Big City Greens Monica Ray Inks Overall Development Deal With Disney TVA

Disney has made a overall development deal with Big City Greens Director and Voice Actress Monica Ray during the development deal Monica will develop new animated shows,films,shorts and specials for Disney Channel & Disney+.

Prior Big City Greens, Monica had been one of the working staff, who previously worked for Nickelodeon's Harvey Beaks, as voice acting a character named Wade and she worked for Glitch Techs as the voice of Miko, and was a writer, storyboard artist, and producer. She also worked on a Cartoon Network Studios Ben 10 (2016) and she also did a TV pilot, Magic Children Doing Things for Nickelodeon.

Monica is the second alumni from Big City Greens in getting to ink a overall developing deal with Disney along with Natasha Kline

Aight aight, I will say,, I really thought of Ahri from League of Legends here.

Granted their arcs and personalities are widly different (like shit, I think Shou's closer to her character wise; not talking about KDA Ahri, those are widly different characters), but even then, the idea came mainly from her.

Then again, making him was wayy more complicated than It should've been. At first, she wasn't even supposed to be a guardian and the myth not being there. He was supposed to be like, kinda villanous like Neptune, but opted to go more on the bright side.

Also Ningguang's trailer scene gave me an huge inspo, especially for the aesthetics I was going to give, and the potrayal of Vox. Speaking of which yes, I also used some references from Yae Miko.

And to conclude this; special thanks to my sleeping fox plushie, for giving me the impulse to make them in the first place

Nickelodeon All Star Brawl

... Is a game I am definitely excited for.

And I'm actually going to do a very big post to talk about things I am hoping to see in seeing in the game.

Starting off, I want to say that so far the roster is looking good especially on the Nick Toon side of things, but one thing I'm going to talk about is that the game is called Nickelodeon (not Nick Toon) All-Star Brawl, meaning that we're going to see representation from throughout the Nickelodeon line up of properties.

In this game, I feel like we should have other stuff aside from the main fighting game, like mini-games and such

Things that should be included in the game, an obstacle course mode, a tournament mode, an arcade mode, a museum mode, clips from the cartoon, and lastly...

A story mode

A story mode is what I hope most for this game, something akin to the Timmy Jimmy power hour or subspace emissary. With cutscenes, a good story, and an epic villain.

Here's what I think a story should be

Throughout the Nickelodeon version of Earth, great chaos is happening, The world is slowly breaking apart due to an unknown force. It turns out this is being caused by the collector, a being who is obsessed with Nickelodeon so much in fact that he wants to take it over. Now it's up to the Nickelodeon characters to save their world before it can be put on The collector's shelf.

Now the collector is the villain I made up for this, but don't worry there will still be villains from throughout the shows but some of them will be willing to put their villainous actions decide to not be put on a shelf. I wasn't kidding when I said that the big plan is to be put on a collector's shelf.

One major part of the story is everything takes place in the same world for this game. That means that there are aliens fairies ninjas talking animals, glitched video games, and all that jazz.

A couple of examples of the world crossing over since the game has one big connected world are...

Professor membrane finally having to come to terms that the supernatural exists

Da Rules being broken causing fairy world to be revealed

The Glitch Techs in the Game Shakers forming a partnership due to the common ground of games (I said it would make sense later)

Callbacks to previous crossover events

Time travel and alternate universe shenanigans causing multiple versions of characters to coexist

How does Nickeloden exist as a Cartoon channel in Universe

In acknowledgment of how Eliza Thornberry's powers work, due to the question of whether or not you can talk to characters like SpongeBob, Garfield, the Tuff Agency or CatDog

And a solid timeline of events that happen within the show.

I hope this is pretty accurate but I don't mind some alterations to my ideas that I will happen for the final game and its possible DLC.

This Thanksgiving was going to suck major ass. It be like usual, minus one person. The Samson/Hallaway family dinner tradition would be broken. With Isabelle taking Milena and Sophie with her to see their grandparents for Thanksgiving this year the only person I had to vent to was Mikoto. Her being Calvin's step sister...

"Oh God this sucks so much a-!"

"Not in front of Harmony and Tenya!" Mikoto glares at me as the 3 year olds stare up at me from the floor after hearing their names. "It's okay, go back to watching Dora."

"Sorry, still not use to the squirts. Even after 3 years." Harvey and Zander walk in through the garage door.

"Sup Matty, Miko. Where's dad?"

"In the kitchen with Mom and Dad." Mikoto answers as he nods grabbing Harvey's hand and dragging him along.

"I'm just... Sad. Very sad."

"It's okay, I'm sure he'd be here if he could be."

"Good thing I made it right?" We both turn to Calvin with a bag at the open front door, he drops his bag as I lunge off the couch into his arms.

"Mom Dad Calvin's here!" Mikoto yells into the other room, I can't stop myself from tearing up.

He grabs my waist dipping me back and kisses me, deep and passionate just like I remember. My face flushes as he pulls away looking into my eyes.

"I missed you dummy."

"I thought you said 4:30!" His dad walks into the room and over to him, not even attempting to pry me off him, he just hugs around me. "It's good to have you home bud."

"I'm a few days late but my train got delayed... Something about a freak snow storm in Colorado that shut the tracks down for 2 days... I was stuck in LA... Thanks for buying that room for me dad I'll pay you back."

"Don't bother as long as you got home."

If course he'd know he was actually coming home, they wanted to surprise me.

"When you'd find out you could get home?" I finally broke my silence.

"About 6 days ago. A friend of mine found a train leaving LA to Kansas City and I took it. Took me 32 hours to get home but at least I'm home! Home until next Saturday, then I leave for school again."
