(╯✧▽✧)╯I worked very hard today after work to finish this, so I truly hope you all enjoy!it’s kenma and kuroooo !! kenma is a bit clingy like a kitten, so I always imagined them to be cuddly together when alone (─‿‿─)♡this scenario is based off of something my boyfriend does to me verrryy frequently (///￣ ￣///) where he will stick his finger into my navel but not actually tickle. this is still very ticklish, however! so he likes to tease me this way. After seeing the chapter and all the other theories and ideas post chapter 267- I've been mulling and absorbing information over what could be going on between Iruma and Ali-san and my take on it is this-
Iruma is a human who is slowly becoming a vessel for demonic power- hence Delkira's power- but in order to do so, he needs to continue to rank up and so that his body and mind can continue to mature and grow that he can handle it when the time comes. Whether Ali-san is a spiritual manifestation of Delkira's soul or just his power is kind of up in the air naturally, as well as was Iruma chosen for a specific reason, or was it merely a random circumstance and a perfect opportunity for Sullivan.
I also want to say that this is starting to remind me of how One for All works with Deku from MHA if what I think is actually legit. I know, I know, Blue Deku- yada yada- but I can't help but see those similarities. Sullivan could be to Iruma what All Might is to Izuku... in some ways. Hence why the villains want to snatch Iruma's possible future power before it absorbs into him fully. Anyway that's my take on all of this lol

1) “DAMMIT GUYS, SHOCKWAVE IS REALLY AN OP SKILL, WE NEED TO NERF IT NEXT PATCH”- Tomura wanted to be nothing less than an unstoppable force of destruction. OP skills are his standard attacks now.
2) “HOLY FCUK IS THAT TODOROKI HERE TO SAVE THE FUCKING DAY”- I mean…. yes, but how saved we actually are is debatable.

3) ““For now” you should add midoriya, because although he’s far away, the fact that you’re facing certain death will certainly lead him here
Shoto right now is going“My midoriya senses are tingling, I bet that fucker is getting himself killed by a villain right now, and he didn’t even invited me!””- Izuku didn’t even have his phone on him for Shoto to track this time, he just followed the Tingling in the back of his skull to where the most danger was.
4) “THERE’S MY BOY, RIGHT ON TIME BEFORE AIZAWA GOT CASTED FOR A NICHOLAS CAGE MOVIE
IT WAS CLOSE
WAY TO FUCKING CLOSE
I WAS ABOUT TO THINK THE TITLE OF THE CHAPTER SHOULD BE THE FACEFALL OF DESTRUCTION”- Too close even. Shoto may have arrived just in time to stop Aizawa’s Face/Off moment, but even that couldn’t fully thwart Tomura’s success. Our odds have not improved, even with Izuku using Black Whip as an impromptu shock absorber to try and blunt the blowback of 100% smash attacks on him, that doesn’t mean much when he can fully heal from those same blows – and they weren’t enough to actually stop him before even!
5) “THERE WE GO MIDORIYA, GIVE HIM ONE OF THE GOOD ‘OL RELIABLE”- We’re gonna need a bigger gun in the armoury than that to take on Tomura now…
6) “FUCK FUCK FUCK IS AIZAWA OUT OF THE FIGHT
OH GOD OH NO
THIS IS GONNA BE REALLY BAD”- Out of the fight and possibly de-quirked in the same vein as Overhaul. Even if we survive this, we’re gonna need a new tactic going forward.
7) “THE END IS INEVITABLE THE END COMES FOR ALL
YOU CANNOT ESCAPE THE END
THE END IS HERE”- Tomura started this fight being dead. It’s hard for the heroes to top that in terms of the damage they can put on him, especially now he’s tougher than even a High-End.
8) “AND WE CUT AWAY FROM THE FIGHT APPARENTLY
Alright, fear not guys, he’s just helping his bf, no biggie, he always does that”-
“And now, back to the other impending disaster heading our way!”
9) “Oh ABSOLUTELY NOT Uraraka, you have no idea what is going on there, and trust me, it’s far safer that y'all stay the hell away from it”- While that’s true, it doesn’t mean much when the walking disaster – Both of them – is heading to their location anyway. Nowhere’s safe, and no hero alone can stop this chaos.
10) “Oh hey, isn’t that the Fires Georg anchor? Is he gonna tell something about our favorite road-smashing hero?”- Well, Machia’s certainly smashing roads…and Mountains, Cities, Heroes, innocent civilians….
11) “Oh yeah, Machia. I suppose this is during the whole shebang that was happening a few chapters ago. Don’t worry, the kids are gonna take him down. Hopefully.”-
….Cough.
The ship has sailed, the payload launched, the tsunami inbound, Pandora's Box unleashed. Only All Might or All For One at their prime could likely severely impact a serious Machia. Horikoshi didn’t show us the ‘fight’ because it was an utter foregone conclusion.
12)“Yeah uraraka, but a lot of them are already at the site confronting him. They just need to hold him back until the poison takes effect.”- ….Nope. They tried, they failed, and now, there’s no heroes in the cities who can be on site to save these people. There’s gonna be a lot of death occurring, and nobody can protect anybody from it.

