more ruru sage with background behind the. Cut . I draw this on a crumpled piece of paper in my dads car just now

so they r the great sage right which is the powerful magician who travels the land in miitopia & helps the hero defeat the dark lord .. ruschia is a Good Samaritan who mostly travels to collect information on magic and create a deeper understanding of it in that world, and is known for healing the sick and being sure civilization and monsters stay apart (they don’t believe in killing monsters , they set magic boundaries between areas meant for people and areas meant for monsters, for example the uninhabited deserts of neksdor are for the griffins , the deep caves are for the banshees and slimes, etc. the boundaries they are made to deter from being crossed but still can be at times)

They are definitely older than they look as there are texts describing the great sage still, but they only introduce themselves as a sage. they began traveling to help people after their apprentice and adopted child silhouette became drawn to the power of banished magic, which is the ability to steal bodies and faces and control them or control monsters. the process of taking faces is 1. Very painful for the person the face belongs to, they feel everything as the monster who has their face does instead of the monster , and remember it all as well. it is deeply traumatizing and used to be used as an extreme punishment for evildoers but was banished for being too cruel and 2. Obviously a infringement of rights within the land of miitopia

Banished magic of stealing bodies and faces is also something that can happen to people who have dark feelings (every human being, no one is entirely good)

they want to stop silhouette peacefully because they still love them with all of their heart they were able to be but know it is impossible and so instead they aid the hero and make their journey easier, but their guilt over not stopping silhouette and complicated emotions on whether they should be killed by the hero or not allowed them to be possessed and become the darker lord

this is a mess i have to write it out better sometime but yeah … miitopa

Not me making an entire new language for Miitopa only for there to already be a lame english to code language.

Well time to have lore about the code language being used in the more upper regains of the land [most often used in the travelers hub] as an easier way to talk to eatchother even if the person isnt native to the place n what not [like a 2nd language to use alot, kinds like english in the USA].
