Good morning!

I'm currently waiting for my supervisor to make a teams meeting for my strings students, so I have a bit of time to update what I've been up to academically.

We got our first assignment for Intro to Psychology, and it seems pretty simple. We did most of it in class, so all I have to do is type it out by next week. I think I really enjoy this class, and I'm glad to get back into writing a ton of notes as opposed to a speech/language driven study format.

I'm currently doing uhh...bad in Japanese. Mostly bc I'm literal trash at Kanji AND I came in late for said Kanji quiz. I still have a lot of time to bring my grade back up, and it's statistically possible to do so, but that big ol' D is definitely giving me anxiety :/

Hopefully, I'll be able to update daily since I have a backlog of notes to share. Today, I plan on working on my Japanese studies and reviewing for yet another Kanji quiz. Here's hoping I don't completely flunk it again, lol

swatches of the 2 new mildliner packs! + opinions

i really love these 2 packs - the colours are just so gorgeous - and i think i’ll be using them a lot in future.

i particularly like the Natural Mild set, these colours are right up my alley! dusty pink, olive, beige are some colours i was really hoping they would release (and they delivered). if you like a more muted colour scheme you will like these.

the Soft Mild set reminds me a lot of the OG fluorescent pastel set, but without the fluorescence. if you are a pastel fan, you will like this set. i especially like the lilac and sorbet blue.

however i will mention that Mild Sherbet Yellow (the third swatch) and Mild Cream (the bottom swatch) are very light and not visible on the photo or on the paper irl. i’ll probably use them for shading or faint highlights. also Mild Cool Grey is quite similar to Mild Grey, so you probably don’t need both

overall, probably the mildliner colour release i was most excited about to date

Good evening!

Today I had Astronomy and....I accidentally fell asleep during the lecture. It was a cool lecture too (well, all his lectures are cool), but I had a grand total of 0 hours of sleep so...it was bound to happen. We also had a sky tour, and I've chosen to track Cassiopeia for my sky journal entries.