13) “Now for the truly concerning elephant in the room. Gigantomachia is gonna fuck things up for everyone, won`t he?”- Yes indeed. Despite everything they’ve put into preparation, Machia’s sheer might and single-mindedness, alongside the fact that the only person with the potential to maybe one day stop him – Izuku – is at the other end of his goal, means there’s really nothing that can be done to avert his rampage. The only thing the heroes can do is try and save what lives they can from the devastation, because stopping Machia is like standing in front of a moving train and just as messy.

14) “Uhhhhh… I don`t like where this is going… They wouldn`t remind us that he`s here and can rampage at any moment if he wasn`t, you know, about to get started.
Now I`m scared for those kids upstairs.”- It’s not just them in the firing line, but all those people in-between the villa and the hospital who are endangered by Machia. You don’t fight an act of god, you pray it doesn’t hurt you as it passes by.

15) “oh a small battle map, I see…. Now tell me, which direction is Gigantomachia coming from? Something tells me it`s exactly the direction the evacuation is going, right?”-Them…and all the other cities that weren’t evacuated too.

this is now an emergency operation, if Machia gets there, everything everywhere is boned forever, and since your trees apparently can’t stop him, it rests on Midnight’s shoulders to save the day.”- There’s also the logistical issue that there are other cities between the lodge and Jaku…and Machia isn’t the kind of guy who’ll take a detour to go around stuff when he can go through it.

17) “You guys shouldn’t have built your houses out of straw”- He Huffed, he Puffed, and now, Machia’s gonna blow all the houses down….

The end is upon us, most of those kids won`t see the setting of the sun on the horizon.”- At least some of these kids we’ve seen likely didn’t. Hard to tell how many have passed on until somebody can take a proper count in the aftermath, and the situation doesn’t seem to be settling down anytime soon…

NONONONONONONO”- I don’t know if this was intentional, but the contrast between the peaceful ordinariness of the city streets on the left vs the chaotic disaster approaching from the right gave me the impression of that split second when an atom bomb detonates, that photoshop moment where the world freezes before the destruction comes in like a wave and tears it all apart

It was foreshadowing Hawks’ life after the war:
Hear me out. People think Hawks will lose his wings, and yes, that’s definitly a huge possibility, but we also know how he’ll react to it!
After the raid, when they get Hawks’ condition stabilized enough so he can talk again, Hawks is going to say this line:
“My Injuries are my own responsibility.”
They are talking about a massive live-treathening battle wound. WHICH WAS indirectly Hawks fault! He felt horribly guilty about it. Hawks hid his apology as a half-joke “It’s all my fault.” (He didn’t even lie to endeavor by saying that.)
But Endeavor doesn’t know the truth and just sees a brat who thinks he should’ve saved the number one, so Endeavor respons with “Quit acting so noble”.
But guys, after Chapter 267 their roles are reversed! Enji is indirectly responsible for Hawks’ almost-death and Dabi burning Hawks wings - But even though Hawks knows that, he’ll say this line.
(Another possibilty is that Hawks will say this to Tokoyami, seeing a intern who thinks he should’ve saved his mentor, when really- Tokoyami had no real chance against Dabi.)
But whether to Tokoyami or to Endeavor: I bet my fucking left hand, that he is going to say:
“My injuries are my own responsibility.”
And you know what’s really sad thing about this?
He’ll mean it.
Hawks is someone who - if he gets striked down and eats dirt - will stand back up again. He’ll actually take the full responsibility for his injuries. Which means, that - if he loses his wings, his ability to fly and fight and is rendered quirkless- he’ll force himself to accept the consequences and try to be useful again. I don’t think he’ll blame anyone but himself.
(All those authors writing about Hawks’ recovery after 267; pls use that line; It’s going to be so fuckin amazing once he also says that in canon)

