More Dioscuri AU sketches with the barest context... (In this completely bonkers AU, All Might and Toshinori are not the same person! They are brothers. But this is not public knowledge.)

Through a series of shenanigans, Toshinori ends up working at Might Tower, which delights All Might to no end. Maybe their tortured family relationship is finally healing! (It is not.)

Toshinori's job is to ferret out any issues in Might Tower that people don't dare voice to the Symbol of Peace himself. Workplace harassment, accounting discrepancies, backdoor dealings. This involves a lot of digging through very poorly-kept records and grilling unscrupulous employees.

Izuku ends up interning at Might Tower, and is overjoyed to get to see Toshinori every day. Toshinori is less overjoyed.

Meanwhile, Naomasa (who is not friends with All Might in this AU) has noticed how this strange Toshinori character always seems to get pardons from the #1 hero and has now suddenly landed a Might Tower job. This looks extremely suspicious and Naomasa suspects blackmail. He enlists his sister to take an assistant job at Might Tower and use her truth-finding Quirk to try and ferret out what, exactly, is going on with All Might's new secretary.

In practice, this involves a lot of curt texts from Toshinori demanding coffee, and a lot of very suspicious stares from Toshinori when she "accidentally" brushes his hand while giving it to him.

AKA the AU where Toshinori Yagi is All Might’s secret alcoholic brother and Izuku takes an inordinate liking to him, much to his dismay

Since @haptronym’s comics have garnered some well-deserved love and attention, I figured someone might enjoy knowing a little more about this deranged AU. So up there you can find a link to a google doc containing what we came up with so far. 

WARNING: this doc is literally a jumbled mess of poorly copypasted, not-spellchecked, not-in-chronological-order random ideas and conversations I’ve been dumping in Haptronym’s DMs over the course of months, while they patiently nodded along the madness without ever finding it in themselves to stop me. It’s entirely unedited and probably barely intellegible. Don’t expect fic-quality stuff or meaningful storytelling. Expect crack, poor grammar and childish word vomit. If you want decent presentation and order and method, stick to Haptronym’s comics.

AU in which Toshinori Yagi is All Might's surly alcoholic brother, who happens to be around during the sludge villain incident and is ordered to keep an eye on unconscious Izuku while All Might takes the sludge villain to the police. Toshinori assumes that ignoring Izuku all the way to his apartment and slamming the door in his face will give the kid a hint, but all it does is give Izuku the home address of the person he's convinced is the #1 hero.

Based off a tumblr post that @journalxxx saw in which the person started watching MHA under the assumption that Toshinori was actually All Might's secret alcoholic brother. We (mostly Journal) have sprouted an entire insane AU out of this premise and it's the best thing I've ever read.
