What do you think of the Shinymas anime? While it's still early, I think it has its charms. I just wished the CG animation was a bit more smoother considering how surprisingly good the Million Live one turned out but the Milliani studio probably couldn't handle two seasonals at such a short window.

See here's the thing. Republicans will do anything to stay in power, anything. Even if it's unconstitutional, even if it goes against their white christian view of God, even if it's objectively morally wrong, even if it includes pedophiles that fit their demographic, even if it's illegal. If only white cis men in this country voted, republicans would win every single race they ever ran. Every single one. Because their policies and their ideals only benefit white cis men. If only white cis women in this country voted, democrats would win every time. Every single race. If only black cis men voted, it'd be up in the air but democrats would win the majority. If only black cis women voted, democrats would win every time. Ask any other race based cis demographic of men vs woman, democrats would win. Asian, Latino, native, all of it. Every non-white race votes overwhelmingly democrat. Women vote overwhelmingly democrat.

Why do you think republicans don't want women and poc to vote? It's not just the racism or the misogyny. It's because they know that our voices are the thing keeping them from their dictatorial fascist theocracy. We are the ones keeping the democracy/representative republic of America alive. Why do you think there was groups of Republicans talking about raising the voting age to 21? Because all the 18-20 yr old are why the republican party is dieing. We, the gen z and the millinials are one of the first generations in American history to not turn conservative once we get older. Gen x, gen y and baby boomers all became conservative the older they got but not millianials and definitely not gen z. Conservatives are losing their minds because their ideology is dieing the long it exists because as many "born during the wrong time 😡" gen z conservatives wanna push some shit, they are nothing compared to the rest of us.

18-26 is the largest voter bracket and the most likely to vote. They are overwhelmingly liberal. 50-70 is the most conservative and also the smallest and least likely to vote. Ik I hate those "don't like the issue? Go vote!" Hollow ass statements cause voting won't change much but it is a consistent and repetitive act of protest that you won't sit quietly and your willing to do what you need to drown out the bigots. It's a number to show that you are there and that number scares the shit, piss and organs out of conservatives. Keep voteing. Do not go quiet. Do not rest. Keep voteing.

That's the intwresting thing tho - Rhett saying that millennial few up in the middle of a never ending war because 9/11 happened when they were kids...

I was 12 when 9/11 happened, so yeah technically a kid, but i got that actual young child part of my childhood done before it happened. For me it wasn't as I was becoming an adult but as i was becoming a teenager. I haven't always lived it a world coloured by 9/11. Its just that whilst i have a sense of the world being different before it I don't have such a clear, strong contrast in my memory because I was young and not really paying attention to how dare the world felt/politics etc. But I do know, likr in my gut, that its different.

Whereas younger millianial who was only a small child when it happened, yeah they have effectively only ever really understood a world framed by 9/11