1) “Oh look at that Endeavor doll. Oh boy, I don`t remember if we already saw something about Hawks truly being a fan of him from such a young age, but boy I don`t think Endeavor would approve of this, even though he also was with his own program to groom a kid into becoming a “very special hero” and all that.”-It’s complex, but Endeavour, even at his worst, wouldn’t exactly have been ok with a young talented kid getting turned into a government wetwork man. That said, it’s also implied that he genuinely has no idea that Hawks was ever his fan, even when they met as pro heroes, making the parallels to his own ‘training’ with Shoto darkly ironic. If it was his kid, then he had more of a say in the matter, but if it was somebody else’s child, then he’d have objected to it swiftly.
2) “Yeah, that much I`m definitely sure we haven`t seen anything about. I don`t remember Hawks saying that he was inspired by endeavor on becoming a hero, he only gave that bullshit about heroes not having to work.”- That was his stated goal, but personally, he always held a quiet admiration for the ‘hero’ Endeavour, without actually knowing the man underneath. Clearly, that was also part of the reason why he proposed they work together, so he could learn more about his childhood idol.
3) “Oh you poor thing, you had no idea of the darkness that light was obfuscating. Holy hell, if only you knew the monster you unknowingly admired…”- Ironically, Hawks, who is a master at obfuscating his true intentions and personality, likewise admired a man who had some hidden secrets in his private life, and both men were completely oblivious to the parallels.
4) “don`t bother Hawks, Horikoshi wouldn`t reveal if the theories are right or wrong that easily. He`s gonna give some cryptic clue and fuck off, like he usually has done so far.”- Or he will reveal something, but still leave the readers in the actual dark about what it is. Certainly put a lot of fuel on the theorising about Dabi on initial release, I can tell you that.

is this for real? Is horikoshi really doing this?
Now that`s just dishonest with us. Not cool Hori.”- You got your answers, not his fault if you can’t hear them.
6) “Oh, right, didn`t the doctor said it would take around 15 minutes for them to be 100% up and running? I don`t remember the exact time, but even so, the fight is giving them the chance to warm up, and dear god, are they closer than ever to getting to full power.”- They’ve shaken off the lethargy, and with that, Mirko’s own time limit- that she can still keep fighting despite the blood loss from her crushed limb – has more or less run out. Her slim advantage just went up in smoke.
7) “What is it girl? Getting ready to get serious? Gonna really obliterate them before you bleed to death? What`s your plan? What does an one-winged angel form of a rabbit even look like?”- If she can’t kill them, she’ll at least accomplish her objective before they kill her.
8) “But yeah, the doc. I don`t even remember where he went after Mirko almost snapped him in half with a kick. Was he trying to wake Shigaraki? I think he was. Also, when is Shiggy gonna wake from his nap-nap?”- If Mirko has her way, never.
9) “MIRKO PLEASE
DON`T
I KNOW WHAT YOU`RE PLANNING
YOU ALREADY LOST AN ARM
DON`T PULL THAT THING FROM YOUR LEG WITH A KICK OR I SWEAR TO GOD-“- If he had succeeded in pulling Mirko’s leg off, she’d have tried again with the other one. Lost that? She’d have tried again with the stumps.
10) “OH SHIT, IS THAT A FLAME BEHIND THE NOMU? DID ENDEAVOR GOT HERE?
ALSO, LOOK AT THAT, DABI IS BACKING DOWN, SEEMS LIKE TOKOYAMI MANAGED TO GET THERE ON TIME”-Sometime, a lone hero just isn’t skilled enough to save the day on their own. It’s for times like that, they have allies who can help support them when they need it most.

11) “see, even Tokoyami realized you fucked up the future by saying that out-loud. Now he`ll just move a bit away from you on the couch, in hope that this tempting of fate won`t befall him as well. “- Alas, it seems that he was too close and caught a bit of that ‘doom magnet’ luck there, because he’s now facing a decisively insane killer alone with zero backup and moreover, one whose quirk has an elemental advantage over his own…

12) “Alright, now its time to get things started. Last time we had the Heroes returning from their rapture, and getting ready for the showtime, which, of course, won`t be pretty. Yeah, I`m already counting on a few of them not coming back- looking at you Tokoyami.”- You even somehow picked up on the potential ‘Roast Chicken’ jokes to go with Tokoyami’s situation, as he prepares to join his mentor in the deep fryer….

13) “Oh, let`s just say…. a little bird told them about it… wink wink.
A bird that is about to become a rotisserie chicken I`m afraid, but we`ll burn that bridge when we get to it.”- So, when you said a ‘little bird’, did you mean Hawks or Tokoyami? Together, they do make one whole bird after all…
14) “Stain would be so fucking pissed at all this. Villains killing heroes and other innocent people not because they want to fix a broken system, but because they want to be the ones on top of it all. If he ever escapes he`s gonna have a lot of new names on his kill list before he goes back to murdering heroes.”-
“Look upon your work, ye mighty, and despair…”
The price of setting out to change things is that the changes you create are most likely not the ones you envisioned.
