by Everett M Byrom III, who's also been working on RNM for several seasons.

The short film is set in France, in October 1918, less than a month before World War I ended.

Private Tommy Atkins (Michael Vlamis) is in hell. He just found out that his entire family has succumbed to the Spanish Flu, while he’s stuck in France fighting a war he doesn’t even understand. When his brother is killed in battle, Tommy starts having visions of a horrifying creature roaming the battlefield at night, devouring the souls of dead soldiers.

As Tommy little by little loses his connection to reality, his mental state turns from that of an innocent boy from Queens, NY with hopes for the future, to a detached young man with nothing left to lose.

(mgv) the first time lawrence actually meets scott it's when he's at adam's apartment, both of them just enjoying each other's company, they aren't even fooling around (even though obviously there is So Much Sexual Tension) they're just watching a movie, lawrence probably just got off work and doesn't want to go home to an empty house quite yet. then in walks scott, who let himself in because (as adam explains later) scott is the closest thing adam has to an emergency contact, so he gave him his spare key, and yes it's stupid but "i'm not exactly swimming in trustworthy company, man"

and INSTANTLY. the SECOND lawrence catches scott's scent his lips pull back on reflex. he doesn't even register that THIS is the scott adam mentions, he just knows this is another alpha and his specific scent sets off something in lawrence that has him pulling adam tight to his side and growling loooowww. and scott's a DICK so he sees that threat display and immediately wants to fight right back, no question, only made worse by the fact that there's an omega between them (who is about to start biting both of them so they'll chill the FUCK out and NOT kill each other in his apartment)

Michael Vlamis will return to Chicago later this month to film the indie feature Pools. Written and directed by Sam Hayes, the movie was first announced in 2019, but production was likely delayed until now due to Covid.

The feature, which Hayes also wrote, follows Kennedy (Adlon), who is stuck at summer school after flunking her sophomore year of college. Considering its summer, she rallies a ragtag crew for a pool-hopping adventure through the estates of Bel-Air. But as the secrets spill, a wild night of fun becomes a cathartic journey of self-discovery.
