Gonna be art dumping again, this is a piece I drew for Superman’s 85th. Rewatched the 1978 movie that day and I still adore that movie. Superman will always have a special place in my heart and I do hope to draw him and his mythos more.

Since Corben's first painting for the cover of Den was rejected (due to the nudity), he painted this second one, which became the one that was used as cover art. To get around the censorship, he gave the woman who is featured inside green skin resembling body make up.
Why Michael Chiklis is beating a crocodile guy to the point where CTE will definitely be a problem later is irrelevant.

Augustus Steranko - If Looks Could Kill (1991)
As Steranko attempts to escape in his helicopter, Michael Corben and Mariska Blade shoot a large hole in the helicopter's underside which causes Steranko's stash of gold coins to fall out. Steranko tries frantically to save the gold but ends up falling through the hole too, where he is buried alive beneath the shower of coins. Michael and Mariska then escape as the out-of-control helicopter crashes to the ground and fatally crushes Steranko.

R. Donald McCandless, 74, of New Derry, passed away Thursday, Dec. 8, 2022, at Excela Health Latrobe Hospital. Born Jan. 13, 1948, in Pittsburgh, he was a son of the late Ralph and Marjorie (Renfrew) McCandless.
Don was a graduate of Freedom Area High School, Class of 1966, and attended Bob Jones University until he was drafted into the Marine Corps. He served honorably during the Vietnam War until his discharge in 1975. Don was formerly employed at Schusters Building Components, Sony, and Elite Precast Construction in Florida.
He was an avid Pirates, Steelers and Penguins fan as well as an avid University of North Carolina basketball and Penn State fan. He was a wonderful husband, father and brother.
Don is survived by his wife, Debra L. (Waugaman) Thompson McCandless, of New Derry; two daughters, Jennifer McCandless and Jessica Martin; two stepdaughters, Cheyanne Thompson and Vanessa Thompson; two sisters, Linda Bauer (Gary) and Andrea Altenhof (Robert); four grandchildren, Courtney, Michael, Johnny and Anthony; three stepgrandchildren, Peyton, Tyler and Raini Dae; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. Monday at the LOPATICH-BRINKER FUNERAL HOME LLC., 601 Weldon St., Latrobe. Members of the Rolling Rock Detachment of the Marine Corps League will conduct a service at 3:30 p.m. Monday in the funeral home. A funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. Monday in the funeral home with the Rev. Corben Russell officiating. Private interment will be at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies. Good capture of Halloween! This was filmed on the aisle so you can see some people getting up and walking around at times. LOTS of latecomers during ready set I had to get up to let people into the row, so there is no video there. The guy in front of me wouldn't stop moving so his head can come in and out of frame at times but it's always worked around.

Nice Capture of the new non-equity tour! There can be a head in the way at some points but it's worked around well. The video can be somewhat grainy at times due to how far I was + how dark the show was. Overall a great video of this incredible cast.
