my mom (mind you, she's a very conservative Christian woman) watched TGM for the first time last night and when The Beach Scene started, we got to THE part
and she turned to me and very quietly and seriously said, "rewind it."
i had a lot of issues with s4 but i genuinely believe that max’s arc in s4 was one of the best things they have ever done in this show and i don’t think the graveyard scene nor her death scene will ever leave me. the way that so many people have connected to her and her story is incredibly moving. you don’t need to have experienced 1980s indiana or battles with lovecraftian horrors to wrap yourself in max’s pain, her quiet distance, her panic when she finally realizes she wants more time just as her clock is running out. i just. i don’t know. the duffers got that really, truly right.
If you have OCs, tell me what is that song that you have a whole imaginary animatic in your head that you wish was real. Go wild, tell me about it (you can send an ask, reblog this post or just reply here)
There are young high schoolers in the church lobby absolutely ranting about the Fnaf movie while I’m sitting quietly looking over scripts and being like:
Be quiet Millie, don’t be THAT nerdy adult.
Don’t correct them.
You’re like six years older than them. You’re supposed to be calm and collected.
But I’m like BUZZING. SMALL CHILDREN LET ME BE THAT NERDY ADULT. XD XD
i'm still unsure how i want to draw the hermits, forgive me if i bounce around with different styles or techniques for awhile. i'm inexperienced with sharing fanart (i normally keep it to myself ^^;) and usually only draw the hermits on a whim or when i have time, but hopefully i will find something to stick with that i and others can both enjoy.
i wanted to clarify this for anyone who may visit my blog during this learning stage, haha. it won't be the cleanest, but we will get there soon.
i haven’t made gifs in a really long time and i feel like a failure but not enough of a failure to actually open photoshop and commit to making a new set </3
bro is it gay to get down on one knee and devote your loyalty to your most trusted companion and then symbolise this devotion with a ring. asking for a friend
